wonderful community! I love the activities. the caregivers are always helping with random questions that i have. the front desk is always helping me and always informs me of anything new or up coming events.

very up beat place. all of the workers are very compassion. that's very good care of the patients. summer time its so nice to enjoy the courtyard. very clean and courtyard very nice up keep and a larger space then one would expect.

friendly staff. clean. fun activities. maintience always helpful and very attentive! very quick whenever anything is needed. love the holiday parties. care staff helpful. front desk staff always available.

Staff are quick to get back to you with any questions or concerns.

The place was the cleanest I've ever seen. Building setting was extremely nice. There were 4 wings of I think it was 10 rooms each. Residents of each wing ate in a dining room together. Room was very adequate. Laundry was marked by staff who were exceptional in making sure cleaned items got back to owner. Staff very nice and accommodating. Mother was in wing with mostly people of very limited mobility and and virtually no conversation. Mom was 99 and had gone there after a couple of weeks in the hospital. I often saw the staff interact with a much younger woman who had memory problems and they were very caring. Her food had to be ground to keep her from choking so I can't really evaluate it. Staff was good at getting her out of bed and dressed for meals down the hall while she could do it but eventually she just stopped eating and was totally bedridden before dying. It seemed that activities were rather limited but that could just have been that mom had gotten so much worse. They did have Hospice rep that gave me regular updates.

Facility was very beautiful and clean. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. [name removed] who gave the tour was amazing . She was willing to give me so much great information. They also have an amazing rent special for the month of December.

The residents seemed content and the staff we met were friendly and appeared to be comitted to provide quality care to the residents. The bones of the residence seemed sound but it felt tired and in need of a refresh. We were there at a time when therer weren't any activities going on so it was difficult to assess whether there was value for the cost of the care.

[name removed] is anemic so having room with Motel type heating cooling unit she can set herself, second the nutritious meals with high protein content to help regain strength for walking come third attentive staff on

Mostly recommend, it is better than others. Would like to a better way for patients to get help instead of calling/yelling for help. A call button or something. They say they check patients every 15 min. But they don't. We've had issues with sitting extended time on toilets 30,-40 min before someone returns to help them off. That's with calling for help

There are 4 houses or units with up to maybe 16 Residents per unit, which merits more attention by staff. Residents eat and sit with the same residents daily and become good friends. Plus they have a beautiful fenced-in garden yard that even has seating. And the entire facility is exceptionally beautiful. The only reason I rated them 4.5 rather than 5 star, is because a really nice jacket came up missing the 1st couple of days my loved one was on site. Also, once my loved ones' diaper was soaked & shortly after, they had a urine infection (though Residents diapers are to be checked every 2 hrs). However, even with this, I still highly recommend Arden Court as a really great place for your loved one, over anywhere else.

Overall, the staff's friendly and helpful, with a caring attitude. The staff-to-resident ratio is high, thus residents can often be left unengaged. Conversely, as a memory care facility the progression of resident dementia is advanced, complicating engagement.

Really like the staff and all of the nurses and Denise and Teresa. They really do understand the state of the minds of the patients and what they are capable off. I would only like to see more encouragement from the staff to do more activities. Music is a great motivation would like to see them exercise and listen to music more. Other than that it is terrific

The whole experience of meeting with [name removed] was smooth. We were introduced to several key staff during our tour. When we arrived for the stay, a staff member helped us get my dad settled in his room. My dad seemed to enjoy the stay. I liked the fact that several staff members had been working there many years. I would look to use Arden Courts again for respite stays. There was no way to pay electronically. I had to use a check.

Arden Courts provides an engaging and lovely environment, in which residents feel safe and secure during these difficult times. Each staff member is passionate and hard-working, and I appreciate how much care they give to the community.

The front desk staff is nice and the Director is great. Most of the staff that actually takes care of the patients are very caring and good. A male nurse I wasn't thrilled with but other than him most staff was supportive and kind.

I’ve found the entire staff and management fully engaged in caring for all their patients. Open to constructive feedback and committed to improving the clients’ quality of life. Please continue to improve upon your processes and elder care services that ensure the dignity and wellbeing of our loved ones in the fall of their remarkable lives.

My mom has been a resident of Assisted Living at Springhouse since [date removed]. The transition was a little bumpy, however, the staff has been really good about making the necessary changes to make her new home comfortable for her. The nursing staff does an excellent job of keeping up with my mom’s health issues. This is very helpful because she is prone to UTIs. My mom is quite happy at Springhouse, she has made friends and really enjoys the activities and games.

The staff is very polite and helpful. A welcoming atmosphere at the facility. There are 2 elevators and 3 floors. They offer good activities for the residents. Maintenance dose a good job with an older building.

The staff is very caring. Its hard to get medical info from nursing. The wing my mom is in smells like urine. The dining rm floor is not clean. Apt size is great. My mom likes the residents and staff. My mom is always clean and well cared for.
