What really made the difference is the staff. They are just very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating and overall just seemed trustworthy. Felt comfortable enough to entrust them with our loved ones.

This was a great community it just was not the right fit for us at this time. The staff is really friendly and they seem to have really good Alzheimer care. We liked the community it just wasn’t what we were looking for. We would recommend this community to anyone.

The main reason that we choose “Arden Courts” is because they are a full memory care community not mixed. The people here know what they are doing and are patient. We have only had one small issue and they worked quickly with use to resolve it.

We chose this community for the convenience of its location. It is located near our neighborhood so wasn’t a complete uprooting. The manager came by my house to talk to us he explained all the things they offered and answered any questions we had. They were available immediately so it really helped. My loved one is a little stubborn and gives the staff a fight so he keeps them busy. It is a very nice community with very nice landscaping. If we needed services like this again, we would use Arden Courts again.

I like they had their own wings, so it wasn't so intimidating and hard to negotiate. Also, that they specialize in dementia. Yes I would recommend.

I visited this facility with my adult daughter. We both enjoyed our tour and were impressed with the facility. The experience of the facility and its personnel with patients needing assistance with memory care was particularly significant and persuasive to me.

The place is nice and they keep the residence busy with activities. The expense is what other families should know about. I would recommend to others.

The staff is nice. Sometimes they are hard to find, when needed. The food is pretty good. We have had many items misplaced, which is normal. I just don't understand when they do laundry they don't check the names in the clothes. For the monthly fee, I would expect more staff and more activities. I love the fact that the center is a circle and you never walk into a wall. The rooms are ok.

Because it was clean, odor-free and the staff were very nice. I would recommend Arden. But my experience with them was limited because my husband died there within a few weeks.

I would rate my overall experience 4 stars out of 5. It would have been 5 out of 5 but they just raised their prices by $[removed]k a month. I feel like it's very well run and the staff are knowledgeable. They know my grandmother well and treat her kindly. She likes it there and feels comfortable. I wish it was more affordable.

Comparing Arden Courts to [community removed] (recent experience with my father in law). Arden courts is better (cleaner and resources - both skilled and non-skilled). Food service was good also. The admin side of this was much better at Arden, compared to [community removed].

When the hospice nurse left, no one took charge of his medication. Night staff had no idea. Barked at to get off the floor. I was sleeping. I didn’t know hospice was leaving that day, and couldn’t leave him to die alone. Offered no other solution. But when they need our things I always help them out.

Positive- small size, personal service Negative- activities lacking on weekends and evenings Many levels of memory care mixed together.

The best part of Arden court for [Name Removed] was the Brighton hospice care. They were exceptional. Some of the caregivers were above and beyond. However, was not enamored with the new management. Perhaps it's like that everywhere now as it is such a big business. I prefer warm and fuzzy, but that's hard to come by I guess. Can't give it a five because of the management. Will give it a four for most of the caregivers.

Arden Courts of West Orange provides exceptional memory care in a warm, supportive environment. The staff are compassionate and attentive, and the community truly feels welcoming.

Our family toured a few places before choosing Arden Courts Warminster for our mother in November 2024. We liked the warm, welcoming active environment. The staff has been friendly and helpful as we navigate the progression of Mom's dementia. The addition of hospice services has happily increased the level of care. One concern we have is the turnover of staff, which we attribute to the difficulties of working in memory care. Arden Courts Warminster, is not perfect, but we do not know that any facility would be.

Overall experience seems to be good. The inside and outside of the facility are well kept. Most workers are friendly. Quality of care is quite good. Administrative staff have been helpful with billing and off-site appointments. Our loved one has put on 8 pounds in the first month or so. Value for the money- quite comprehensive once we understood the entire scope of care that is available.

Outdoor walkways are a great feature of the Silver Spring facility but were locked most days that I tried them with the resident who wanted to be able to be outside and walk Would also not recommend being there in early stages of dementia.

Just placed my spouse with Arden Courts. I was impressed with the staff and the environment. Time will tell how the care is but so far I am being very encouraged.
