[removed] The management team at Vintage is great. The new ED is making wonderful changes. She is upfront and honest. I have known her from a previous community and she has always been in touch with what the families need. The previous ED allowed the staff to run the building. I agree that the company as a whole may not be that great but I love my mom being here at US Memory Care. It's going in the right direction.

Thank you for helping our father and leading us in the right direction in his time of need. We appreciate all the hard work from your staff.

Overall I think they do a very good job at Silverado Lake Zurich! The staff are very friendly, the facility itself is well kept and clean, and they take great care of the people who live here. They also accept pets! My one complaint is that I think they could be a little more attentive when it comes to making sure her dog gets let outside more frequently.

They have made the transition as easy as possible for my Mom. They seem to truely care, she likes the aides, she has participated in the activities and likes the food (she is putting on some wieght, a problem for her). The staff allows her dog to come visit her, a big plus. We are glad we found Arden Courts.

They are doing good. They could do a better job getting the laundry, it often doesn't get done. They have one person to do laundry for 80 residents. Other than that it's wonderful.

I have seen firsthand the compassionate care provided to the residents by the many dedicated staff members. The compassion and respect they extend is evidenced in their relationships with the residents. I have a new found appreciation for not just the day to day work, but also for the work that goes on behind the scenes, that makes the day to day possible!

I felt good about this place the minute I entered the front. my is getting great care, the staff are friendly ,caring and very professional. the place is very clean , very pleasant my mom has only been there for about need to see long term

My Dad has been at Silverado for almost two months now. The people have help not only Dad but our family as we adjust to all the changes in his life. Silverado offers a clean, safe environment and tries to get everyone involved in activities. They have a warm and friendly staff but most of all they are patient. This is a difficult time for everyone and they take their time to help us all through the process.

We had to move our dad to Arden Courts due to his particular type of dementia. It was extremely difficult due to separating him from our mother but we know he is being cared for and is safe there. The staff seems very caring and patient and tries to involve him in everyday activities.

Overall they've done a great job at Silverado! It's a nice looking, clean place, and everyone has been very friendly. They've got plenty for the residents to do, they have frequent entertainment and trips, and there's plenty of room for walks. It came highly recommended to us, and I'd definitely recommend it as an option to others!

My brother has only been there for about a week or so now, but he's quite comfortable. He especially loves that it feels like a home and not a hospital. He likes his independence where he can get a snack and drink whenever he pleases and likes that he can be with people and has safe spots including his "apartment" that he can go to when he needs quiet. The staff has been especially helpful and there are plenty of activities for the residents. It is sparkling clean and brand new another feature I really love. I also LOVE that he can walk the entire building both inside and outside and that family has plenty to do while there. I can't say enough about Silverado Memory Care.

This was beautiful, the Cadillac of buildings! The woman who showed me around was very nice. It's lovely with lots of windows. The building is secured and they have an awesome courtyard that is all enclosed. It was way out of the price range for us. Also everyone has a roomate, and they don't have t.v.'s or phones in the rooms, because they want everyone out in the public spaces, which are really nice, but I didn't think my loved one would go for that.

Great place but a little expensive. Food is also limited.

I like the facility, it's a nice facility. The way they have it set up is homey. They have lots of good activities. They are kind of struggling with a couple things - his room is cold and they don't seem to be able to fix that. The other is that he has Alzheimer's, and of course he has hygiene issues, and it doesn't always seem to be fixed like we had hoped it would have been. Other than that, we have no complaints, and everything is fine.

I have him in there I like it a lot, it's just that he has fallen a couple times at night out of bed, so I am working on that. It's well staffed, clean, and I do like it. He comes from having 24 hour care, so it is a little different over there. I did hire an aide to sit with him at nights on the weekends, which is kind of a waste of money, but the problem is that if he has to get up to go to the bathroom, he needs someone there. I am a nurse myself and I know how night shift on the weekends goes - it's tough. They have been very, very helpful and gone out of their way. They have done a lot, and I think that they are very good.

They are awesome. They have helped me out a great deal. My dad living a wonderful life now. He is not just alive, he is living. My dad loves anything that has to do with food, and they do a lot with food aside from just eating. He is involved in the preparation by doing things like peeling oranges. This is really helping him to stay calm and feel like he is doing something helpful. I am happy to write this because I think that this is a great place. When I am old, this is where I want to be. I've already told my children.

I thought they were very nice. They were nice and clean. They took us around and we saw everything. We really liked it too but the price, more than anything, that was an issue.

We're pretty happy with it; we have both of our parents there, one in personal care for memory care and one just in personal care. It seems to be a pretty good fit for both of them. I'm not there a lot because I'm living in Florida but I was up about 2 weeks ago and things seem to be good, my sister is there almost every week and I know she has no complaints. I don't know what things could totally be improved on because I'm not there all the time, at this point they've only been in there since mid-July so were pretty happy.

I toured Arden Courts, Northbrook, and found it to be a welcoming, friendly place and a homey environment. They try to tailor their services to meet client needs, such as cooking a favorite dish from home. The activities and social interactions also seem to be tailored to a level appropriate for the resident. The staff seemed very warm and responsive and took time with me, the residents and families. The cost sheet was confusing and I will find out more on my next visit, but it is private pay.

They're great, they really are. I like the fact that they have dogs for the residents to pet. They're very low key which makes it feel more home-like and they refer to it as their home, because it is. They treat the residents like that is their home. They've been extremely good to my mother. We've been pleasantly surprised. She's very happy there which makes us happy. She's not even asked to come hom which was surprising to my sister and I.
