Arden Courts is very welcoming. My sister [name removed] has settled in and is doing well. I am happy with the services provided and feedback.

My mother has been a resident at Arden Courts for 2 months and I must say the change in her behavior has been startling. Her previous residency, though described as a "memory unit", was simply a custodial location where she was basically medicated so she wouldn't be a problem to the staff or other residents. What a change at Arden! Her meds were decreased to a level just enough to control her anxiety. Her sundowning disappeared almost completely. At Arden Courts she had free reign to walk and wander about the entire place- even outside, in a completely safe and appealing atmosphere. Her aides have been very helpful and there are a wide variety of activities for the residents to participate in- even outings to restaurants, museums and gardens. The most important thing to us is she is happy there and tells us constantly that everyone is so nice there.

Very caring and helpful. They are able to take all stages of Alzheimer’s patients . It is very clean and always smells fresh and clean. My husband has fallen often and they are right there and always giving him the appropriate care. I am so happy that we found Arden Courts!

Placed my cousin in Arden Court at the suggestion of a Place for Mom. Their advice was pure gold. "If your family member has dementia, then only go to a facility that specializes in dementia." After having a very unsatisfactory care experience at another facility, transferring my cousin to Arden Court has made a dramatic difference for her. She is happy, relaxed and enjoying herself there. Their method of helping with Dementia has made a wonderful change and lifted a great burden from us.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean smell not that pee smell you get from most places. Easy to communicate with, and open for ideas.

Silverado Cedar park is a facility where you will find peace for you and your loved one. Each and every employee is well trained and works diligently to assure that your family member gets the best possible outcome...the food, the staff, the programs, those in administration......all work together to achieve an optimum outcome. Don't hesitate if you are interested....Silverado Cedar park is tops my husband resided there and could not have had better care.

Arden Courts of Sterling Heights has been a blessing! We had to place my mother in a facility after family illness no longer allowed us to take care of her. From the moment we toured the facility we knew we found the perfect place. Very homey and comfortable, awesome workers who are loving and kind, and support for the family. She’s not interested in the activities but it’s very obvious from the smiles that the others enjoy it very much. Thank you Arden Court!

I had the privilege of visiting my Godson at Arden Courts of Yardley. I cannot find the words to express what I think about the place or the people who work there, they are angels! I vstayed for hours everyday during my weeklong visit and saw countless acts of kindness. Thank you for all you do!

We looked at all the places in the area and chose this place. From the day our mom moved in we’ve had peace of mind. The staff are kind and compassionate and they treat the people who live there with respect.

My mother has been a resident at Arden for three years. They came highly recommended and they've not disappointed us. They staff and caregivers are very attentive and loving. There are many activities for the residents and the courtyard is beautiful. The facility is bright and airy and their rooms are comfortable. There are also many activities that families can enjoy with their loved ones. All in all, I feel that Arden Court is a great place to care for your loved one.

I was very impressed with this community and the staff that did my tour. They were well informed and I liked that they answered my questions and addressed memory care as well. Everything was bright and clean and I think my mom would have done well here. I did feel that the pricing was a bit high for us.

Linden Village of Lebanon is a beautifully bright and airy environment for my mom who is already calling it home. Each of the cottages has a front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the fresh air. The caregivers treat her like gold. She loves the food that they serve and that is saying a lot! They do everything they can to accommodate her and make her feel welcome. She was able to move to another table where was a better fit of companions to enjoy dinner with. There is a shared kitchen that they can get their snacks when they want to. They have a great room where she enjoys the activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. My only concern is that they should have two caregivers per cottage instead of the one. There are times when they seem overworked by trying to do it all with the limited amount of staff. For the most part, the maintenance staff tries to keep up with repairs needed. Overall I would definitely recommend this community, especially to others who are higher functioning and need less assisted care.

I had a wonderful tour of this community, and everything went very well. This is a really nice community with kind people. The community looked great, and the staff was very friendly. It is a nice place to live if you can afford it. The experience went very well.

After having my aunt shuffled from one nursing home to another then being medicated to the point of unconsciousness, I found Arden Courts. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have a different approach to dementia and Alzheimer's. She is no longer medicated and recognizes us again. The layout of the place allows the residents freedom to move about and interact in a resort type setting instead of an overcrowded hospital Ward. The place is clean and inviting. The staff has been kind and helpful. You can visit your loved one in a pleasing setting or outside in well cared for areas. I was able to set up her room to make it welcoming to her. If you have been searching for a place and have been scared off by the traditional nursing home wards, i recommend that you visit and see for yourself.

staff is very friendly and well trained, facility is clean, patients are called by name and treated well,family is always welcomed, lots of family-oriented activities, very homey facility (not set up like an institution)

Mom likes the staff and they are encouraging. She is still adjusting to living at this community. The food is ok and they do offer a lot of activities. They allow dogs and the community is spotless. I would recommend this community.

When we visited this community we saw the staff and caregivers interacting with the residents. They keep the residents active and encourage them to socialize. They treat the residents with respect. They have a place for the residents to enjoy watching birds. They make sure the residents get the personalized care they deserve. I would have liked to have my loved one live here, unfortunately their insurance would not work with this community. I would recommend taking a look at this community.

We toured this community and we might have moved into this nice community. We found that they community did not have the feeling that we were looking for at the time. The staff was nice and they did answer the questions. This community has a lot to offer families for the care of a loved one

When we looked into Silverado Lake Zurich, we needed a place very quickly and they expedited the paperwork so it all worked out. The staff there are taking good care of my loved one, and the people I work with are very caring and knowledgeable. We are happy that it is such a good place.
