I found the facility to be very helpful and positive. They have done a great job with my father. He is really thriving there.

To all at Linden Village who take part in some way, big or small, to make sure my grandfather is adjusting to his new home and making sure he is well taken care of...Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Ever since he has been there, he seems to be happier and less agitated and stressed. He tells me often how he is doing very well there. It means the world to me that he has such a wonderful place to call home. This cannot be easy for him, or anyone, having to give up their independence, but I believe that due to finding Linden Village, it made the process and adjustment much smoother. When I see him in group activities "smiling" or even when I visit he is on the rocking chair with friends "smiling" that just verifies that this is the place for him. Staff...you all take part in that "Smile!" Thank you.

I attended the Family Christmas Party and was very impressed with the program and thoughtfulness of the staff. This was a First Class Affair and I would like to thank all the Staff for their commitment and kindness to all Linden residents!

Just wanted to thank the staff for all you do for my father and for your profession. I live out of town giving me piece of mind knowing that my father is being well cared for. I highly recommend this community.

This was a great tour. Annette participated with the residents. She really liked the environment. Great "layout". Activities & resident engagement is good.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this was a lovely place, overall. The facility was brand new and very clean, and just had a welcoming friendly atmosphere. The staff and the residents we met were all very friendly and positive. The only downside was that it was very pricey, but it seemed like it would be a great place to live.

Silverado is the best placement for my husband. He is engaged in life once again. He enjoys the staff and works right along side them in various projects. Staff always have time to talk and be with him. They are very aware of what makes him "tick" and encourage him to participate in life with them. The animals that are in his cottage are so important to the well being of every single resident. There is a darling dog, the most amazing cat, a guinea pig and 2 paraketts that are friendly with all. Families are encouraged to visit and join their loved one for a meal. The children and pets of caregivers are encouraged to come and hang out with the residents while their parents are at work. In a word Silverado is unusual and worth every cent!

I know this might sound unbelievable but within 48 I saw a huge change in my father and after 3 weeks it is amazing. He is always wanting to talk, he is smiling, and he is even dancing during activities at Silverado. I would HIGHLY recommend Silverado to those who are looking for a facility for someone with memory care needs.

Mom has been in Arden Courts for almost two months. We are very pleased with the staff at Arden. They are all caring and helpful. The facility itself is decorated very tastefully, and has a feeling like home. We were especially impressed with the Executive Director, Pam. She was one of the main reasons we chose Arden Courts.

Silverado was lovely! It's a new state-of-the-art community that seems to be a very good fit.

I visited this community when I was looking into care options for a loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking place! My loved one was not quite ready for this level of memory care, but Silverado Oak Village will be at the top of my list should her needs progress to that level. The facility itself was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly and professional.

It was such a great place for my mom. She was cared for lovingly, stimulated cognitively and never asked to leave. We ran out of money to stay and went to Medicaid at a nursing home. She has been at the nursing home 5 years and I can see the difference in her care. I attended the Arden Support Group monthly and the educational seminars with Patti Jerkovich. Patti is the most pleasant, knowledgeable person I have met on my 17 year journey with dementia. Linda's activiites were engaging and stimulating and fun for mom.

They are incredible. They are doing an excellent job. They have done better than I expected, and I expected a lot. They are really on top of stuff, when there was an incident and my dad had to go to the hospital they went with him and stayed with him. They are flexible and accommodating of my schedule, and if I can't come down to meet with someone they will arrange a phone conference. It looks like a resort, and a hotel, with large open areas for meetings. There is always someone interacting with them and doing activities. You really do get value for your money.

They are doing an absolutely fantastic job. There are no concerns whatsoever. Overall she is very satisfied with the food her only complaint is they serve white bread instead of wheat. They have really been very accommodating. I would give them 155 out of 5! They really have been that good.

After touring many memory care facilities in the Plano area my daughter and I agreed that U. S. Memory Care had the most to offer. The concept of the three separate neighborhoods assures that your loved one gets the level of attention and care that they require. My husband has been in the facility for four months and is receiving very attentive and loving care. I appreciate all of the family meetings and information on available services for the memory impaired . We have been able to meet other families and exchange ideas and support. The staff at the facility has become a valuable part of our family. The layout of the facility which is all on one floor is very inviting. The minute you walk in the front door you are greeted with a very open and welcoming feeling. It truly is a beautiful facility.

We would not have our Mom anywhere else but Arden Courts Avon! She has been treated with respect and dignity by a meticulously caring staff. Her needs are met beautifully and she is happy with her new extended family and friends. Look no further, you have found your loved one's home!

The staff is amazing! I came in to visit my family and was offered a sandwich. "Who, me??" i replied?! Even one of the maintenance workers offered me a cup of coffee. I know my parents are being taken care of properly. They and I are very happy to be at Silverado Oak Village.

The staff here are incredible! I don't even know how to explain how highly I think of them. The entire place just has a welcoming, family atmosphere. The staff are always smiling, and they wear casual clothing, not uniforms, which really contributes to the place feeling like a home, and not like an institution. They really go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable and has all of the help that they need. And they really get to know their residents on a personal level! A few hours after we moved Mom in they could see that things weren't working out well with her roommate, and a staff member suggested someone she might get along better with. Now those two are joined at the hip! They've also got a huge variety of activities, and the activities director really makes an effort to get the residents involved. I also appreciate that they send out a calender every month of everything they're doing, in case you'd like to let them know something to encourage your loved one to participate in specifically. Another feature that really sold the place to me personally is that they have a piano in the lobby. Quite a few of my family members know how to play the piano, and the staff always encourage us to when we visit! It always draws a huge crowd of residents who really seem to enjoy the music. I really can't say enough good things about this place, it has worked out fantastically so far!
