ProMedica Senior Care

Recently, we found ourselves in a position where memory care was required for my mom who has been diagnosed with an advanced stage of Alzheimer's. After looking at two different types of facilities we knew Silverado was the place for her. She was able to transition with her best friend, Baxter, a 70 pound Golden Retriever. All of the staff have been great! They are welcoming and truly compassionate for the care and comfort they provide. The atmosphere couldn't get any closer to home. Mom has the cognitive and emotional support she needs to guide her through this journey. When we visit, we have the privacy of her room or the community feel of the wonderful gathering areas. Thank you Silverado for everything you do.

We were impressed with Linden Village at our first visit. When it was necessary to act sooner than we had anticipated, Linden Village was there to welcome us immediately. Since our relative has been there, we have seen an improvement in her overall fitness and she is having fun with all the activities. We are grateful to the staff for their hands-on care.

I love the staff. They are very helpful and caring.

I love love love the fact that she was able to take her pet with them. They have 4 other pets there. They really get them involved in the activities by getting out of the room which is great.

She likes it there. So far everything is really good. I haven't heard any major complaints to this point. I would give them a five.

I think what they do well is getting the residents out to the activities and the fact that they just have one activity, so that means everyone is together. One thing they could do better is maybe get a few outside entertainment acts to come in.

My Sister and I were very impressed by the staff of Linden Village as my father moved from an assisted living facility to Linden Village. The staff took care of welcoming him and getting my dad settled into his new home. The transition could not have gone smoother! A very grateful thanks!

Our experience with Arden Courts has been a very positive one. It's a nice looking place, and the staff here seems very friendly and caring. They really treat the residents with a lot of concern and respect. I've liked what I've seen every time I've visited, and my Dad seems happy here. I would recommend them to anyone looking into care in the area!

It is a great place for someone who has dementia and before we were having to pay for 24-hour one-on-one care and this place allowed for him to community and still get all his needs supported. The only improvement I would like to see is that all of the activities are in the living room and the music is loud and it is difficult if someone has hearing issues.

I am thrilled that I moved Charles from Fountain View to Silverado. There is no comparison on the care. He is very happy and getting great care and I feel much better about the care he receives when I am not there. I would recommend it to anyone that is in search of a loving/caring Memory Care facility for their loved one!

I think my Father is extremely well cared for and very comfortable. People make him feel so comfortable there. I think they have done a great job at helping us make the transition with him being here. There could always be more help with transitioning, but overall this is a great facility.

Arden Courts of Livonia was great for my dad. We got what we paid for. We had him at a facility previously and it was cheaper but we got less care. They took really good care of my dad. They were really there when my dad needed it with his declining health. He has since passed. The experience at this facility was really good.

I have been greatly impressed with the support the Vintage community has seen over the last several weeks. It is clear that the upper management was aware of the poor leadership in the community and they have hired a great new Executive Director that seems to have the compassion and knowledge to lead the team here. The care staff and dining staff have all kept such great attitudes with the change and it is so refreshing to see a team that really cares about what they do every day. It warms my heart to know that my loved ones are in good hands and it gives me peace of mind to know that there is now a great leader to ensure that the staff are supported everyday!

I think they the staff's attention to the patients is amazing. Everyone's ears and eyes are all over the place and I am impressed by that. The food is wonderful. They have an amazing chef. I cannot say anything bad about them.

Our experience with Springhouse has been a very good one! It's a nice looking, clean place, and everyone seems very friendly. All of the staff just have a great attitude, and are very kind and respectful to the residents. I would high recommend the place!

The staff is great, the place is clean. Anytime I have needed anything for my Father, the director gets on it right away. The only minor problem that we have had is the way the prescriptions are being ordered, but that may be due to the fact that he is a new patient and is a work in progress.

Nice facility, nice staff, residents seemed happy, inviting feel, rooms are a good size. Great ratio of resident/staff. Safe environment. Only two concerns are the high price and distance from my house.

I love this place. We have been a part of this community for over 5 years, and I don't know what I would do without the caregivers and staff. They have taken wonderful care of my mom, and me, for that matter. My family feels like this is truly "Mimi's home" and we are able to treat it that way. I personally worked in long term care for many years, and I do not think any other place compares when it comes to the care and attention to the residents, and to their loved ones left to cope. I am tremendously grateful to have Silverado as part of my family.

It has been a positive experience. I love the grounds that it is on. It is well worth the money. It's a smaller, more intimate facility, which was a good placement for my mother and they have done a really great job.
