Every time we have visited the facility, everyone has just been exceptionally friendly and they seem to really take care and concern over the residents there. Overall I am very happy with the selection.

I really like their approach at Arden Courts of Austin. They give residents their freedom. The facility itself is being remodeled right now. The staff there are very attentive. This is just exactly what I would expect for the kind of money we are paying. I have zero complaints about this facility.

Everything has gone really well at Silverado Brookfield. There is nothing at this time I could speak to as far as improvement. I am overall very pleased with this facility. It gets five stars all around from me.

For me it was the incredible friendliness of the staff. Hands down, the Arden staff was the greatest. The residents looked the happiest. The atmosphere was just great. Not depressing. I think my Ward is really thriving at Arden.

When our family decided it was time for mom to leave California and move closer to us, we were overwhelmed with the task of finding the perfect place for her. Although the decision was extremely difficult, after touring five facilities we decided Silverado was perfect as it checked off the majority of our wish list boxes! The facility itself is beautiful, clean and has plenty of space indoors and outdoors for the residents to roam. The staff is always friendly, caring and responsive. There is a nice mix of residents in various stages of dementia...mom easily made friends with other ladies who are on her same cognitive level. One of the biggest pluses for our family is that the staff readily welcomed mom's little dog into the Silverado family. Mom has now been living at Silverado for two months and is well adjusted and happy.

My father was recently placed into Arden Court because his Alzheimers has gotten to difficult for my mom to handle on her own. We really enjoy Arden Court for my dad. He is still young and active and they have a wonderful lot with walking paths that he can go around to release energy. Most places we looked at just had a little courtyard which was nice, but for my dad it would have been too confining since he loves being outside. Also the staff is great. So friendly and helpful; they always remember who we are. We are very thankful for this home for my dad.

I had heard wonderful things about this community, and I believe it would be a great place for my grandfather, who has Alzheimer's. The building is beautiful, the programming is unique, and I can see that the staff genuinely loves and cares for their residents. They treat the residents as if they are family. I have been nothing but pleased--they have definitely made me feel ease at what has been a very difficult decision and time for my family. We recently visited my husband's grandmother who lives in assisted living in another state, and the difference took my breath away! She doesn't enjoy even a fraction of the comfort and care residents receive at US Memory Care. My only complaint would be--when are they going to open a US Memory Care in Florida?!! Keep up the good work!

It seems like my loved one loses her stuff at night, but she wanders around a lot at night, so it's kind of hard to keep up with her stuff.

It's really nice, but really expensive.

I actually been telling quite a few people about it. I always recommend them to the Arden Courts. I seen a lot of nursing homes and care facilities over the years. This is the best one that I have seen. I am very happy with everything. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent. It is very clean and sterile. Everyone is very friendly. Everything here has been excellent. This is a really nice community.

They do an absolutely wonderful job here! All of the staff, no matter which section of the community they work in, seem to know each and every resident by name. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help with any task, so nothing gets left undone for long here! The administrative staff are also all very nice, organized, and they've been a huge help throughout the whole process! The doctor they have on call here is also phenomenal! After my loved one moved in he helped to get her meds adjusted and she seems much better off now! We are very pleased, I highly recommend this place!

We are very happy with Silverado Onion Creek. They provide an exceptional program. I am utterly impressed with their services, level of care, and professional staff. I give them the top rating.

It has been a wonderful experience. They have worked beautifully with my father. He is now off of many of his medications including his anti anxiety medication. It has been a positive experience. They have allowed some of the residents to bring in their large dogs. They are now apart of the Silverado family. It has just been an excellent experience there. The whole family is very happy. I would absolutely recommend it.

The tour we took was very thorough. They took a lot of time with us and answered our questions and gave us lots of information. The sight is very clean, and we liked that is was smaller and circle shaped. Very Alzheimer friendly.

My wife is a dementia resident at this facility since December 2014. The location very easy to access and is one of the newest buildings in the area. I had some serious reservations after a short time with staffing issues. The former Executive Director appeared to be overwhelmed at times trying to have enough adequate coverage for the different neighborhoods. As in any business, when you have issues that continue without any resolution, changes are made. The new Executive Director has come in and made some changes that benefit the entire community. She is quickly trying to resolve issues that come up. I don't know enough about the new Sales Director to make any comments, the Activity Director and Culinary Director continue to do a terrific job.

They are doing a great job. We don't have any complaints so far. The food is good, and the price is reasonable compared to others around. They take good care of our loved one. We are very happy with them so far.

I really liked what I saw when I visited there. I came back to check it out again. My relatives came to visit when my sister checked in. They were very impressed. We are very satisfied. Everything has been going great.

They were great. The Arden Courts of Susquehanna is a great community. The facility is very clean. The staff has been excellent. They are very nice and accommodating. The care services has been great as well. They have a great selection of activities. This has been a positive experience for me and my loved one. I would definitely recommend the Arden Courts of Susquehanna if your in the Harrisburg, PA area.

i would recommend it because of how they treat you when you first go in no unturned question i left with knowledge i would hight recommend for your loved one i gave the over all a 5 star rating i gave the cleanliness a rating of 4 star rating the staff is very helpful

Its a great place to put your loved one if they are experiencing dementia which mine is. They staff are really understanding and caring about the elderly and take it day by day. Their is a bunch of activities for them to play.
