Awesome caregivers!

Arden Courts is great. Excellent staff, several people have been there 12 years or more. The facility is well maintained. Caregivers are great with the residents. Activities are excellent.

I have been in the Senior Care Industry for over 17 years. I am familiar with all of the Memory Care/Assisted Living Communities in Collier County. I have been impressed with the care that is offered at Arden Courts. The Administrative, Nursing, Activities and Care Staff exceed compassion and professionalism.They are exceptional at problem solving and individualizing treatment for their residents/families. It is evident that they care about the residents they serve. I highly recommend this community.

My father lived at Arden Courts for 19 months. He had Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia (FTD). The caregivers were familiar with the disease and cared for him with patience, humor, dignity, and respect. He said he was happy there, which made it to where we, the family could relax.

My Mom has been a resident at Springhouse for one year and our family feels very luck to have discovered [name removed] and the staff there. Springhouse is a comfortable, clean, and safe facility. The entire staff is wonderful and VERY caring. If you are looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one, you will be able to rest comfortably knowing they are cared for by the staff at Springhouse. We do!

Nice smaller facility focused specifically on memory care rather than assisted living. I really liked the outdoor walking areas for relaxation and exercise.

My Dad has been living in this facility for 2 years. I picked this company and location for the convenience of having my father close to me because he was residing in another state. I was impressed by the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. I have been to a lot of other facilities because I had a husband who spent the last two years of his life in a nursing home which was not as nice. My father was living alone because he is a widower. Since he has been living here he has actually gained a few pounds because he's eating regular meals which he doesn't have to prepare or go out to get. He doesn't complain about anything. He has adjusted well here. I have no issues with the service that is provided at this facility. He is happy that everyone working there knows him. I'm called if there is anything that I need to know. I like that he gets to eat at a regular time and can eat whatever he chooses from the menu. He's even made special requests which the dining room servers and cooks try their best to satisfy him.

My wife has been a resident at Silverado for over three years. She has received superior care from caregivers and readily accessible nurses 24/7. I have enjoyed a family atmosphere which enriches our time together. The care teams Invest themselves in each person's comfort and show remarkable patience through difficult situations. Even the custodians, housekeepers, and drivers are friendly and always ready to help. The campus layout allows residents freedom inside and out within safeguards--and my wife is a walker! I recommend Silverado above all similar residences I have visited over the years.

I've got nothing but praise and gratitude for the management and staff of Arden Courts at Elk Grove. My Mom was living alone and became hospitalized in November, [date removed] from a fall. As a divorcee, she was living alone. It was at that time the hospital doctor strongly advised me to place her under memory care. After a week, she transitioned to a skilled nursing facility for rehab. A month later we moved her into memory care at Arden Courts, where she continues to live. Anybody that has had to do this for their parent knows that it is an emotionally trying experience - to say the very least. It's also been a steep learning curve for myself and my family to understand and come to terms with Dementia, while at the same time taking on guardianship duties, managing her bills, navigating through hospitals, dealing with doctors and lawyers, etc. We shopped around and visited numerous facilities for memory care, and this was the place that felt most like it could be home for her. The folks at Arden Courts are attentive, conscientious, and loving toward my Mom. I tend to have a cynical orientation esp. when dealing with large organizations. But the folks over there genuinely "go the extra mile". One of the added benefits we found with the Elk Grove location is that there's a skilled nursing facility next door that handles rehab. I think it's important to find a place that resonates with your sense of well being, and obviously is clean, well-managed, etc. For us we found we've found that experience at Arden Courts.

I like the interior of the facility. It is designed like a promenade with window shutters, flower boxes, street lamps and a street cafe. There is a walkway all around the building and several courtyards allow the residents to “leave” the building, weather permitting. Our lived one moved in very recently and I cannot comment on his living experience yet. I also like that they have one set price that does not go up if the level of care increases. Hopefully the staff and activities will be as good as the well thought out interior of the place.

Absolutely love this place! Very caring staff, they take wonderful care of the residents, best place to be for people that suffer with memory loss.

Arden Courts is fabulous! My husband is well cared for by the wonderful staff, who always have a smile on their face. I highly recommend Arden Courts.

Outstanding! 1st time I toured my mom wouldn't have been a good fit. [Name removed] would call from time to time to check on my mom. Later my mom was a good fit. [Name removed] did a great job helping with the transition ALL of the staff are incredible and very patient with my mom which can't be easy. I could write much more given the chance.

My mother moved here from an assisted living in a CCRC nearby. The difference is night and day. She has thrived since her move. The care giving staff is well trained, caring and superb.

I spent several years looking for a place for my wife of 55 years who was diagnosted with Alzheimer's 9 years ago. I knew eventually I would not be able to provide her the care she needed at home. Over a 2 year period, I toured new & old, small and large facilties that could offer her the care she needed and deserved and revisted recently several and finally chose Arden Courts. I chose it because it offered exactly what I was looking for: 1. A caring and dedicated staff, many of which have been with Arden for multiple years, 2. References from others who have or have had loved ones at this facility,and 3. Its cleanliness, odor-free and a decore offering a family-like, safe environment. 4. A bonus was that it offered a one month trial period. Now that my wife has been there for a little over one month and a premanent resident, I am even more sure that I made the correct choice: 1. Their nursing staff and other care givers are exceptional, 2. Their activities are stimuating and structured to include all residents 3.The food is as good or better than most restraurants, and most of all: 4. My wife is happy and well cared for. I couldn't ask for a better result.

These words come to mind when asked about Arden Courts: kind, compassionate, caring, positive energy, and always with smiles and a welcome attitude. I was at a crossroads with my precious mom. From the initial phone call with [Name removed] to the follow up conversation with [Name removed] I knew I had found my mom a home. The communication and collaboration once the decision was made to move her was a caring and positive experience. They demonstrated and modeled the type of care my mom was going to receive. In the two months mom has been there she has improved physically, mentally and socially. Mom is happy, safe and content. God's blessings have been bestowed upon our family. Thanks to all the wonderful people at Arden Courts who dedicate their talents to taking care of our most precious - our senior citizens.

Kind and professional staff. Excellent facility. At the top of my mom's price range, so she would have to move when fees increase.

Silverado is the community to let your loved ones heal, grow and thrive to their fullest capacity and desire. This is a community of engaged residents and day members of varying abilities. I’m glad we chose this place for my husband’s recovery. Members exercise their mental capacity and physical abilities - all of which feed the development of the brain to help heal injuries and slow the progress of dementia. My husband has been going to Silverado for 6 weeks. He is physically stronger and confident. His gate is stable. His blood pressure has also stabilized. His closed and protective demeanor has changed to sunny and communicative, reminiscent of the person I met so long ago. He is connected and engaged. He actively participates in conversation. He is motivated to prepare for the book club. He actively engages and tries new activities like yoga and painting with the guidance of Silverado’s caring staff on a daily basis. Thank you Silverado!!
