Our mother has been at Arden Courts for several months now. We have had no complaints about this place. She is always clean, dry, hydrated, and engaged. The staff is very knowledgeable of her needs. We are so pleased with the care she receives as we know we couldn't do any better.

Staff is very friendly and place is very clean. I'm a member of the American Legion auxiliary and a few of us visit with the residents and veterans approximately every two months. We sing songs, visit with everyone and enjoy a nice snack provided by Arden Courts. Our visits are usually around a patriotic holiday.

My husband has been at Arden Courts for about one year now and I'm as happy about the choice as much as the first day. I have peace of mind knowing he is receiving kind, courteous care, and good medical care from all the staff. I enjoy the "home" atmosphere from the attractive decor of the physical building to the many activities made available daily for residents to the special events for holidays for their participation along with family members. I also appreciate the cost and budgeting that is worked out for the year so I can plan our home budget. I would and do highly recommend Arden Courts for the care of loved ones.

In the summer of 2014 I went in into Manor Care to rehab my knee replacement operation. While there my wife was taken care of at Arden Courts. After a month I took her home. Then in February of 2015 I brought her back to Arden Courts because she had developed Alzheimer's disease and I could no longer take care of her. Pat [removed] graciously took her into Arden Courts. The director K.C welcomed her to Arden Courts. My wife Nancy likes Arden Courts because they take such good care of her. Kim [removed] has an excellent program for the patients to engage in and does a great job. Stella, Kim's assistant is very caring and loving person to the people. The two of them are a great team. Toni is also a great person. The nurses and lunchroom staff are great and take superb care of my wife. All the staff at Arden Courts are great and I would recommend Arden Courts to all my friends.

Arden is taking very good care of my dad. He's always very clean and very well put together. Arden is really like one big family for the loved ones of the residents. We see one another often and are very supportive of each other. Arden has a lovely "homey" atmosphere with cheery surroundings.

In my dad's so far short stay at Arden courts it has been a great one! All the staff is very helpful and have been wonderful with my dad! I can't say enough about this facility!

2 ½ years ago I reluctantly agreed to relieve myself of caregiving and place my wife in a home where she could get some good care as well as have some quality of life. I was reluctant, as my past experience was not good, but I found my health was deteriorating and it became more than I could handle. In searching, Arden Courts was recommended and several times we toured, finding it to be more personal, warm, and friendly than anticipated. In October of 2014 my wife entered Arden. The residents, staff, and visitors have become a part of my extended family as I look forward to many visits to see her. Thank you Arden Courts.

Having a parent with dementia is uncharted territory for us. The staff at Arden is so professional. They know what the journey looks like and they know how to educate us. Anytime, any questions, any request-they are so wonderfully helpful!! We feel blessed by them.

The personnel at Arden Courts are very attentive to all details of our loved one's care throughout the days. From the time she wakes up to the time she goes to bed at night, the care she gets is the best possible at Arden Courts. The staff is very caring and pleasant to be around when you come to visit.

People at Arden Courts are very nice and caring people. The staff takes very good care of my mom's needs. My mom enjoys the activities here. My mom is very happy she loves all the people. I feel she is in very good hands so I don't have to worry.

Staff is attentive and caring. They have really helped us to understand how to relate to someone with memory care issues.

My brother in law received wonderful care at Arden Courts. Everyone was warm and friendly and made him feel very comfortable there. The staff showed sincere interest in making sure he was clean, fed, and taking his medication at the right time. Many activities were provided each day to keep his mind alert and the day fun. We all loved the arrangements of rooms for residents. An excellent facility! Fish and birds were a great attraction too.

My wife and I always enjoy our visit here. The environment is very clean and safe and the people are always nice and helpful.

I was so broken heartbroken and sad when I was looking for a facility for my husband. I did not know where to go and how to find a place I would be happy for my husband. I looked at over 95 places and was not totally happy for my husband. I was really blessed when a family member in Florida put his wife in Florida Arden Courts and we researched and found Arden Courts of N.B. I walked in and was greeted by the most professional, friendly staff. I was so impressed on the tour. I made up my mind and said I would love my husband to be here in such a caring and loving environment. My husband I knew would be safe in the care of almost like fam taking care of him. It has been 5 months that my husband is at Arden Courts and I thank God daily for Arden Courts. I will and I have spread the word to friends and family how much I am pleased and grateful for Arden Courts. I recommend so highly and I hope that I can look for others who are looking for 5 star place for their loved ones. P.S. I can now sleep at night knowing my husband is in good hands.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Silverado Sugar Land, they do an awesome job! The whole place just has a very comfortable, home-like feel, it doesn't feel like a nursing home at all. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and residents can even bring their pets with them. I would highly recommend them!

Overall our experience with Arden Courts has been a good one! It's a nice looking place, and they've got a great activities program to keep the residents entertained. They also do a good job keeping families up to date on how their loved ones are doing, although I would like to see a little more detail in the information they provide.

We always enjoy our visit here at Arden Courts. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. Our sister is very happy here and has made many friends. This is a very clean place and we know she is safe here. Wonderful staff!

My company has worked with this community for over a year and we have found them to be truly wonderful people. The staff are polite and attentive to the needs of the residents and their families. They maintain a clean facility. They offer many different types of activities in order to involve everyone regardless of the level that they are on. Overall, my experience has been pleasant and I would definitely refer them to others.

I have my mom at Linden Village and am very happy with the caregivers and her care. There is a lot of activity. They play trivia and have exercise games. Everyone likes to participate and helps with bonding and having fun. My mom is happy and that makes me happy and gives me peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. We have not been a part of the family that long but I am impressed! Rooms are all private with a half bath and a nice size. .. There is a nurse to make rounds and a Dr. that comes every week. There is also a beauty/barber shop. They have been doing upgrades and painting. Looks great! We have mom in a personal care cottage. Cost is very reasonable.
