The staff was always compassionate respectful and loving when they cared for our mother grandmother and friend Louise while she was a resident at The Memory Center. At first there was some apprehension on her part and ours about moving but in no time at all we came to think of TMC as part of our family. The services they provide are challenging. Not everyone is cut out for that line of work but we would like to commend The Memory Center for putting together a staff to be extremely proud of! We were blessed to have received such excellent care from their family 3b the sincere kindness shown to our mother, grandmother and our family was so welcoming. There was a time when Louise wasn’t sleeping and the staff all took turns lying in the bed with her to get her to rest. TMC went above and beyond every step of the way with our loved one. In addition to their stellar employees the physical building is outstanding. The town center is such a wonderful concept and really adds to the open airy feel when you walk in the door. Louises room was clean spacious comfortable warm and inviting. It was sanitary and had all of the necessary equipment without being cold and hospital-like. The common area in her neighborhood was well used and we enjoyed seeing the residents watching movies together in their pajamas at night. When Louise started eating less they found creative ways to get her to eat. If I was there during mealtime I was always asked to join her. The food was always appetizing. I can attest that other facilities around the area have some questionable food options. TMC made this difficult time so much easier. Their kindness compassion and genuine concern for Louise and for our family during her final days will never be forgotten

Dad says everyone is so nice. They knock on your door and bring you good things to eat. They also ask me to play bingo. We are so pleased with Dad's care. Everyone takes such good care. Honey is wonderful with Dad. Justine and Mallory and Diann are so good providing great programs. Pam does an excellent job of managing this facility. Great food, very clean, everyone is so kind and caring!

If there was no concern of money s-I would definitely put my mom in Silverado this was the most encouraging bright happy clean facility Ive ever seen. Their motto and their philosophy was just outstanding!! with the fact I may have to be concerned about self-pay running out my mom may outlive what I can afford to pay long term I can t take the chance as she would have to be moved at that point

Overall, an excellent memory care community.

Great place for my mom to get the round the clock care she needs. Friendly staff and KC and Pat have been a great help facilitating my moms transfer here.

It is a wonderful place; the residents here are so happy and the place is very clean. The rooms are nice and it seems as if everything is wonderful.

My wife Janine started to need more and more special care. I, along with my family, was unable to give her that. The staff at Arden Courts gives her that. They go out of their way to meet each patient's individual and personal needs. She is personally doing much better since moving in September 2015. The staff has been outstanding.

It is a clean, friendly nursing home. There is freedom for your loved one, in a safe environment. They bring in entertainment - bands, church every Sunday. It is a place you can have infant family members visit, and they can provide a closed room for family parties.

Since my dad has been living here the last year, we know he is well taken care of. No longer need to worry about him wandering, getting lost or hurt. The caregivers really get to know everyone and care about the residents.

Compassionate personnel. My husband has Alzheimer's Dementia, and I attend a support group at Arden Court. I can't say enough about the staff I've come in contact with. Very focused on client as well as caregiver.

This is the finest facility of its kind that i have encountered. I do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone needing care for a loved one.

A wonderful, caring community immensely supportive of residents and their families. Residents have freedom to walk everywhere in common areas. An excellent activities staff - a warm, creative and fun team. Well managed, clean and cheerful!

The most difficult decision of my life was to put my mother in a Memory Care facility. I toured 10 facilities in our tri-county area. As soon as I met the Directors and staff at Arden Courts, I knew this was the only place for my mother. The Director, nurses, and day assistants were WONDERFUL; to my mother as well as our family. It takes a special group of people to care for dementia patients - the staff at Arden Courts IS that special group!

Arden Courts is an outstanding facility. Debra and Kathy are outstanding managers, and the three activity directors are so important to this facility. They create a gentle and friendly atmosphere. They have wonderful group activities and are also tuned into individual needs of the residents. The aides are friendly and very hard working. This is one area that is so important and often Aden Courts is understaffed. The aides can make more money at fast food restaurants! Something you need to consider. They are on the front line!

I feel so lucky to have chosen Arden Courts for my husband. I could not ask for better care. The facility is kept in tip top shape, and the staff is super friendly and attentive to both residents and their families. The program of activities is outstanding, varied, entertaining as well as educational. It is geared to bring out and exercise their mind.

The care that my mom received at Arden Courts was exceptional. Everyone on the staff, from the Director to the custodian, knew my mom's name and greeted her. Arden Courts believes in keeping the residents active, and the variety of activities and entertainment contributed to her quality of life. I had the peace of mind that my mom was always safe and well cared for at Arden Courts.

The staff is very caring and loving toward the residents. Residents are greeted and acknowledged by name from all staff members. Activity programs are very well done, with outside visits from musicians and local school kids. The environment is very welcoming and appropriate for memory care residents. A wonderful place to entrust your loved one's care!

A very professional staff from the director too all employees serving the residents. The staff of three that plan a stimulating program of activities for the residents are superior. A happy, caring family.

Excellent value for the price. Caring and experienced staff. Many group activities. Residents are treated with respect.

The building is cut into four areas with a small number of residents whose rooms are close. They eat together in a small dining room, and this helps them get to know each other and know their caregivers. The caregivers are wonderful, some are simply outstanding and caring people. The residents are kept busy. The activity director keeps the programs fresh and interesting, bringing exercise and stretching their brains as well as muscles. The front office is open for questions and is helpful anytime. The minute you walk into the building, everyone knows your name and is ready with a hug.
