I went on all recommended tours of memory care locations in my area by APfM. Silverado is all memory care, not broken down in two locations of assisted living and memory care. It is a bright, sensory stimulating, square donut where a large staff attend to my 88 year old mother. After 2 weeks of living there my mother told me it just needs me to move in with her to be perfect. I am still in the mourning stage of having to give the responsibility of her care to someone else. Silverado supports me in my transition with counseling, introducing me to other families going through the same process and lots of hugs from other residents and staff.

My brother is doing very well, they are taking good care of him and his needs. This is a nice community, they do a pretty good job keeping his room and facility well maintained. They have a great staff here. He has tired a few activities. The food is good, he enjoys the meals. Everything is working out great and I would recommend it.

My aunt has a dog and this is the main reason why we chose this community. I like the way the community looks and it appears to be absolutely clean all around. I met with the director and they were very informative. I tried a cookie there and it was good. My aunt has moved in already so its too soon to tell how it will be but after researching and touring it seems like a good fit.

MY Father is getting better, more personal care than in the skilled nursing facility he was in.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this community. The staff is extremely nice. I love their unique approach, they treat their residents with respect. I spoke with Visiting Nurses and they also gave rave reviews about this community.

I really liked this community and everything they have to offered. My father was doing very well until he got sick. I'am hoping he gets better so he can return. This is truly a lovely community. I choose this community for its memory care. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They were very responsive when he needed some help. They were very good at encouraging him to participate in the activities. The food was great, he really liked the meals. The communication with the staff was great. I would highly recommend it.

Very impressive facility, but pricy.

This a very clean and beautiful community. It is not very fancy, but it does have a homey atmosphere. He is doing very well at this community, I am very happy with him being here. The staff is great, they have been very helpful and kind. My husband really loves the staff. There are two lovely ladies that take very good care of him. They do offer many activities, but he chooses to watch TV. They did a very wonderful thing for us for our anniversary. They gave us a private room with wonderful food from a restaurant. It has been a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it.

The friendliness is the 1st thing you notice. The cleanliness is apparent. The activities are varied and something is planned for every day. What was amazing to us was that they let the residents have their pets with them. There is someone who exercises,, walks, grooms, feeds and waters the animals. Right now there are 3 dogs (1 is my Mom's), a cat, a parrot, 2 parakeets and 4 finches. There are four ground level buildings, and inside the floor plan is a square that circles the building. The maximum no of residents is 25 in each building. There are many staff members in each building. The food is good and served on tables with real table cloths and napkins changed at each meal. So far, the family is happy with our choice.

My husband has been at u s memory care for 2 months. He is receiving excellent care. They keep him in clean clothes , clean shaven and treat him with great respect.The activity schedule is extremely good.Meals are served on schedule. Our family is very satisfied with the facility.

Our experience with Arden Courts has been an almost entirely positive one, I have nothing but favorable things to say about them! It's a nice looking, clean, secure facility, and the staff seem to take great care of the residents. My loved one was reluctant to move, but she seems to be settling in well now that she is here. I do like that they get in touch immediately if anything comes up, however.

We were very impressed with this place.... On every level!!! I'd recommend this place to anyone, who is looking for a place to call "Home" Great staff, very clean, and such a nice place in all!!

Ashley and Dura are simply amazing. The compassion and professionalism they displayed during the difficult transfer of my mother in law was made so much more easier knowing that the two of them have nothing but the best interests of the family at heart. Dura makes you feel like she is a family member but her tireless effort of wanting to help!!!!

My mom is a resident at Arden Court and has been for a little less than 1 year. My father was there eight years ago... with the care he received, there was no doubt where my mom should go. The Executive Director and some of the staff is still the same. WOW! That says a lot.. The caregivers are caring, compassionate, and invested in the care of our loved ones. The garden is fantastic. To have a backyard like they do is amazing. :) Any other facility does not have this. It is a great place for my mom. I can rest because I know she is cared for.

I've visited my brother a couple times now. I'm so happy he is in a clean and friendly environment. The staff is extremely attentive and also very welcoming to visitors. Thanks for providing a comfortable life for my brother.

This is a well-maintained, caring, calm yet active Dementia facility. My mother spent 2 years there and received the highest care with loving, well-trained caregivers. The activity staff were energetic and fun and work hard to keep residents active. Management is strong, hands-on and caring while being flexible to the needs of each resident. They provide the appropriate level of care for those in mid-stage dementia to final stages of life. I have recommended Arden Courts to others and they agree with this assessment after placing their loved ones there as well.

We looked at a lot of places for the time when Dad would need care, and none were close to how great Arden Courts is! Physically, the building is cheerful environment, full of light and with views of nature from the many windows and doors-yes, doors! In good weather, residents are welcome to walk outside on the gentle paths that lead back to another door. The staff and activities are first rate. We are so happy that Dad has Taiwoo and Joan and Jyun. They know him. They are cheerful and patient. They are observant and creative in dealing with the residents. And because Arden Courts has a unique philosophy, Dad will stay in his "residence" (Boat") with these caregivers, even as his abilities change. The activities are much better and better attended than those at other facilities. I counted around 25 people at a recent singing event. Special days with dogs or musical entertainment are well received, but the ordinary activities of "chair volleyball" or "music and manicures" are also well attended. We have never doubted our decision to choose Arden Courts. Every time we visit we say a prayer of gratitude.

A Place For Mom was awesome. They asked questions and based on the answers set up several tours they thought would fit. They were friendly, supportive but not pushy or controlling. This was my first time being in this situation of finding somewhere for my grandmother to go. I was very intimidated by the task but A Place For Mom really helped me. I fell in love with Arden Courts which was my final tour. The best was definitely saved for last. Love the walking paths inside and outside and the homey feel it has. It has the feel of a small town with all the different scenes and decorations.

I had some time to visit my friend Ron [removed] at this facility and found it to be pleasant and inviting. The staff members were available, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. I appreciated their assistance in helping me find Ron as he did walk a lot. The facility was clean and comfortable and remained that way. I had the chance to make several visits before Ron moved out of state to be closer to his brother. The care was consistent and much appreciated. Thank you!

The staff there are wonderful. They genuinely care for the health and wellbeing of my parents.
