Arden Courts has been a blessing for my good friend of 35 years. My friend had been to other care facilities but none measured up to the high standards of Arden Courts. My friend has been under their care for several months. From day one the executive staff to include [Removed] have been a pleasure to know and their compassion and understanding are remarkable. I give them the highest marks. The medical staff especially the nurses office is genuinely on top of the residents needs. [Removed] are exceptional nurses from the medical office. The caregiver staff is so great I would love to have them take care of me in my later years. Everyone of the caregiver ladies without exception are top notch. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest they all get a 10 from me and also from my resident friend [Removed]. The ladies who manage the activities schedule are the some of the kindest people I have ever met. When observing the activities room during any activity I see the staff exhibiting "total care with compassion and total understanding". I would be remiss if I didn't mention the receptionist desk. The ladies who welcome everyone coming through the door always have a big friendly smile and give me a warm welcome. Feels like home. I would give my highest recommendation to Arden Courts and anyone looking at a memory care unit that provides the finest in care of those we love so dearly.

The staff is so helpful and kind! Wonderful, clean place! So fortunate to have found it for my Mom! Our family has a piece of mind that when we are not with her that she is well taken care of! Can not say enough good about Arden Courts!

Impressive. Immediate WOW effect upon driving up to the building, the grounds are well maintained, the facility is a total lock down facility, everyone needs to be buzzed in. Upon entering the Center, you immediately feel at home, from the movie theater, to the ice cream stand, to the light house - and residents chatting as they rocked in the rocking chairs. The staff is superb, and the residents knew everyone’s name. The rooms are a good size, the cafeteria was so clean you could eat off the counters, everyone was pleasant, and professional. Hands down this is where my mother would reside, but sadly there was no room. If we did not have a time commitment, we would wait until there was availability.

Probably too far away. did send quote and will visit next week. Arden Courts is an early memory care unit. My aunt is a two person transfer; which mean she doesn't walk to bathroom. Site is lovely and caring but doesn't fit our situation

I have never been happier to have my aunt living here. She is doing much better than before. I am so pleased and happy A Place For Mom help me find the community. I highly recommend them. They specialize in Alzheimer and it is suited for my aunt. I am happy with the results and it has been a good experience.

We are quite pleased with the care mom is receiving at this community. They are good at keeping me updated on her care. This community is specifically for memory care. The community is clean and we like the layout. The food is ok and mom has no real complaints. Mom enjoys some of the daily activities they offer and I would recommend this community.

This place is undeniable the best place I have encountered. From customer service to patient care to updates to the physical space, the Silverado of Naperville shines. My father had been in 2 different facilities and 2 hospitals in 2 months. The circumstances were grim and the administrative help from the current nursing home was troublesome. Silverado stepped up to the plate. They called the day after I spoke with A Place For Mom and was there at every step, not only answering questions about their facility, but helping me navigate as I looked for other facilities and dealt with the issues of my father's current nursing home. I chose them not only for there customer service, but because of their respectful care for their patients and me. The patients are active and participating in daily activities and live a normal day to day routine. The facility is abuzz with things to do and visitors. Other facilities tended to let their patients sit and nap. Silverado encourages them to be engaged in life even though their memories are impaired. The joy and happiness you see from both the patients and the staff is contagious. I am so blessed to have my father here. They take care of him and me.

The entire staff is excellent. They provide great nursing care they are caring, kind and providing good care for my mom. They have a qualified chef so the food is good. The activities are very good and they encourage the residents to participate in them. They have an enclosed courtyard and walking paths. The community is well maintained inside and out. This is a lock down community with twenty four seven nursing care. I would highly recommend this community.

I was very happy with the care at this community. the staff was outstanding in every way possible. We liked that this community is clean and a nice environment for him to enjoy. This community offers a good variety of healthy meals. Activities are available. We would highly recommend the great care and value to other families for the care of a loved one.

I fell he is very well cared for and the activities are frequent and appropriate. The additional excursion are a five plus.

Great People! The staff is wonderful to me and my mother. The accommodations are perfect. Building layout was well thought out. Good food – 3 meals a day. I really like Arden Courts. Very happy my mother is there.

The staff at Arden Courts has been exceptional throughout my mother’s residence there. They are professional, caring and very easy to work with. Our family could not be more pleased with their work and with this facility.

My dad has been at Arden in Geneva for over 2 years and we have had a very good experience. The people that work there have done a great job taking care of him. He always seems to be content during visits and the care givers are excellent.

We choose this community because of they specialize in the type of memory care my mother needed. This is a lovely community, and my mother is doing great with her move here. We are satisfied with all they have done for us. We know she is safe, and in good hands. The staff is wonderful. She goes on nice outings outside the community. Everything has worked out very well, and this is a community I would recommend.

The care at this community is wonderful. I like knowing that he is in a clean community. They offer a great variety of good meals. They do offere him to participate in some of the activities. I like the care that he is receiving here. I would recommend other families to this community for the care of a loved one.

It was a hard adjustment at first for my husband with his move to this community. However everything is working out much better now. I do feel comfortable with his move to this community. I know he is safe, and receiving good care. The staff is good, they have been helpful, and kind. They provide nice meals, and have good activities offered for the residents. I would recommend this community, it has worked out well for us.

My tour was positive but they seemed to be more memory care focused. My mother has slight dementia but residents here seemed to be much more advanced. They are in a good place for care but I felt this wasn't a good fit for my mother. I showed up unannounced, they were excellent and very welcoming. They gave me a tour right away.

My mother is doing very well here. It took some time but she now accepts this is her home and things are going really good. It's a great community and I cannot complain at all. Every staff member I have encountered has been helpful and kind. They must have an extensive screening process for staff because they all appear to genuinely enjoy their job.
