TMC is a wonderful place for Senior care.

My Mother has been at TMC a little over a year. I continue to be impressed not only with the lovely surroundings, but more importantly the staff. Everyone makes it their goal that the residents needs are met and they are cared for with dignity and respect and a lot of humor! Prior to coming here, my Mother had 24/7 care. She has thrived here and is able to be as independent as possible. Everyone is welcoming and willing to sort out any issues that come up. We were blessed to find TMC and it has given us peace of mind that my Mother is in a safe and loving environment.

We really like it here and are so grateful for their care. However, it is pricey and they do not have assisted living for my father-in-law.

This is a fabulous community, and my brother is doing very well since his move here. I'am pleased with everything they have done for us. He is safe, and in great hands. The staff is good, and they are providing him with good care. They keep him busy with the activities they have available for the residents. It is an expensive community, but we do feel we are getting our money worth. This is a community I would recommend highly to anybody.

My mom's respite care here was really great, they treated her like family and I felt really comfortable with her being there. The staff did a great job and were very caring and attentive to her needs. I was more than pleased with her care.

This is a very nice community. The staff was friendly and caring. We liked the menu and the cleanliness of this community. The layout would have been hard for her to get around. We liked that the atmosphere had a lot to offer. Families might want to consider this community for a tour for care.

Arden Courts in Parma is a 5 star facility. My father is thriving there. Everyone I have met there is so kind, thoughtful and excellent at senior care giving. I can rest easy knowing that my father is in good hands.

Everyone here is great. From [Removed] in the front office to [Removed] in the nursing office. Caregivers know what to do for the residents. My mom is living life again and being social. She's always clean, always smiling, always happy! Don't go anywhere else if you need help with someone with dementia. They are the best!

We toured this community. We liked the staff who were helpful. We did not like the lay out of the community. We like the atmosphere with the other residents. We would recommend the care and value of this community to other families.

I like the care that my father is receiving at this community. We are happy with the nice staff and the clean environment. The menu is appealing and they have a lot of nice activities for him to participate. We would recommend this community to other families for good care and value.

Arden Courts of Avon is an outstanding facility. The entire staff is extremely knowledgble and very caring for the patients. My wife was a patient there from July 24, 2016 to August 20, 2016. We could not have found a better place for her.

This was a nice community for the care that we received. The staff was caring and the community is clean. The menu was nice and he did like the variety They offered a lot of activities for the residents. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

After looking at many places we choose Arden Courts because it seemed more like a home. staff is always friendly & have a smile for you,Mom seems happy there & knowing she's in good hands makes us happy.

Our mom has only been there for about 1-1/2 weeks. When we went for the tour we knew immediately this is where we wanted our mom to go. Then over time we've seen how friendly, kind and respectful the staff is not only towards our mother but towards the family and their concerns. Arden Courts is very clean, the rooms are small but pleasant and they encourage the "guests" to get out of their rooms, walk around, attend activities, etc. There are several "sitting" areas each themed to sit at. There is room for your family and there is a lovely outdoor area all around the place. Mom has definitely had her ups and downs but she's getting around better than she has in a while and seems to enjoy walking around and talking with the other guests. So far, so good. Would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful new community. I love the layout of this community, every room or area gives the feeling that you might have visited or lived there before. We chose this facility because of the quality care they would provide for my mom and the ability to stay here and continue her care here if her illness advances. Mom enjoys the food here and there are plenty of activities to choose from. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help the residents feel well cared for.

I am happy with the care that my father is receiving from this nice and updated and community. We like that it is one level and very easy for my father to be able to get around. He is happy with the nice menu of healthy meals. They offer him a lot of activities that he is enjoying with the other residents. We feel that other families might like the over all care and good value for the care of a loved one.

My Dad has been at Arden Court since 5/15/17. I am extremely happy with the level of care he is receiving. I feel comfortable that he is in a safe place and I can rest easier. All the staff go out of their way to make sure the residents at Arden Court are taken care of. The administrators,[Removed] do whatever needs to be done to answer questions and ease any worries promptly. I am so glad with my decision to move my Dad to Arden Court. Thank you all for helping me feel this decision was a great one.

Arden Courts has been a blessing for my good friend of 35 years. My friend had been to other care facilities but none measured up to the high standards of Arden Courts. My friend has been under their care for several months. From day one the executive staff to include [Removed] have been a pleasure to know and their compassion and understanding are remarkable. I give them the highest marks. The medical staff especially the nurses office is genuinely on top of the residents needs. [Removed] are exceptional nurses from the medical office. The caregiver staff is so great I would love to have them take care of me in my later years. Everyone of the caregiver ladies without exception are top notch. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest they all get a 10 from me and also from my resident friend [Removed]. The ladies who manage the activities schedule are the some of the kindest people I have ever met. When observing the activities room during any activity I see the staff exhibiting "total care with compassion and total understanding". I would be remiss if I didn't mention the receptionist desk. The ladies who welcome everyone coming through the door always have a big friendly smile and give me a warm welcome. Feels like home. I would give my highest recommendation to Arden Courts and anyone looking at a memory care unit that provides the finest in care of those we love so dearly.

The staff is so helpful and kind! Wonderful, clean place! So fortunate to have found it for my Mom! Our family has a piece of mind that when we are not with her that she is well taken care of! Can not say enough good about Arden Courts!
