Placing a loved one in any facility is hard. The staff at Arden Courts has been wonderful. Our father had a difficult personality before his onset of dementia, so this time in life is even more difficult. But the staff has been helpful, caring, informative and we wholeheartedly feel that his well being is their priority. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

My mom was there. The staff is very caring and responsive. I never worried about my mom. Had it not been for Silverado i would not have selected another facility. The high staff to resident ratio is very high. I was not worried at all. They took really good care of my mom and I would not have let her stay anywhere else. I was very involved in my mom's care and the staff worked with me all the time.

They take very good care of my father and ensure he is comfortable. I like the constant communication they have with me. They are going a good job.

Everything is great that does along with the community. My dad enjoys the meals and activities. I think the staff are great people. The community is new and the food is good. I am really impressed with all they do here.

This is a great community for my mom.The staff is caring and always. The meals are appealing and she is happy with the meals, but there are some that she does not care for. The community is clean. The activities are nice and she is enjoying things to keep busy with the other residents. We highly recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

My mom is doing quiet well here. What makes it so good is the staff, meals, and layout of the community. The staff are so wonderful in all they do for my mom. The activities I have been to are planned out to be enjoyable. The facility is cozy and very homelike. I would recommend them to my family and friends if it is needed.

I am happy with the care that my father is getting from the caring staff. The meals are outstanding and he loves the variety on the menu. My father is offered the activities. and hopefully he will participate in time. We would recommend this community the many areas of care in a clean community for other families and there loved ones.

I previewed this home when it was named USA MEMORY CARE. It was very very nice and with lots of room for the patients to be entertained. It has an outside area and a very large social room for the ones who still have some of their basic skills on thinking on what they are doing. When you first walk in there is like a MAIN Street that has shops as if you were outside somewhere It is very clean and nice.

This looked like a nice clean community when we visited. We liked this community, however it was a little more expensive than the community we chose. The staff were nice and professional and they did seem to offer some daily activities.

I have been pleased with Arden Courts since my father moved there in 2015. He was living at another facility in Florida, and the difference is amazing. The staff is very caring, professional, very accommodating, and I appreciate what they do. The facilities, activities, and food are all great. I visited many facilities, and am still pleased with our choice.

So far, everything has been going smoothly. I appreciate all of the help from A Place For Mom in finding this community. The only thing that I have found to be a pain in the neck is the situation with the drugs. They require a 30-day pack in order to dispense them. I would recommend this community because so far, they are taking very good care of my loved one.

Arden Courts has given peace of mind to our family – my mom has lived there for almost two years and I couldn’t be more pleased. The initial reaction to AC was very difficult - she was angry and frightened but the staff was very helpful in that regard. They continue to show such caring and compassion for my mom and her fellow residents. Unfortunately, they didn’t take Medicaid, so when my mom runs out of money, she’ll have to leave AC, and that will be really hard for all of us.

My mother has lived here for almost 1 year and it’s a wonderful caring place. I visit often and enjoy talking to the fabulous caregivers as well. I recommend it highly.

The management nursing care giving staff and food providers are all exceptional at this facility communication with families is excellent. The residents are provided interesting social activities throughout the day, and all seem very happy and well taken care of.

My father is doing very well since his move to the Silverado Oak Village. The staff there are incredible and they are taking very good care of him. We have nothing but good things to say about this community.

I was happy with the care her for my father. He liked the community and the staff. My father seemed to be happy here and liked the cleanliness of the community. We would recommend the care and the value that was received here to other families for good care.

The atmosphere is one of warmth and affection at every level of care, from the cleaning/housekeeping staff to the nursing and recreational therapy departments. The staff know, understand, and deeply care about the residents!!

My mother has lived here for two years. They have helped greatly, Attentive and caring staff. The food is very good for the setting they plan activities every day and they let mom be mom.

Sometimes short staff. According to some family members, I have always been pleased with my mother’s care. It is a loving environment. [Removed] “Wonderful” !!!
