Arden courts is a top notch facility. They have activities every day and try very hard to ensure that all residents are engaged. Whenever an issue arises they use different approaches so that there is a successful solution. Most of the staff seem to view their position as a “calling” rather than just a job. The facility is designed with the needs of the dementia resident in mind.

My loved one lives at Arden Courts and we couldn’t be happier. She is safe, well cared for and loved. Surrounded by caring people, other residents and fun activities. She is more social than she could ever be at home. I totally recommend Arden Courts for all.

My mother is very content living in this community. We are satisfied with the care she receives.

Clean, odor- free, comfortable and active environment. A lot of natural light providing cheerful atmosphere. Excellent special events held regularly for residents and families. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive.

This is a very clean and well-staffed community. The workers are friendly and attentive to the residents needs. There are a wide variety of activities to accommodate the many interests of the residents. My family has been satisfied with our choice for our mom. Our only complaint is with the billing errors.

My husband became a resident about 4 months ago and I have been very impressed from the beginning with the care and concern of the entire staff for all the residents. I have been particularly impressed with [Removed], the executive director, who very gently helped me realize my husband needed to become a resident when I was having great difficulty making the decision.

I am so relieved to have my husband [Removed] at Arden Courts. He is safe, well cared for and involved in activities that he still can enjoy. The once monthly care-giver meetings, have created a strong support group for me and others who are traveling down this old road with our loved ones. [Removed] has been helpful and available.

Arden courts is a very caring environment for my mother. They have a lot of activities and music to help keep the residents engaged.

Wonderful caring staff. Appropriate and well – guided activities throughout the day for all levels of dementia, all areas of the residents’ life such as meals, laundry, personal care and medical attention are delivered in a caring, respectful manner.

Thank you very much to the Linden Village Management and staff for your quick replies to my questions and assistance in finding suitable accommodations for my uncle. I appreciate your help in all regard when facing an immediate need for his care. It really helped ease the transition to a more dedicated "home."

Unique and caring memory care community. Resident oriented. Programs are very engaging. Residents engage themselves in the programs physically and mentally. What a great place!

My dad is doing better than he has in any prior community. The staff are fantastic and they are all great. They have been very great at working with him and they are on top of his medications. They have accommodated him with his personal requests. I am pleased with all they do for him. When no one would take him, the administrator went to see him immediately in the hospital. The next day she went to pick him up, on her day off, and brought him to the community. He is getting the best he could get and I feel he will not need to go elsewhere in the future.

On the tour I had with the staff at this community went very nice. It us a very nice looking and well maintained community. From what I saw on the tour, they have no private rooms. I know my dad would not like to share a room, this was not what I needed.

Friendly staff. Lots of activities. There's something for everyone. Lots of outdoor space for residents to walk around and appreciate nature. Custom activities designed to meet the individual needs of your loved one. Everyone know your name.

This is a beautiful facility with well trained staff who are dedicated to the many residents who live here. There are many structured activities that serve to mentally stimulate the residents and encourage socialization which is so important in order to enhance one's quality of life. I provide PT services for the resident @ Arden Courts. The staff is attentive to residents providing care and companionship. The front office staff is happy and helpful to everyone that comes in the door. A variety of activities are provided for the residents each day. The activity staff is full of energy and compassion and are always reaching out to new residents to join in the fun.

My family has been pleased with the care and attention my mother is receiving.

Before my mother came to Arden CT, I visited eight facilities and Arden Courts was the best. Also the staff if very good with the residents. Arden Courts is a place where I would like to live someday.

My loved one isd a longtime resident. Overall great experience. Excellent care. Providing & addressing the special needs of each resident is the goal of the staff!
