My mother moved here from an assisted living in a CCRC nearby. The difference is night and day. She has thrived since her move. The care giving staff is well trained, caring and superb.

I spent several years looking for a place for my wife of 55 years who was diagnosted with Alzheimer's 9 years ago. I knew eventually I would not be able to provide her the care she needed at home. Over a 2 year period, I toured new & old, small and large facilties that could offer her the care she needed and deserved and revisted recently several and finally chose Arden Courts. I chose it because it offered exactly what I was looking for: 1. A caring and dedicated staff, many of which have been with Arden for multiple years, 2. References from others who have or have had loved ones at this facility,and 3. Its cleanliness, odor-free and a decore offering a family-like, safe environment. 4. A bonus was that it offered a one month trial period. Now that my wife has been there for a little over one month and a premanent resident, I am even more sure that I made the correct choice: 1. Their nursing staff and other care givers are exceptional, 2. Their activities are stimuating and structured to include all residents 3.The food is as good or better than most restraurants, and most of all: 4. My wife is happy and well cared for. I couldn't ask for a better result.

These words come to mind when asked about Arden Courts: kind, compassionate, caring, positive energy, and always with smiles and a welcome attitude. I was at a crossroads with my precious mom. From the initial phone call with [Name removed] to the follow up conversation with [Name removed] I knew I had found my mom a home. The communication and collaboration once the decision was made to move her was a caring and positive experience. They demonstrated and modeled the type of care my mom was going to receive. In the two months mom has been there she has improved physically, mentally and socially. Mom is happy, safe and content. God's blessings have been bestowed upon our family. Thanks to all the wonderful people at Arden Courts who dedicate their talents to taking care of our most precious - our senior citizens.

Kind and professional staff. Excellent facility. At the top of my mom's price range, so she would have to move when fees increase.

Silverado is the community to let your loved ones heal, grow and thrive to their fullest capacity and desire. This is a community of engaged residents and day members of varying abilities. I’m glad we chose this place for my husband’s recovery. Members exercise their mental capacity and physical abilities - all of which feed the development of the brain to help heal injuries and slow the progress of dementia. My husband has been going to Silverado for 6 weeks. He is physically stronger and confident. His gate is stable. His blood pressure has also stabilized. His closed and protective demeanor has changed to sunny and communicative, reminiscent of the person I met so long ago. He is connected and engaged. He actively participates in conversation. He is motivated to prepare for the book club. He actively engages and tries new activities like yoga and painting with the guidance of Silverado’s caring staff on a daily basis. The caretakers took such great care of my mom. They truly became part of the family! Never felt guilty leaving my mom since I knew she was in good hands, that says it all!

Arden Courts is a warm community. The staff is kind and caring.

The Arden Courts visit was impressive. We liked the facility and Tom did an excellent job of understanding our needs and even came to visit our loved one. Completely satisfied and will make a decision soon.

Putting your loved one in memory care is never an easy decision, but when you arrive at the point when it is necessary it can be overwhelming! My mother has been there two years. Arden Courts is different than other memory care facilities for a few reasons. First, when you walk in, it doesn't feel sad. It feels like a place full of life and community. Second, the physical setup of the building is very helpful to people living with dementia. There are four wings in which the residents live, organized around a central community space. This space has large windows that let in plenty of natural light and have sofas and chairs for lounging. This space is sort of circular, so the residents can wander without getting lost. It is just large enough to give the residents a feeling of freedom, without overwhelming them. Third, there is lovely, secure outdoor space that is available to the residents, weather-permitting. Again, it is circular, so they can follow a path around the building without getting lost. There are picnic tables and outdoor furniture for lounging, plus nicely maintained gardens. The physical spaces are very nice, but the staff is what makes Arden Courts really special. [name removed], the marketing director, made me feel welcome from my first phone call, despite my dithering over whether or not it was the right place for my mother. She never pressured us, and was always responsive, kind and understanding. [name removed], the Executive Director, is also fantastic and I never worry about bringing her my concerns. She is super accommodating and kind. The caregivers are wonderful and patient, and if I'm being honest, should qualify for some kind of minor sainthood. [name removed] has been like an angel for my mother. I was initially very concerned about how my mother would adapt to the transition to Arden Courts, but it was extremely smooth. She seemed very reassured by the rhythms of the place; everything happens on a reliable schedule, which is very comforting to people with dementia. The staff know how to handle the transitions well. The community at Arden Courts isn't just for the residents, either. On my mother's first day at Arden Courts, as I was leaving I broke down and cried. Another relative hugged me and told me that we were all family now, and that has been true. I've gotten to know so many wonderful families at Arden Courts. If I could have done anything differently, I would have made the decision to send my mother to Arden Courts probably a year to 18 months earlier. If you are considering memory care for your loved one, I would strongly encourage you to consider Arden Courts. Memory care is all they do; they will understand your struggles and know how to move forward with you.

Too expensive for my Mother.

A great place with staff who truly love the people they take care of!

My loved one resided at Arden Courts Old Orchard in Easton until she passed away. Hands down they have the best trained staff when it comes to understanding and providing for the needs of dementia residents. They are memory care experts. The staff and management understand all types of dementia and treat every resident as an individual. The community is spacious and very clean. Residents get a lot of one on one attention yet still have a lot of privacy. The management and staff responds promptly to any questions or concerns. The staff makes it a point to get to know as much as possible about each resident to insure that each resident is happy and comfortable in the community. Arden Court is worth every penny when you are looking for dementia care.

I visited Arden Courts on behalf of my mom. I fell in love with every single thing about the facility including and especially the staff. When the time is right, I am hoping this can become her home.

Everything is going really well here. I feel like they are very well equipped to handle people to redirect them. They are able to deal with pets too. The staff is very kind and reachable. I recommend this facility to families that are looking into their options.

I ended up picking this facility because it was close to my home and it is a one story building. This community is not only the best for my Mother but also for me. The staff members go out of their way to treat every resident with dignity. Anytime something happens they communicate with me right away and the staff keeps a close eye on her. When I’m there, there is always a staff member available when I need them. So far, I have been very pleased. For activities they things like TV time, a beauty shop, singalongs, and crafts. This is as close to living at home that I could find and I would recommend them to other families.

I ended up picking this facility for my Father because of the good reviews and the place felt comfortable. He was only there for two weeks and they did a great job caring for him. The facility was all one floor and the décor was more like a home rather than a hospital setting. The staff members there were excellent and they did what they could. They were the lowest price in the area and I would recommend them to other families.

I am so pleased and happy I chose Arden Courts for my husband. We were in a very poorly run "New" place around town. There is no comparison. ALL the staff including the Director, Nurses, food service, Caregivers are so kind and really show their love and support. I couldn't ask for a better place. It is well worth what we pay for.

This was the most expensive place I looked at out of 6 communities. Even though it was expensive, I could see a lot of pros to their facility. They had a lot of innovative things for memory care. It had 4 wings and each wing was a different stage of memory care. They were also partnered with the University and working with a few different memory programs to help with Alzheimer’s. The care was first class and had a lot of nurses. Everyone was very qualified. This has to be the best facility hands down in terms of memory care. It’s also a very large facility and staff spent a lot of time helping residents find their way. I would highly recommend this facility.

I am very pleased with the care my wide receives on a daily basis. I highly recommend this facility to my friends/anyone.
