This is the perfect fit for my dad! He has settled in and the staff are always friendly and love my dad. This place and staff have given us a peace process of mind knowing he is well taken care of and is safe

Our eldercare law firm is very satisfied after several weeks of our client being placed in this facility. She had previously been in a very open setting for several years, but she began to demand more care. We were concerned about her adjustment. We didn't need to be concerned. The staff at Arden has been very accessible and responsive. They are looking at our client and her specific needs, and have all along made adjustments that they feel will make her more comfortable. This facility caters specifically to dementia residents, and the staff seems to have many good and honed techniques and approaches to this unique population. We are very happy with our choice for our client.

Finding you answered our prayers that she would be surrounded by dedicated caregivers who had her best interests at heart. You loved her, entertained her, provided meals she enjoyed with other residents, provided medical care and even let her feel productive dusting the hand rails. Your entire staff always treated Mom with dignity and made her happy to live at Arden Court. Your became her extended family and her words of praise about each of you to me was an endorsement of her happiness. She thrived on all your smiles and appreciated your many ways of assisting her. We know the last few months necessitated a great deal of extra care but everyone stepped up to the plate and never complained. Thank you so much. I'll never be able to express how touched I was the last couple of days Mom was with us in Arden's care. So many of the staff and caregivers came by to share their personal stories about Mom and to express their sympathy. And [name removed] was kind enough to keep goodies nearby with water. We were touched by your sympathy care and lovely plant. The plant will live on as a testament of the wonderful mother God blessed me with each time I see it. And will remind us all of how blessed we were to have her in Arden Court until the call came to her Heavenly home. The happiest staff of every facility we visited. If FIL requires memory care in the future we will revisit. Gorgeous outdoor space. Rooms, however, are on the small side - just a bed and chair.

My father was here for a few months prior to his death from Alzheimer's. The staff was caring, the food was good considering that this was an institution, there were many activities available and the facility was generally lovely and clean (the rooms are a bit dark and basic but the common areas are nice). It was a godsend for my mother, who could no longer care for him at home. We would definitely recommend it.

I began visiting the residents...after being “adopted” by a few of them. Every week, we find things to do or talk about. There’s laughter, activities & a wonderful staff who knows and understands every person here. The leadership & team at ArdenCourts do a wonderful job of helping & celebrating the lives of their special residents as well as their families.

Tour went well. Facility was very clean, staff was awesome.

My dad has been at Arden for both short term and long term care (several years ago for a period of 18 months and again recently for a short term period of about 3 months). The staff there is incredible and many are very tenured! Some even had remembered caring for my father over 8 years ago when he was there for an extended period! They even found old pictures of my dad when he was there and gave them to us ?? The director, [name removed], goes above and beyond, as well as the rest of the staff. They care about their residents like their own family. They are engaged with activities throughout the day! They also have events where family and friends can participate. The food is very good! The facility is extremely clean! I can’t say enough good things about Arden. It’s a great memory care facility for a loved one suffering from this awful disease.

This was an ideal location (10 minutes from my home) and set up for dementia/Alzheimer's patients. I love that the entire building is set up for memory care and residents have the entire building to utilize. LOVE IT!!!!

I visited 8 other memory care facilities in the area before choosing Arden Courts for my sister. It consistently has a clean and safe environment. I find the staff is kind, caring, friendly and fun with the residents each time we visit. They prepare healthy, appetizing meals and they safely meet her dietary needs and restrictions. I highly recommend Arden Courts to others looking for a memory care facility for their loved one.

I had a great tour with educated women who knew her stuff. She is a dementia practitioner and had wonderful information to share with me. I'm not quite ready to move Dad yet but I know where I will go - Arden Courts in Fort Myers

During the summer of last year I visited several memory care facilities in the area. First of all I like the "homey" feeling of the facility. I really thought my sister would feel comfy there. Having met many of the employees I felt [name removed] would receive the best care I wanted for her. During my recent visit in early March I have no doubt hat all of the employees are "top notch". I do have to give a special thank you to [name removed] for over the past many months for her help, caring, guidance and assistance provided to me for making this journey for my sister as comfortable and safe as it can be for her. Thanks to all - In the future I hope to be able to thank more of you personally.

Our family is very pleased and satisfied with Arden Courts. The staff and management are attentive to my mother's needs and she enjoys other residents and activities. We would definitely recommend Arden Courts.

My wife lives at this community. Four months ago I made a decision to place my wife at Arden Court and it was a great decision for her and me. The entire staff is great. Everyone is treated with respect and dignity. All residents are greeted with their first name. The staff cares about all of the residents. I am kept informed about my wife's care and any changes. I highly recommend Arden Court.

My Mother was a resident of Arden for 2 plus years before she was required to go to a Skilled Nursing facility, The facility provides a clean and safe environment for the residents. The staff is friendly and welcoming and encourages the residents to participate in community activities. My Mother especially enjoyed the supervised trips outside of the community. Also, Arden has an outside area for the residents to enjoy when the weather permits, helping to eliminate the feeling of confinement. Stacy, the Executive director of Arden, is dedicated to the residents entrusted in her care and has a very good relationship with the hospitals and other professional care providers in the area, making for a seamless transition for residents entering the Arden facility. I would like to especially thank Fontaine, a Supervisory Aide at Arden, for her kindness and aide to my Mother.

I have been a few times on a visit. Very friendly staff. They are very patient with the residents, mindful that they are engaged in activities that stimulate positive reactions. The residents look and smell clean and well cared for. Activity Director [name removed] even knows who likes to dance and participate. Nice safe place!!

As a long time volunteer at this community, I can honestly say it is me of the best run facilities of its kind. My therapy dog and I have visited many other assisted living complexes and Alzheimer facilities. Arden Court employees are very caring and loving, the facility and patients are always clean and well taken care of. I have referred many of my friends with elderly parents to this facility.

The facility and staff are pleasant. It is a very positive environment and everyone I met was friendly and caring. Stimulating and engaging activities are a regular part of the daily routine.
