Arden Courts is an outstanding memory care facility. The personnel employed are truly caring & their years of employment there are a testament to the facility (especially in this area where there is a lot of turnover). The engage the residents in activities as well as providing outings & entertainment. When friends are looking for places for parents etc. I always recommend Arden Courts.

We loved having mom at Arden. The people are just wonderful that work there. I would recommend Arden to anyone needing a memory facility.

My wife has now been at Arden for nine months. The true compassion and availability of the staff to answer any and all questions is superb. The facility is spotlessly clean. The staff at Arden has made what otherwise has been the most difficult time of my life a bit more tolerable. I would highly recommend them.

Arden Courts has been wonderful for our loved one. The caregivers at Arden Courts have been very patient, kind and really understand how to care for their residents. The facility is laid out in a way that is very inviting for people with dementia. Arden has a beautiful secure outdoor area next to a golf course where the residents are able to walk and relax. We feel so blessed that we no longer have to worry about our loved one and know that they are getting great care.

I can not say enough positive things about Arden courts. Their caregivers are loving and nurturing. They treat my loved one and our family like “family”. They are trustworthy and kind. We really appreciate the dedicated and professional services that they provide. We also like the special touches; like the hair salon, manicures, in facility doctor’s visits, and church services.

Our friend [Name removed] is very happy there. She is receiving excellent care and has made many friends. She no longer talks about returning to her home. Her health has improved dramatically as she is getting three nutritious meals a day. Unfortunately her memory problems continue to get worse but that is not the fault of the facility. The staff is excellent and takes a personal interest in our friends well being. The facility is kept spotlessly clean and is very much up to date. Being that we live across the country, our minds are at ease that our friend is in a safe caring place.

Mom was especially challenging in her last few weeks with her disease. The staff at Arden Court were caring, understanding, and willing to work with us despite being told by other facilities that she was not a good fit. Although she only lived there for about a month, the care she received was of the highest quality. When she passed, the staff were fantastic with support and empathy for our entire family.

I have been wanting to write a review for some time now. By far the hardest decision I ever made but have never regretted my decision to choose Arden Courts in Yardley. I am continually impressed by the kindness and dignity that they give their residents. My mom has come to life again. They do not talk down to their residents they treat them like the respected individuals they are. I would choose them again!! I have told all my friends if you have to make such a decision come to Arden Courts. Yardley is the best. Two thumbs up!!

Arden Courts is a wonderful place for your loved one

My mother moved in about 6 weeks ago. Both of us could not ask for a smoother transition and adjustment into memory care. This is due to the loving attentive care that has been present in every staff member. The layout and cleanliness of the community is excellent. my mother's favorite part is the full day of activities available. It has been a long time since I have felt at peace about her being looked after so well without needing a caregiver (hired) or myself to attend to her multiple needs.

5-star is based on tour only. Cannot comment on care as I do not have a relative there yet. Tour impressions - Very attractive facility, very clean. Residents that I saw were all clean, nicely dressed, appeared content.

As a healthcare professional I frequent the facility on a weekly basis and have for the past several years, from the Executive Director, [name removed], Marketing Director [name removed], Director of Nurses [name removed], and Activities Director [name removed], the professionalism and love for the residents is very clear from each of them. Their interactions with residents and families far surpass other facilities that I have worked with. The caregivers know each and every patient by name, they are not just a patient they are family to them. Arden Courts sets a standard that it makes others facilities difficult to obtain. I highly recommend Arden Courts for any family that needs placement for their loved one suffering with Alzheimer's dementia or other related neurological disorders.

I have found the staff at Arden Courts to be caring and excellent when it comes to my wife's needs. Top to bottom all the employees take an interest in each resident. I am particularly impressed with how much each employee knows about each resident and their care.

My wife [name removed]has been a resident of Arden Courts for eight months. My experience in dealing with the executives and staff of Arden Courts has been very rewarding. The Activities Program and plan for keeping the residents active and involved is outstanding. In discussing the performance of Arden Courts with other family caregivers, I believe that they are in the top 5% of Memory Care Units in the Naples Area. They address all concerns and problems immediately and show perseverance in bringing all concerns to satisfactory conclusion. The staff is well trained and courteous in their duties. They treat the residents with great respect. I would have no hesitation in recommending Arden Courts to anyone interested in using their services.

Since putting my husband in Arden Courts 1 month ago I found peace of mind. The staff is excellent and has provided me with the comfort that I needed to handle this difficult situation. I searched for over a year for a facility and I could not be more pleased with everything.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. They seemed to enjoy having mom there. They do lots of activities and keep them entertained. The nurses are kind and fun and helpful. The meals and snacks are healthy and there is a nice variety.

Arden Courts is bright ,colorful, and pleasant. The staff are wonderful, they are knowledgeable about dementia and are caring and kind.

Hands down- the best assisted living community! Moved my mom here from a Sunrise facility and only wish I had done it sooner! The director ([name removed]) is involved with every aspect of this community and it shows - her staff are wonderful, the residents are happy and very well taken care of. So well organized, no one is ever sitting alone in their room - it's a big family and the level of care is TOP NOTCH!

This is an outstanding memory care facility with very attentive and compassionate caregivers. Facility is very attractive and well maintained. Has many design features specifically geared for people with memory problems. As a family member I always feel very welcome there.
