My sister and I toured 6 communities before making the decision to move our mom from Palm View in Cape Coral to Arden Courts in Fort Myers. We were impressed with [name removed] and her staff - particularly the way they interact with Alzheimer's patients. We also like the outside areas which give Mom freedom instead of feeling trapped in a building. It has only been a few weeks since Mom moved in but we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

I am very happy with my decision to move my Aunt to this facility. I previously had her in a facility that did mostly assisted living, with some memory care. Arden Courts only provides memory care, which appealed to me. The grounds have plenty of room for members to roam around--both in the building and outside on the secured grounds. There are plenty of events and activities for residents. And, the dedication of the staff and the concern they share for the residents is second to none. Unfortunately, I have quite a bit of experience placing family members in care facilities. I am happy I have discovered Arden Courts.

Tour was awesome. [Name removed] greeted us and there was a sign welcoming our family. We spoke in her office first because I had a lot of questions. She answered everyone and really made us feel at ease. Then she gave us a tour. It was beautiful and we got to see one of the rooms which was perfect. Just enough space for everything and there was lots of space to wander with no security concerns. It felt very safe. I thought the pricing was very good for what they offered. We saw the residents, all nicely dressed and engaged in a memory game while we were there. We loved it. Thanks [name removed] for taking the time to answer our millions of questions and seeking out the Nursing Director to answer a question you were not sure of. We left there feeling it was everything and then some.

The staff is very friendly. They are very attentive to my needs and my dad’s needs . The nursing staff seem like they really have a handle on my dad’s health needs and the physical therapy and occupational therapy group work very hard with my dad. My dad is saying that the food is ok. Some meals are very good and some not so good but overall the food is ok. He likes that he can have ice cream whenever her wants. I like that they will do laundry as needed instead of just weekly.

It is never an easy decision to place a loved one in a facility, but Silverado made the transition much easier for our family. It was very evident that this facility is focused on providing professional and compassionate care with lots of activities and positive interaction for the residents. I am so relieved that we have found the perfect place for my mother!

I was very impressed with Arden Courts. The walking paths for residents is a huge plus for us. It was bright and pleasant the staff seemed very attentive to the residents there. This community is one of my top choices for my mom in the future.

My Father is at Arden Courts Of Warminster and the care that he is receiving is first class. Our experience here has been extremely positive. Both the Management and Staff have been excellent. The place is always clean, bright and upbeat. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of a memory care home.

My husband is getting very good care from a kind and dedicated staff. He seems to like them, and they are aware of his needs and respond to individual preferences. They are respectful to the residents and communicate with me as needed. I would recommend this facility to others who seek memory care for their loved ones.

Arden Courts superseded our expectations on our move in and continues. Quality care and attentive love for my dear father. Thank you!

My mother is content- staff friendly and concerned. courtesy calls from nursing gives me comfort that my mother is taken care of. Always follow through with any questions or assistance i may request

The staff is well trained and responsive to questions and concerns. I appreciate the pro-active call with reports of condition or changes in condition I sleep better at night knowing she is in good hands. Thank you for all you do!

The layout of Arden Courts, Freedom to roam inside and outside, is a great asset for the residents they are recognized and welcomed and cared for in all four inside areas. aides are calm, friendly, and supportive of various needs. we are very pleased with the activities planned to entertain and amuse the residents of every ability to participate.

Well looked after residents suffering with dementia.

Most outstanding is the attitude and caring of all the staff to the residents. From the Executive Director all the way down to the dining room staff. I personally witnessed this morning how the dining room staff helped some of the residents who had difficult time getting their breakfast and told them to "sit down I know what you want and I will get it for you". I have seen this occur all the time. Where the staff help people that need a little help. As above they are all wonderful people employed here.

Arden Courts is a fabulous community. My brother lived there for several months. He was very happy there. The staff is kind and caring. They made him feel like he is still relevant. The activities are many and the staff encourages everyone to participate.

My wife had a tough time adjusting at her previous memory care facility. Thanks to the employees at all levels, at Aden Courts she is finding her stay easy to manage. I cannot say enough about their caring attitude toward the residents.
