Our family is very pleased and satisfied with Arden Courts. The staff and management are attentive to my mother's needs and she enjoys other residents and activities. We would definitely recommend Arden Courts.

My wife lives at this community. Four months ago I made a decision to place my wife at Arden Court and it was a great decision for her and me. The entire staff is great. Everyone is treated with respect and dignity. All residents are greeted with their first name. The staff cares about all of the residents. I am kept informed about my wife's care and any changes. I highly recommend Arden Court.

My Mother was a resident of Arden for 2 plus years before she was required to go to a Skilled Nursing facility, The facility provides a clean and safe environment for the residents. The staff is friendly and welcoming and encourages the residents to participate in community activities. My Mother especially enjoyed the supervised trips outside of the community. Also, Arden has an outside area for the residents to enjoy when the weather permits, helping to eliminate the feeling of confinement. Stacy, the Executive director of Arden, is dedicated to the residents entrusted in her care and has a very good relationship with the hospitals and other professional care providers in the area, making for a seamless transition for residents entering the Arden facility. I would like to especially thank Fontaine, a Supervisory Aide at Arden, for her kindness and aide to my Mother.

I have been a few times on a visit. Very friendly staff. They are very patient with the residents, mindful that they are engaged in activities that stimulate positive reactions. The residents look and smell clean and well cared for. Activity Director [name removed] even knows who likes to dance and participate. Nice safe place!!

As a long time volunteer at this community, I can honestly say it is me of the best run facilities of its kind. My therapy dog and I have visited many other assisted living complexes and Alzheimer facilities. Arden Court employees are very caring and loving, the facility and patients are always clean and well taken care of. I have referred many of my friends with elderly parents to this facility.

The facility and staff are pleasant. It is a very positive environment and everyone I met was friendly and caring. Stimulating and engaging activities are a regular part of the daily routine.

Arden only has a memory unit. I can see why it is an award-winning example of a well designed facility, well thought out, and maintained. Although this particular unit did not accept Medicaid patients, it did have an alternative building which did so. However, we were not able to tour it. Again, the cost would prohibit my sister from staying more than 7-9 months. We realized that she is somewhere between Assisted Living and Memory Care. Neither side fits her needs at the moment. Should she improve her current situation by following doctors' orders, taking meds, and wearing Depends, Assisted Living would be the option for her. Should she continue to be uncooperative and her memory deteriorates, the option would have to be Memory Care. The problem is that she is between the two at the moment.

Our mom who was 101 years old came to live here after a long hospital stay and rehabilitation. She reeived great end of life care and the staff was wonderful. They got to know and understand mom's needs and there was excellent follow through.

My client is up, dressed, clean and kept occupied at each of my visits. His room always clean, neat and tidy. Staff could not be more down to earth and approachable. Any concern I have had has been addressed professionally.

My Dad has been living at Arden Courts since March of 2018. Within the last five months the staff has changed my father from a very confused and depressed man to one who has become alert and eager to help as well as participate in daily activities. The medical staff took the time to correct his medication which in turn brought my father back to us. Without their assistance Dad would still be suffering. The kitchen staff has also gone to great lengths to accommodate his need for a soft diet. The facility is cheerful, clean and set up to make it as easy as possible for their residents.

My grandma moved to Onion Creek in December 2016 after my grandfather passed away. The entire team has been so loving and kind to my grandmother. They often tell me how much they enjoy taking care of her. They tell me funny stories that she tells them. I find new items in my grandma's room and she lets me know that the caregivers give her gifts and it makes her feel special. This makes me so happy that they love her as much as I do. My grandma also has her cat and the team play laser with her, keep her food/water filled and clean out her litter box so her room is always fresh. My grandma participates in all the amazing engagements and goes on many purposeful outings to take homemade cookies to the VA, deliver handmade dog beds to the shelter, fill bags of food for the local church ministry, and so much more. My grandma has always enjoyed getting her hair done weekly and that habit didn't change after moving in. She even had the beautician put a splash of purple in her hair for Alzheimer's Walk. If you want the best for your parents or grand parents, move them to The Auberge at Onion Creek! I researched EVERY place and nothing compares to the level of attention she receives here!! From the conscientious leadership to the entire team of associates who ensure my grandma's happiness and health is their priority each day, Thank you!!

We felt AC care model was a perfect fir for my mom. We loved the layout and how at home it made us all feel very comfortable. The important aspect is how you are strictly focused on continuous activities and ways to promote the resident's independence. We are very pleased that we found a "home environment" residency for my mom. Glad to have well trained staff also. We can not thank [name removed] enough for her assistance, professionalism, kindness and welcoming. She was and is superb. Her knowledge was outstanding! First impression is WOW! What a beautiful place, and then you meet the staff and feel the love they have for everyone that lives there. The food is better than a fancy restaurant . I would highly recommend this place

I searched everywhere for a place for my Aunt. From the moment we entered in Springhouse we fell in love. All the staff is very friendly. My Aunt absolutely loves it here. All the other places cost more and gave less services. I highly recommend this place.

The decision to place my husband was difficult, but it was made easier by the concern and care he has received during his time at Arden Court. There is genuine concern for his well-being by all staff, even those not directly responsible for him. I do not worry about my husband - I know that his needed are met and that is a high relief for me.

I am so grateful for Arden Courts. My mother has not been this happy and at peace for years. The staff is always kind, courteous and helpful.

This facility came highly recommended by a former employee. It is the most home-like environment, caring staff and residents are free to walk outdoors among 2 acres of secured property (shaded areas too). Very accommodating, perfect place for memory care needs.

Arden Court Memory Care was a precious gift at a difficult time in our lives. My stepmother, for whom I have been caretaker for the better part of 20 years, was in Arden Court at Kensington for the last 18 months of her life. She had a very rare, complicated, form of Alzheimers that led to her not only losing her memory but her eyesight and other physical faculties as well. She was a very tough case. Under the superb leadership of Executive Director, [name removed], the staff at Arden Court Memory Care was flawless with her every single day. They were, without fail, kind, gentle, attentive, positive, and encouraging of every aspect of her life even as it became more and more diminished. The facility is spotless and welcoming. The food is nutritious, there are plenty of activities in which the residents participate. When my stepmother could no longer communicate meaningful or engage, I would come for a visit and her nails had been beautifully painted, her hair combed, her room refreshed, and music was playing gently in the background. It all helped me and her feel at peace with what was an extremely difficult circumstance. To say that we are grateful to Arden Court for their care would is an understatement. As difficult a journey as this was for my stepmother and for our family, I felt that she - and we - were loved, valued and cared for in all ways humanly possible.
