It is a really nice memory care facility. The building is all one floor designed in a square with an interior courtyard that has a gazebo. The outer perimeter of the building is beautifully landscaped and gated with a decorative high gate so the residents can safely and freely walk the exterior walking paths or sit outside on the benches. Inside there is a fish tank, a birdcage, and so many activities for the residents. I am one of six siblings, and we visited several communities and we all agreed on this one together. It just has a wonderful feeling. Also, as far as the COVID-19 lock down goes, they have been proactive and ahead of the curve. The community started taking all precautions early on and practice social distancing, both residents and staff wear masks, and no visitors. The community have been excellent with this and communicating with the families.

It really seems like family style living. They have a secured courtyard area for residents to enjoy. They really do memory care there many places just say they do. The director really goes beyond normal levels to help residents and families. She came to visit my mom in rehab and was helping her even then.

arden court was great for my wife ([name removed]) until the virus hit. we have not been allowed to be in touch with her but arden court has been most caring in helping us set up face-time and allowing us to talk to her via her window.arden court has been most helpful during a difficult time . special thanks to sean as he has gone above and beyond in his efforts . while staying within the rules of the current day. we are very pleased with arden court. as i speak all the [name removed]. I first came to aPlaceforMom when it was time to find a local memory care home for my mom. They responded quickly, asked me about my mom's situation and then identified a few places for me to consider based on 'our' circumstances. This was so helpful since I was not familiar with the area or the facilities. I chose Arden Courts of Silver Spring. The place was perfect for us. It is a quaint, comfortable environment completely capable of full service for all my mom's needs. I have spent a lot of time visiting and found all of the staff to be dedicated. They get to know each resident personally and treat each with care and patience. As difficult as it was to turn my mothers' care over to someone else, I found the perfect place where she is happy and well cared for by all the staff every day. I am extremely grateful to all of them for the care that they continue to provide.

My Father has been here at Arden Courts for 6 months. We as his family love it. He has thrived since moving there - he is happy, healthy and most importantly SAFE. Would definitely recommend - everyone/staff are great. Especially [name removed] we love him.

This is the perfect fit for my dad! He has settled in and the staff are always friendly and love my dad. This place and staff have given us a peace process of mind knowing he is well taken care of and is safe

Our eldercare law firm is very satisfied after several weeks of our client being placed in this facility. She had previously been in a very open setting for several years, but she began to demand more care. We were concerned about her adjustment. We didn't need to be concerned. The staff at Arden has been very accessible and responsive. They are looking at our client and her specific needs, and have all along made adjustments that they feel will make her more comfortable. This facility caters specifically to dementia residents, and the staff seems to have many good and honed techniques and approaches to this unique population. We are very happy with our choice for our client.

The happiest staff of every facility we visited. If FIL requires memory care in the future we will revisit. Gorgeous outdoor space. Rooms, however, are on the small side - just a bed and chair.

My father was here for a few months prior to his death from Alzheimer's. The staff was caring, the food was good considering that this was an institution, there were many activities available and the facility was generally lovely and clean (the rooms are a bit dark and basic but the common areas are nice). It was a godsend for my mother, who could no longer care for him at home. We would definitely recommend it.

I began visiting the residents...after being “adopted” by a few of them. Every week, we find things to do or talk about. There’s laughter, activities & a wonderful staff who knows and understands every person here. The leadership & team at ArdenCourts do a wonderful job of helping & celebrating the lives of their special residents as well as their families.

Tour went well. Facility was very clean, staff was awesome.

My dad has been at Arden for both short term and long term care (several years ago for a period of 18 months and again recently for a short term period of about 3 months). The staff there is incredible and many are very tenured! Some even had remembered caring for my father over 8 years ago when he was there for an extended period! They even found old pictures of my dad when he was there and gave them to us ?? The director, [name removed], goes above and beyond, as well as the rest of the staff. They care about their residents like their own family. They are engaged with activities throughout the day! They also have events where family and friends can participate. The food is very good! The facility is extremely clean! I can’t say enough good things about Arden. It’s a great memory care facility for a loved one suffering from this awful disease.

This was an ideal location (10 minutes from my home) and set up for dementia/Alzheimer's patients. I love that the entire building is set up for memory care and residents have the entire building to utilize. LOVE IT!!!!

I visited 8 other memory care facilities in the area before choosing Arden Courts for my sister. It consistently has a clean and safe environment. I find the staff is kind, caring, friendly and fun with the residents each time we visit. They prepare healthy, appetizing meals and they safely meet her dietary needs and restrictions. I highly recommend Arden Courts to others looking for a memory care facility for their loved one.

I had a great tour with educated women who knew her stuff. She is a dementia practitioner and had wonderful information to share with me. I'm not quite ready to move Dad yet but I know where I will go - Arden Courts in Fort Myers

During the summer of last year I visited several memory care facilities in the area. First of all I like the "homey" feeling of the facility. I really thought my sister would feel comfy there. Having met many of the employees I felt [name removed] would receive the best care I wanted for her. During my recent visit in early March I have no doubt hat all of the employees are "top notch". I do have to give a special thank you to [name removed] for over the past many months for her help, caring, guidance and assistance provided to me for making this journey for my sister as comfortable and safe as it can be for her.
