This is a very nice assisted living center I have seen. Well organized and friendly environment. The resident living there are very happy with the care they received. The community have a lot of amenities for creation therapy and exercise. Lots of park to enjoy fresh air.

When I was so overwhelmed by having to place my husband in an assisted living memory care facility. They went out of their way to help me and so loving and caring to him. They make us feel like family. All the caregivers, nurses, director, office staff, activities personnel, cleaning staff, cooks, work together as a team to make our loved one safe and cared for. Highly recommend Arden Court of Winter Spring to make secure in this very difficult decision.

Entire staff does an amazing job caring for it's residents. In my opinion the staff goes beyond the pale to satisfy the needs of residents and their families. It is comforting to family to know that their loved one is in the hands of caring professionals. Many thanks!

My friend who resides here is very happy. I can see when I visit her that she is well cared for and content. She is always doing some sort of activity. The staff is very attentive to her needs. When I visit her I always feel welcomed by the staff and the managers. I know she is in the right place.

One year ago i had the very difficult task of moving my bug brother from his beautiful Austin home into memory care. At 65 his dementia had worsened to the point where it was not safe for him to live alone. He was isolated, delusional, angry and would not speak to me. I visited many homes before deciding on The Auberge. Auberge is a beautiful community that specializes in dementia and memory care. They have beautiful gardens with a large outdoor space to walk. Auberge tries to maintain a good quality of life for the residents. Anthony has made many new friends. I’ve settled into a nice routine of speaking with my brother every week. Our conversations have been very enjoyable...as they used to be : ) He is calmer more grounded in reality with very little delusional thinking. I attribute this change to the wonderful community at Auberge. Everyone has been so caring and kind. I believe he feels the love and it has made him happier. (Along with a little help from resperidone ??) We’ve been very fortunate to find the The Auberge community and can’t thank you enough for your help in helping us get [name removed] to a better place. My husband has lived at Arden Courts for 3 years. I am very grateful that he has a place to live that he is comfortable with. The things I value most are: the homey atmosphere, the activities provided for the residents and family, the attention and respect he receives from caregivers and office staff, the quality of care is good and the directory staff are attentive to family. Health Care is very good, good is good, cleaning staff good. I am grateful.

Arden Courts at Palm Harbor is a wonderful place for those with memory issues. The love and the care the staff gives their residents s exceptional... from the administrators to the caregivers to the nursing staff to the activities groups, the food prep group and the maintenance staff. They treat the residents with patience, dignity and respect. I highly recommend Arden Courts.

As soon as I visited Arden Courts I liked it. It is clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and patient. My loved one has said it many times. There are many activities and visiting always reaffirms my opinion. Now that I’m getting to know the staff, I see that many have worked there for many years and take pride in their work.

The place is really nice and [name removed] was great. They don't have room in Westlake currently, however they worked with the Parma location and were able to get my mom in there today. I'm hoping this is the right fit for her. It feels more like home. Thanks for the recommendation.

Was very impressed with the staff and facility. It seems to offer a well organized plan for care with well trained staff. The residents appeared peaceful and engaged.

Rating is based on a visit. I visited yesterday and was very impressed with [name removed]’s presentation and tour. It is a very open concept facility, both inside and out which is much nicer than most other communities with memory care units. The monthly fees are a bit lower than some others close by. Everyone there suffers from dementia, so it is there specialty.

I feel fortunate to have found such a caring/giving facility and commend the staff for all their efforts... especially [name removed] and [name removed].

We are new to Arden courts in Parma and we couldn’t be happier! Mom is 86 with some dementia and they are so good with her- as with all the residents! The employees are very dedicated and compassionate! Cleanliness is also a priority at Arden courts- which is good- because my Mom likes everything clean! The family support is also a positive- I highly recommend Arden Courts!

I'm just sitting down to write a note of thanks for the wonderful staff you appear to hire, and the training that is provided to them. Although my mother was at Arden Courts less than a month, your staff treated her as though she had been there 2 years. It seemed like EVERY staff member (new, accompanied by established) came in her room wither before or after mothers passing, to offer comfort or to see what else they could provide. From [name removed] and the early am staff (a newer care mgr actually alerted [name removed] in the wee hours of the am!) that provided the lovely candles, music and ample food, to the ever efficient [name removed], and daytime staff who were fastidious in mothers care and comfort. [Name removed], weeks ago, who isn't even a regular in care, was eager to actually know what made mother tick and who she was in her active life, in order to provide some enjoyment for her in her present state. It was very surprising to see that in a facility, and made a real impression on me, since I have had the opportunity through other friends, to see a number of facilities. Then, of course, there is the inimitable [name removed], who didn't keep her kisses to herself even AFTER mother had passed... I know it is the PEOPLE who make Resident Facilities go around... and it starts at the top. Please, [name removed], and [name removed], just know you are so appreciated and it is my hope that AC/Manorcare administration never forgets the necessity for training (in skills and compassion) even if it cuts in to its bottom line. The staff at Arden Courts of Largo are truly memory care experts... patient, kind, compassionate. They live up to the challenge, providing a safe environment that promotes the best quality of life for all of their residents. They never stop impressing me!
