It is expensive but it is completely worth it. Our loved one is happy and thriving there. The nursing staff and director are fantastic. The director is just so hands out which is amazing because he does not have to do that, but they really just make sure the patients are participating and getting engaged.

I can honestly tell you that I have been struggling with the decision to place my mom in any community but I am also happy that I was able to be guided along the way by the advisor and she took her time and didn't pressure me in my decision to take my time. Once my mom moved in, we were able to meet clinical leadership team that will be able to be proactive instead of reactive in care. The community is recently renovated and it looks BEAUTIFUL!

It is beyond my expectations. We had to fight my loved one to go to a place like this. My loved one hasn't complained about the community. I would highly recommend this community to anyone. The staff has found a way to keep her content, well beyond what I had hoped for. I am able to have virtual calls with my loved one. The staff are very responsive to calls from family members. They go out of their way to assist the residents and families. There was a staff member that went and visited my loved one that was in a different community for a bit due to COVID. This staff member brought my loved one her favorite meal to accommodate the brief change

Spinghouse of Pikesville was clean, capable, and overall I think I liked it. The communication with the staff was okay. The rooms were good. They had current events for activities and they were okay.

It has huge blessing for our family. They are caring, and updates me often on my loved one. My loved one is happy here. The staff know what my dad enjoys doing and keeps him active with these activities. It is a short commute to see my dad. The food is healthy.

I like the fact that the residents can walk around, and yet I know that they're still safe (as opposed to staying in one single area). They also have access to outdoors. So they're not confined to one section. Other places I looked at there was just one floor for memory care, for instance. The staff have all been nice. I know they had some turnaround there, but that's not been too much of an issue. Some things got overlooked with the change in staff but we got everything straightened out. I was pleased that during Covid closures they were sending photos of our loved one in various activities, painting, puzzles, outdoor activities, etc. And now we're able to go visit.

We chose Arden Courts King of Prussia because of the administrative staff. They were very responsive and professional and it just seemed to be a great fit since they dealt memory care and that is their main focus,. The room sizes here are on the smaller side. The staff members are doing the best they can with communication, they have been sending emails. We did have some issues in the beginning but worked around them. Overall, I would recommend them.

Felt that this facility is a great fit for my Father-in-Law and the care that they can provide. Waiting for [name removed], Marketing and Admissions Director to contact me Monday to give me more information as she was unavailable at the time of our visit, but [name removed] ,RN Executive Director gave us a tour of the Town Center as well as information concerning services etc. Only concern is the catheter his has and I will inquire about possible removal with physician on Monday as well as get his medical information faxed to facility to review to see if they can in fact accommodate his needs.

My mom's situation, which basically happened overnight; and making the decision to place her in a facility has been one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. The staff at Arden Courts has been professional, caring, compassionate, and thorough. I am a health care worker myself, and very particular with the care I receive. When I was looking for a facility for my mother, I had to go by word of mouth, reviews online, and other health care professionals that I knew. I did my research. I am so VERY pleased with my decision. My mom tells me how well she is cared for every time I see her. The staff at Arden Courts are experts in memory care and know how to engage this population in activities to keep their brains active. They have become like family. Phone calls, texts, and emails are answered quickly. Your loved ones best interest and safety are their goals, along with helping to meet the family's needs. Thank you Arden Courts for taking such good care of my mom.

We really appreciated the way they took care of our loved one while he was there, he received so much better care then the previous community he was at.

I have heard nothing but good things from family members about this facility. They have been great about communication especially since we cannot go in. It has been hard but I know they are doing their best they can with the virus and are keeping their residents safe. We have peace of mind knowing that he is here. The staff members are very skilled and great with their care.

I want to thank everyone from the Administration on down, who had any type of care for my mom. She had fantastic care at Arden and I know she could be a "handful”. Mom had a mind of her own and then you add the dementia to this was tough. Mom always said the most devastating part of her life was not being able to drive because of her eye sight. You then add the hearing loss and dementia and you have an unhappy camper, but rightly so. I could never understand how she took her 3 mile walks to eat Wendy's. Upon getting a call from the Sheriff's office about mom's safety quickly took a trip down to Florida to move her. We picked Arden Courts because of her buddy, Ray who lived at the facility near Oakhurst and donated the putting green that currently sits at Palm Harbor. Mom always spoke highly of Arden Courts and it was a no brainer when mom got sick and we needed to make a decision to move her somewhere she could be safe. This is the absolutely the place to send your loved one, particularity if they have memory care issues. The community is compassionate, caring, and has excellent care. They are unbelievable. Their special is memory care.

I would highly recommend it. It has been wonderful for my mom. They are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. It is reasonably priced.

My mother has been at Arden in South Holland for many years. I have always been happy with her care. The staff turnover is very low so most carers are the same she has had since the beginning. The facilities are very clean and the food is varied and nutritious. I highly recommend this location.

We toured Arden Courts on [date removed]. I was very impressed with the thoughtful design and planning behind the facility and its programs. I loved the outdoor space and the ability for residents to access it freely. [name removed] was very thorough and provided us with a lot of information. The interior seems well though out and provides residents with opportunities for movement and a comfortable homelike environment.

I want to thank [names removed] for a delightful Birthday FaceTime with my father, [name removed]. I haven’t seen him F2F since December 2019 because of COVID, so this was emotional for me. I would like to think that there were glimmers of recognition there, even if he didn’t or couldn’t speak. I cannot thank you enough for the excellent care and personal support you all are providing to my father and his peers.

I would recommend them. I already have told several people about this community. The community is comfortable, and it was perfect for my loved one. The residents have the ability to go out to the courtyard 24 hours a day. The administrator would go out and play tennis with the residents. They even had a putting green available for the resident to use.

I'm very happy with Arden Courts and choosing this community for my loved one. The quality, concern, care, and caution on the pandemic for the residents is something that stands out to me. Everything seems to be good here.
