The community was under construction during our loved ones stay, so it is not fair to rate the cleanliness of the community. However the staff were very caring and seemed to really show concern for our loved ones well being. Not only did they show care, attentiveness and respect to our father, but also to our mother when she would come and visit.

We really liked the philosphy that they had at The Auberge and it seemed their support system was great. The director was very attentive and kept in touch. This was our 2nd choice and it was a very hard choice to make.

Her way of describing the community and answering my questions was so warm and understanding as well as informational. If "marketing by building relationships' is a good, [name removed] is excellent. I cannot describe how much i appreciate her

I am the medical surrogate for my aunt who is 99 years old with advanced dementia. Sadly we live hundreds of miles apart. She has been at Arden Court in Palm Harbor for just over one year. I have been able to visit her and am fully confident that she is receiving the best possible care. The staff has made tremendous efforts to stay in regular touch with me, and goes above and beyond to facilitate my phone conversations with my aunt. The care they exercise to make her comfortable and happy is exceptional. I cannot say enough about this excellent memory care facility.

I really liked Arden Courts. We actually did an in person tour and the parts of the facility we were not able to see they virtually were able to show us. The staff here were really sweet and the director who showed us around actually had his dog help out with the tour which was really cute. He knew all of the residents by name which spoke volumes. The facility ended up being too expensive.

Our family had an in person tour, they were just starting to allow families to enter so it was still a little restricted. The community was absolutely gorgeous, however we did not choose it because it seemed like they were geared more towards independent living and were transitioning into assisted living/memory care. Again the community was absolutely beautiful, but we just did not feel comfortable placing our loved one their with her memory issues.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I'm impressed with them. I think they do a good job, and I have no complaints. They do a good job keeping everything clean and organized. When you come in they make you feel at home, and they treat everybody well. My loved one is doing well there, so much so that often you can't really tell she has dementia. They have plenty of activities and keep the residents busy. I would highly recommend them. As far as I know, they're the best you can get.

They're very friendly and open to suggestions. It's easy to visit the residents at any time. The residents seem to be engaged, and they offer a lot of group activities. They have memory-related activity stations up in the hallways, but I don't see a lot of people doing them. It's decorated well and really laid out nicely. The outside space is nicely set up for visits and things, and it's very inviting. My loved one loves to sit out side and visit with us. That's her favorite thing, to be outside. She's up and about with other people often, and is rarely in her room alone. She likes the food and has no complaints.

I did this same process for my partner who was placing his mother into a memory care community. She was place in Arden courts some years ago and when it was time for me to place my loved one..... Arden Courts was the only option! From the beginning to the end, the process was smooth and sufficient. There is PCP that makes rounds at the community and a Psychiatrist that visits the community. That home away from home environment while having safety and security was very important when choosing a memory care community.

Everyone has been helpful, compassionate, and giving in the care of our mother!!

Arden Courts of Wayne helped us out with a very tough situation and they were very comforting and accommodating with our families needs. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others who are looking.

The community is the best thing that happened for my mom in the last year. This community is better than the previous community they were out. Everyone is always cheerful here, and I love it. There is always something for the residents to do in a group. The residents aren't just sitting in isolation by themselves.

Personnel are very welcoming. Facilities are well kept. Love the outdoor walking paths. This facility only works with people with memory disorders so they are very knowledgeable. Overall we like the facility and their programs.

really liked the location, the atmosphere, the tour...

We've had our mom in two other places, and when dealing with those other facilities, it was stressful. We didn't feel like she was getting good care. The Auberge is the exact apposite. I can't say enough good things about them. They communicate with us daily. We have direct numbers to her nurses. They really know her as a person. There were three different people in a care meeting with me recently, and they each knew something different about our mom. She was having a hard time transitioning when she first moved in and was feeling quite lonely. So the girls on her care team volunteered to stay late one day a week to spend time with her. We've never experienced care like that before. It's just an amazing place.

It is a great community to put your loved one in. They have great team work, and everyone has a caring personality. The staff are responsive to answering questions on my loved one. If they don't know the answer, they will be happy to find the answer for you.

I chose Arden Courts in part because we knew people who had loved ones there that were happy. I liked that they quoted you a price and that was that, whether you took one medication or ten. There was a lot of friendliness. We felt comfortable leaving our loved one there. We got phone calls from them to update us and let us know how he was transitioning, which was great because we weren't allowed to come inside to visit due to Covid. Our loved one was only there about a week before he passed away unexpectedly. They were wonderful to us, and had everything packed up for us and ready to go. They even refunded the move-in fee since he was there such a short amount of time. And emotionally I think they do really care about the people who are there. Normally they have a policy to get everything moved out in 48 hours, and and I think we still made that timeframe, but they didn't pressure us at all, which was nice that we didn't have to worry about that during an already stressful time.

The staff member are very caring and we like the cottage approach. Their medical staff does a great job regulating our loved ones medications. If the situation for a family was right i would recommend this community to others.
