The staff is warm, loving, compassionate, informitive, and helpful. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. The community is neat and clean and the food is amazing. They have activities for the residents to participate in and the care is very good.

I really liked this place. I felt like the staff was very genuine. I felt like my dad would do well there.

All in all I was very pleased. There were only a couple of the caregivers that weren't compassionate, but overall it was very very good. The care was always there, just eh compassion and gentleness from a couple of the CNAs was lacking. The rest showed that they cared about the residents. They were kind and understanding and gentle. Especially in memory care, you have to understand that the residents are mixed up and might be afraid. Most of them were gentle, but just a couple were a little rough. The administration is excellent, understanding, and compassionate. They bent over backwards to show care for the residents.

Arden Courts of Parma has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We saw immediate improvements in our mother’s general well-being. The staff is exceptional. Every interaction we have had with staff members, from caregivers to administrators to healthcare specialists to kitchen workers has been infused with their genuine care for our mother and for us. We could not be happier.

The activities are opening back up which is great, and the value is completely worth it. We would not put our loved one anywhere else we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Our family has had a very good experience so far, the staff team always follow through with everything they say and they call us with any updates regarding our loved ones medication or any other changes. No matter how small or what is going on we will always get a phone call. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and they treat us as if we are family. The community is not has modern with decoration or technology, but they allow you to bring a TV or radio for you room. they also provide all the equipment and beds and dressers.

I would highly recommend Arden Courts of Bath. The people here have been outstanding and great to work with, they are very flexible with all of my moms medications. We are just really happy with this facility.

Everyone is so very kind, patient and welcoming. The staff became like family, from the administrators, programming, kitchen staff, nurses and care givers. He always said "I have so many friends here and they all know my name". I visited often and every time I came the care, cleanliness, attention and programming was consistent and exceeded my expectations. It is a lovely place, newly remodeled with a great courtyard. The single level layout was perfect for my cousin. He became familiar with the facility quickly and could walk wherever and whenever he wanted to. The medical team would update me on even the most minor issue. During Covid, Zoom calls and window visits helped us stay connected. There are many activities and programs and every holiday gets celebrated in a special way. My cousin resided there for a year and a half before he passed away. The attentive, gentle, loving care he received as the end neared gave me such comfort, as if family were truly taking care of him.

Our in person tour experience was quite good, but the location was just farther away and especially with traffic we did not see ourselves driving that far multiples times in a day or weeks. However, they were certainty a top contender, we have heard nothing bad about Arden Courts.

We love all the personal touches with this community and the gentlemen who runs the really cares about his staff, his residents and their families. He is so personable, responsive and respectful. From everything we have seen of the community it is well maintained, and the feedback we are hearing from the staff team is that our loved one is really enjoying the meals and that she has actually put on weight. The head nurse is amazing, she is so responsive, very polite very sweet we just love her. The aids along side her with the handful of times we have seen them are just as amazing. They are very comforting to our loved one, and we can really see she is getting that one on one love and care.

The community has activities available for the residence and my loved one really loved the food. The residence received more personalized care due to the smaller community. they were very good at knowing how to deal with memory care residence. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

They had memory care for my loved one. The lady we spoke with was helpful. Our only drawback was they didn't have any lift experience. They were clean and were advocates for my loved on during rehab.

My family and I wanted a placement where my loved one's cognitive abilities would be challenged and used, and where his socialization would be enhanced. And we definitely have that here. The staff has been very adaptable in handling him and meeting him where he is. For instance, lately he thinks he's in a hotel. And a staff member wrote him a note along the lines of "You'll be staying here tonight, sir. Your wife booked the room, and you're all good to go." They told me me loved one was drafting a letter to the restaurant at the "hotel," stating how good the food is, at good prices, with very friendly service. They're definitely meeting him where he is at and giving him the best quality of life he can have right now. With the pandemic, I've only been inside very briefly and am only seeing certain areas. But I've had a support group there pre-pandemic, and everything was fine regarding cleanliness. When I interface on the phone with staff, they've been fine. The woman who facilitates my support group was outstanding during our placement here. It's been difficult just being buzzed in without much interaction. But from what I hear, my loved one is an eager participant in the activities. And they're doing a good job of providing memory care focused activities. I'm very impressed with how they've handled things and his transition here. They've been a great support to me as well, and the activities director has given me some great tips on how to get the most out of interacting with him, whether it be via Zoom or in person.

Arden Courts was impressive they only do memory care. You had a shared bathroom and this is the only negative for us.

I would highly recommend this community to others and already have. The nurses are great and there is someone there 24/7. The food was great. The staff is caring and compassionate and the staff is tenured and has been here for a long time.

We moved my Mom to Arden Courts of Largo and are so glad we did. Experiencing other Assisted Living Facilities firsthand, we were comforted by the feel and layout of the facility. When a loved one has special memory care needs, it’s hard to feel confident when choosing where they will live and who will care for them. ALL of the staff have always been supportive, responsive, and most of all are caring and loving, from the caregivers and nurses to management. They all seem like family to us now. Even with her medical difficulties, my Mom thrives at Arden Courts. The environment they create gives her a feeling of home. Their response and plan for the pandemic was reassuring even in these difficult times. We have no doubt the staff made their residents a priority with the way they have controlled the virus scenario. They truly take care of your loved ones as if they were their own. Arden Courts has been a blessing to my Mom and our family, we will be eternally grateful.

During the pandemic, we chose Arden Courts of Delray Beach, which we signed up for sight unseen. The staff was sweet and wonderful with us and mom. Her last 6 months were very comfortable and happy. They facetime us weekly so we were able to see and talk to mom. We are sorry we didn't find Arden Courts sooner. Thanks to the wonderful staff, you are angels.

They definitely know how to handle dementia patients, even ones like my loved one who have one of the worst types of dementia. They know when to leave him be and do his own thing (not hurting anyone or himself), and then he comes back around and gets into the group activities. He's actually made friends here. The staff is so experienced and so knowledgeable. It means so much to me to know that my family member is being taken care of by people who know what they're doing. I believe the average employee there has been there 10 years, and one we work with often has been there 21 years. And that's very impressive. They never make you feel like you're bothering them. I even get phone calls we hadn't set up just because they thought I'd like to talk to him. And I'm so grateful for that. They're taking precautions to keep the residents safe - I've been on the front porch, and in the office area for face to face visits, but not in the living quarters yet. Everyone is friendly off the charts. The staff are wonderful. Not only is Brighton Gardens cheaper than the first place we tried, but everything is included here. The other place was a la carte, with extra charges for everything. Brighton Gardens is a great value, and it's nice to not to have surprises on your bill for add-on packages. A social worker recommended them to me, and she said they hardly ever get patients from Brighton at her hospital. So we moved in and haven't looked back. I'm so grateful for that social worker. She changed my life.

We chose Arden Courts because it was the cleanest out of the ones we toured, when we went here, the lady who walked us around could answer any question we asked and she was very knowledgeable about the facility as well as the process, so it gave us the best feeling. They were great with communication, they kept us up to date with newsletters and we did zoom calls. I would just tell others that they do not have a hoigher lift which is ultimately why my dad had to end up moving. But overall I would absolutely recommend to others looking.
