Everyone I have spoken with as far as staff goes has been great. If a loved one needs memory care, this is the place to go.

Very pleasant with services.

My mother's dementia advanced to the point where we couldn't keep her at home, she didn't recognize her house and wanted to constantly leave. First placed at Arden court in one wing, then moved to another remodeled wing, I was told to hire a sitter for her aggression and agitation; the behavior escalated until the nurse sent her to a psychiatric hospital in Plano - Wellbridge. After 2 weeks, her medications were balanced, she had a diagnosis of severe depression with psychosis and I transferred her to The Auberge Plano. This facility is beautiful, her apartment was newer and more spacious and the residents had many activities and were free to roam - and we paid less than for a much older, smaller facility. Even with the lockdown, my mother is happier and her caregivers like her as a person. The communication is much better, prices are lower, better trained staff and better staff-to-resident ratios. I highly recommend this property.

From what we have seen the food looks to be tasty, and the activities are awesome. We could not want our loved one anywhere else it is a beautiful community. However, they have increased the prices every year that he has been there which has been difficult financially.

The rooms and overall layout of the community would be a five out of five, and we would recommend Arden Courts of Anderson Twp to others.

I highly recommend Arden Courts of North Hills. The team has been tremendously compassionate and effective with my husband who has early onset vascular and Lewy Body dementia. There is a poster at the door listing the staff’s impressive tenure, which is very evident in their teamwork, experience and effectiveness with the wide range of challenges that my husband has presented. I feel blessed and comforted to have my husband in their care.

Great looking community wish they had kitchenette areas in the rooms, but they will allow small refrigerators. They provide furniture which is a great benefit, given our situation

Arden Courts itself have a good vibe/environment with the way it is set up with the pods. It is also very cheery and bright. The administration was great, they had support groups for parents and children of the residents who were in the facility and things like that. We did have one unfortunate issue with some of the staff, they stole her ring that she has worn for 70 years off of her finger. Overall, it was a nice facility and I would recommend to others as long you can afford it.

Really liked their set up and the amount of care they receive.

This community has been very good towards our loved one, and they have been pandemic free this entire time. The treat us and our loved one like family, Before the pandemic they had great activities, there were sing a longs, different diverse kinds of speakers, they also had gospel and other musicals. There is bingo, and other games to play. They also have a backyard with a garden. It is a smaller community, all on one floor.

This community is very nice. I would recommend others look into this community for their loved ones. Prior to COVID they had several activities for residents to choose from. They had a violinist coming in to entertain the residents. They even have holiday celebrations.

This is a very nice facility, I was able to tour this community, the staff was nice and it was very clean. it seems that the staff is tenured and the turnover rate lower than the average facility. I would recommend this facility.

We do think our loved one received good care at this community, and we believed they really cared about the residents. Our loved one loved the food, there was good portions and it was flavorful. Sometimes we did think they were short staffed. Memory care is not for the faint hearten, and just be realistic with your expectation and be vigilant towards your family members.

This community is clean and the staff members are friendly and empathize with the patients. The residents looked happy, they seemed to be well taken care of and clean. The food is above average for a nursing home, and the rooms are fantastic. They have large windows, and are all clean. The rooms do not feel institutional, it feels more like a nice apartment space. They also have nice outdoor grounds, where the residents can go and walk around freely, and there is a putting green and a nice garden,

Everything is top of the line, Arden Courts is a great place. I am so lucky to have found this facility, they specialize with dementia/memory care. The administrator is great and really gets to know the families and residents. She is also very responsive and helpful even in these tough times. I would absolutely recommend, I could not be happier with our choice.

When we were choosing a place during the pandemic, they made efforts to do virtual tours. When we were moving in they arranged for us to use their furniture. She have severe cognitive declines and they gave us ideas like to use a memory box to help her transition easier. They also suggested for her to see a geriatrics psychiatrist while she was making the transition, and she was able to change up her medication. She would call us all the time to give us updated on our loved one. Now we are able to go in and see her.

We looked at 9 different places and we chose Springhouse of Pikesville because I felt that my mom would be properly cared for here and that the staff members actually cared for their residents, they were on the ball about everything. The location was also good for everyone involved. My mom is very happy with food that is served here. She is also very happy with her physical therapist and we have overall had a great experience.

I would tell people to go for it in placing their loved one at this community. Overall, I like the community. The staff is really good at communicating with me about my loved one. The food is overall really good for my loved one.

They have gone above and beyond with keeping the residents engaged and active. They are very caring and experienced with memory care compared to other facilities. This facility would be my top pick for memory care. I would recommend this community.

During the time our loved one was there, he received such excellent care. They made the whole family feel so welcomed and cared for. The care services would be a five plus. The had some activities for the residents, and even got our loved one to participate in a few art classes. We liked the layout of Arden Courts, it is all on one ground, it is very nicely decorated and homey feeling. It is clean and attractive and easily accessible for residents and guests. It has a lot of windows, and it was a very positive first impression. The food is fabulous, we even had a private dining room for Christmas dinner. It was just terrific, and gourmet cooked. There was always music available, which was very soothing to our loved one. They had a big emphasis for music playing. He had a number of care givers that would rotate through the night, and without an exception they were so great at what they did.
