The Auberge at Bee Cave is a beautiful community with large interior and exterior courtyards and a true home-like environment. The activity program is designed to engage residents and facilitate a sense of meaning and purpose for residents no matter their abilities. The staff is passionate about providing exceptional holistic care to residents and they do so by building relationships with both the residents and their families and friends. A wonderful home for your loved one!

We chose Arden Courts of Westlake because the girl we met with was thorough with explaining the disease and what the care was there and she made us feel so comfortable. She did not push or rush us and she was just great. The facility is also smaller which is really nice because there was more of a freedom because it is specifically for Alzheimer's residents. I would want others to know that the staff members encourage their residents to do things and it is just a really nice facility. This is by far the best we have been in.

I would give The Memory Center Virginia Beach 5 stars!! They really helped my family at our time of need! [name removed] and staff are awesome! I would recommend this facility (community) to anyone looking for memory care. Thank you for all you do!

Excellent facility with great staff. Would have utilized this facility but it was outside of our budget.

My mother has been living at Linden Village for 4 years. She is now at a stage that requires higher level of care and will be moving on. I am grateful for the 24 hour, day after day constant care given by the caregivers and activities ladies. I always had peace of mind knowing my mom was safe, secure and treated compassionately, even though she was difficult at times. It takes very special people to do this job. I would recommend this facility to families who have a loved one with dementia.

I recently inquired about this community for my mom who is experiencing dementia issues and I was pleasantly surprise of how well the community is designed from other places I have seen. I moved mom in and I have been scheduling a window visit to see her and how she is adjusting. My mom is currently in the early stages of the disease and I knew now was the time to make the transition to this homelike environment for my mom. She seems the be in great spirits and the communication and leadership at this community is great.

I was happy when I choose this community for memory care for my dad. There layout and free flow between the community is great for a person experiencing memory impairment. I had a virtual tour of the community due to the fact that we couldn't go in, and the advisor was very pleasant and informative when giving us information. I was very much interested in programming for my dad and she went over and showed current programming being implemented and the residents seemed to be having fun. I have not tasted the food to comment on, but my day says it good and if he says it good I will take his word for it! The nurse has been in consistent communication with my brother and I about my dads medication and getting our approval before starting any new med that the doctor has prescribed. I know my dad will thrive here and we are happy we moved dad into Arden Courts of Glen Ellyn. I would recommend this memory care community to families that are experiencing the same challenge we had with our aging dad and needed to find a homelike environment.

The community was a very good place. I picked this place for my loved one, over other communities I saw. I would recommend the community. The community gives more personal contact then other communities. The community has good food, and was able to carter for my loved one's birthday. They only have private rooms, my loved one had a full size bed, chairs, refrigerator, and their own bathroom. My loved one had more then enough room for himself.

I took a tour of this community for my loved one. The community specializes in memory care. They are a little expensive. There is a room for the residents to participate in activities. The room is like a family room, and large area.

I would absolutely highly recommend this community. The community is kind, patient and wonderful people. My loved one was hard to handle due to her memory care issues, the staff were wonderful with her.

Thanks for being so kind to my stupidity. My children used to live close and they were always able to assist this old woman with technology but now, they’re both in New York and so busy, I dare not bother them. So, here goes: "My sister joined Arden Courts on [date removed]. On that day, there was a welcoming reception for her with balloons and all! My experience since then has been over the top! Our first contact was [name removed], Memory Care Advisor. She was so efficient in answering all questions in detail and helping us (myself and siblings) feel confident in the care my sister would receive. I was able to visit Betty 24/7 if needed and was always treated with great respect and there was never any concern . It was fun to attend all their functions…Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc. Since Covid has entered the scene, our visits went to FaceTime. [name removed] helped organize these visits and is always right on target! [name removed], the director, has kept us notified on a weekly basis as to any further happenings and almost every time I call, he’s the one that answers. He also participates in all the functions! He’s a hands-on director! I am extremely confident that Arden Courts has my sister’s well being at heart and I’m looking forward to being able to visit and attend the celebrations in the near future."

As far as memory care it is the best place to take your loved one. The activities were good and my loved one enjoyed the music. The food was very good, and my loved one enjoyed the food. If there was something that my loved one didn't like, they would provide an alternative. The staff was very helpful to the residents and families.

My loved one has been there since January. I have no complaints about this community. I am happy with the place and care. There is no COVID cases. The front office staff is very helpful and answer any questions I might have. There is paperwork that needs to be faxed every month, and they do so for me. There are 16 rooms in each wing. They have two aids that are available for each shift, and a couple of nurses for each wing. There was one incident that my loved one had and were concerned about her and decided to send her to the hospital, this was in during the third shift. They wanted to make sure she was ok, and she was. I can call anytime and the nurses give me the information. They keep my in the loop.

We absolutely love this place, it is a smaller community and the residents have the freedom to move inside and outside and on any unit they want. They way this community is set up is that they have two court yards which are very nice, the activities room has a big patio. They have a beautiful salon. The food is very good, very tasty. Our loved one can't feed themselves, so we were told they need figure food. But we haven't been able to visit since COVID. The rooms are similar to a dorm room, our loved one has a private room which is plenty spacious for them. It has a bed with a nice comfy chair and a private bathroom. The care our loved one is receiving is amazing. We were told they give routine skin care checks on everyone, they provide needed products for them as well. What is really nice is that they bring outside vendors in like dentist, physical therapist and occupationally therapist in so they don't have to travel from one place to another. The communication is fantastic we can call at anytime and there is always someone there to take our call.

My mother was admitted to Arden Ct. 4 years ago with early to middle stage Alzheimer’s. She was never formally diagnosed, but presented with signs of short term memory loss and behaviors that were beginning to cause endangerment to herself and others, i.e. leaving the water running, taking aimless walks in 90 degree weather and getting into a car with strangers. She was careless with money and angry at having an aide in her home. Upon entering Arden Ct. she was quite angry with me, but thanks to the staff, mom acclimated very well within 1-2 weeks. I must give credit to the facility’s Executive Director, [name removed]. She has been incredibly helpful and supportive for me and for my mom’s success. I don’t think mom’s initiation would have gone as smoothly without her assistance. Throughout these past few years, mom’s shown much deterioration from the disease, but [name removed] has always been able to explain the process and normalize my fears and feelings. The staff has always shown their care for mom and all the other residents with warmth, patience and tenderness. In addition, they have a wonderful activities director and their medical personnel are always attentive and ready to respond. It has given me much relief to know that mom has been cared for in the way that I would have cared for her, had she lived with me. When I look back at all the choices, I know without a doubt that I made the right choice placing her at Arden Ct. Memory Center in Delray Beach, Fl. I had visited flashy and impressive looking facilities, but the smallness and warmth of Arden Ct. along with the knowledge that the building was designed for the Alzheimer patient in mind, convinced me in my decision.

My father [name removed] was diagnosed with the early onset of Alzheimer’s at the age of 74. He lived for 19 years since that diagnosis, the last 2 years of his life at Arden Court in Delray Beach. The director [name removed] and all the caregivers at Arden Court were so wonderful and attentive to my dad. Before the quarantine I was able to visit my father everyday if I chose to, he was always well groomed and neatly dressed...and loved his meals. [name removed] contacted me during the onset of the quarantine and asked about weekly FaceTime visits with my father. I was so happy for that even though he had been declining rapidly from his Alzheimer’s disease, and the disease had taken away his ability to recognize me, he was still sweet and in good spirits when we were on FaceTime. The last FaceTime call I had with my father was 3 days prior to his passing away. I was with my little grandson and he said “hi poppa, although my dad had no idea or understanding of who we were he sat there looking at the FaceTime screen smiled and said “cute”. He recognized that this was a sweet little boy who said Hi Poppa. I was so happy for that FaceTime on that day to see my father smile at his great grandson who he didn’t even know because daddy passed away 3 days later. I’ll always have that memory ... Thank you [name removed] and all of the wonderful caregivers at Arden Courts who worked so tirelessly, and helped imprint that wonderful memory in my mind forever and taking such wonderful care of my beloved daddy as he will always be to me.
