Tour was excellent. Staff very friendly. Facility very clean and well keep. Residents seemed friendly and engaged with each other.

Very patient focused, caring staff. Location is great!

So far everything is going really well. The food is good, and the staff is good. They are very accommodating in the dining room if you have a request. So far I am very happy with it.

They are doing a great job over there. She is settling in and we have been very pleased so far. They are taking good care of her, and are very attentive. She says the food is okay, and we have eaten there a couple of times and it's not bad. I think they are providing very good service.

Our experience with Brookdale West University has been a very good one. We moved from out of state with my mother. The entire staff have been very welcoming and accommodating. The only issue we had was getting her housekeeping services started. That was quickly resolved and really was not a big deal. They really have gone above and beyond in every department. I highly recommend this facility!

I think they do an excellent job at Brookdale Parmer Lane! The facility itself is beautiful, and always well kept and clean. And the staff here are just wonderful, they are friendly, professional, and obviously really care about the people that they are taking care of. They also do a wonderful job with the food, my loved one can be quite a picky eater and I haven't heard any complaints. I never mind staying for a meal when I visit!

It's been excellent, I'm very happy with how it's going. the staff is very attentive and caring. I haven't had any complaints about food. She is happy there. They have transportation to doctors. The location was good, the price was competitive. They have made an effort to go above and beyond.

They seem to be doing a great job. It's excellent. They have really good food, and good choices, and it's open from 7-7, and you can come and order whenever you feel like eating. Everyday there is something different to do, a whole list of stuff. They have transportation to Dr. appointments on Tuesdays, and Thursdays. It really was the nicest place in town.

They are very thorough in orientation explaining everything that they have to offer. It is a very nice place with wonderful people. I have been very pleased with my experience with Horizon Bay Austin.

LOVE IT!!!! My 81 year-old Mom was not in good shape when we brought her to Freedom Pointe. She flourished and thrived at this facility. The staff was very friendly and offered personalized attention. If they would let me, I would live here. There are many activities and the nursing care and medication management was stellar! The only reason I had to move her to another facility was the distance. It was too far from where I'm living and I am the only family she has here. THANK YOU Freedom Pointe for giving my Mom the care she needed and for making her part of the family. We miss you all dearly.

Great facilities with lots of activities...Location perfect for family and friends visits. Apartments seem adequate with good little kitchens and seating areas. Came during lunch and it was a beehive of activity....great interaction between staff and residents. Lunch room served what appeared to be really great meals. Services to the Memorial City mall and hospitals still need verification but appear excellent. Price and specials are fair and will be on the list for my Mom to tour personally next week. Only downside could be that the apartments open up to the outside elements instead of an inside climate controlled hallway....rain, cold and heat....that could end up being a good thing in that it forces residents to get out into it but will have to see how my Mom views that.

They have done very well at facilitating the process of getting a resident moving in from another facility where things didn't work out. It is a very nice place and the people there are wonderful. You have to ring a bell to get into the memory care unit, and then wait for someone to come let you in. That can be a bit of a pain. Other facilities have a code they will give you without having to wait for the staff to come and let you in, and I prefer that method. At this point I would say we are very satisgied with Emeritus at Ridgeland Pointe.

We are very happy with it. It's very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Everyone is very sweet and kind. They are very attentive, someone is always right there. The food is her favorite part, she loves the meals. Everything is wonderful, as long as she is happy that's all that matters to me.

Everything has gone very well so far at Brookdale Sun City West! I really can't think of any aspect I haven't been satisfied with. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and accommodating! Other than a little confusion with the paperwork at the outset everything has been great!

When we came in, April and Amber contacted me and came out to see him at the hospital, and everything was presented well. However, when he got set up there, there were a couple of small issues. For one, he was supposed to be in a downstairs room as he is in a wheelchair, but was placed upstairs at the end of a hall. It took a little while for him to be brought the food for meals. So there were a couple of small issues that impacted our experience. They are very good, but they did not follow through on a couple of specific things that were promised. Granted, my husband is a hard person to take care of. , but based on the experience he was not pleased and does not want to go back. But keep in mind that he is a very hard man to please. They really were very sweet and wonderful in most ways.

My mother loved the location & size of apts. We never got formal tour, b/c office seems understaffed. Pricing is a bit too high, so would depend on specials for Jan & Feb. washer/dryer connection.

They have done a really great job getting mom situated into the place. They are giving her time and space as she gets adjusted, yet they really do encourage her to get involved. The services (therapy for example) they offer are great.

I feel the care givers at Brookdale Pecan Park have really tried to get to know my dad and take care of him well. On the downside, the business office seems horribly disorganized. They send me a huge bill, I ask for the details of what makes the bill what it is, and they deny, which I think is ridiculous. For the money that this costs I expect to know the details of what I am paying for. Then for December I call to get a confirmation of what I owe and they give me three different numbers. Aside from the business office, it has been a good experience. On the clinical side they are great. On the business side, they need some improvements.

I have been in therapy for a year and a half and Town Village Arlington is absolutely one of the best establishments I have seen and been a part of.

They were very good at explaining everything. My aunt had it stuck in her mind that the rent was going to increase every year and she couldn't understand why. The manager was very good at carefully explaining things (price of food, cleaning materials, etc.) to help her understand and bring her at peace with it.
