We are in the process of moving my parents into Brookdale Clear Lake. Peggy Schrodi provided them plenty of information to help them in deciding to move there. In addition to an attractive facility, the meal options and the various activities are a plus. The apartment was ready in plenty of time and the staff has been most helpful.

My father in law was not there but for about a week before he passed away so our experience was somewhat limited, but it was a very good experience. They were very helpful in helping me assess where he was health-wise as I was in another town. Their hospice care is really very good. They called me all the time, gave me constant feedback, and kept me constantly updated, which was really very helpful.

From the moment that we first visited six weeks ago, we were extremely impressed. New, clean, very much of a resort feel - certainly not assisted living. The first visit - two workers were playing a game with a resident. We visited a few locations, but The Legacy had set the bar so high in our minds that it was an easy choice to bring my parents here. Although all assisted living facilities are pricey - this one was a good value compared to the others. We appreciated the one flat fee - not a 'nickle and dime' billing process. The friendly staff has gone out of their way for us......each and every time we have walked through the doors. The communication from the staff is incredible; they went out of their way to help this be a smooth transition. They eagerly accommodated and allowed us to begin to set up 'home' for my parents a week before their actual move in - which was today. My father met my mother at the door - and he s aid 'Welcome to our new home.' It gave me a warm fuzzy feeling all over! This is the first time in two months that I feel 'at ease' with moving my parents being together again after two months apart. You will not regret a decision to come to The Legacy - guaranteed!

It is a nice looking, well kept, clean community, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. They take great care of all their residents here, and we're very pleased with them overall.

My level of care doesn't require as much as most other residents. I still do get the same care and attention regardless. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. A very clean and comfortable no other issues and meals are ok, a little bland but no complaints.

The 'cottage' atmosphere was very inviting; small group feel. Staff appeared friendly and engaged with clients. No odors, clean. Small rooms. This was more suited to memory care . The staff have all been very courteous and always address me in a courteous manner. I am really impressed with all they have done and continue to do. It is a really great place.

The staff are all very friendly and professional, and they're great at working with the residents! We have been pleased with the staff and helpfulness They have been doing a great job. They have been very attentive loved one is really happy there.

I don't have any complaints. The staff and overall Brookdale community is great! We don't have any complaints about the food, I eat there all the time. The Sunday brunch is awesome. I am happy with Brookdale.

Our experience with Brookdale West University has been a very good one. The entire staff have been very welcoming and accommodating.I'm satisfied with the service of Brookdale Plaza. I have no complaints or issues. They provide good quality care and overall I'm satisfied. The experience has been just fine. They really have gone above and beyond in every department. I highly recommend this facility!

It's a good place. We are very happy to be here. It's very clean, and I love the management here. They are really attentive to the residents needs. Chef Annie is wonderful. It's great! I don't have any concerns.

Everybody I have spoken to has been very nice and very helpful. Mom really seems to be enjoying herself at Brookdale Broadway Mesa and that is all that matters to me.

The transition process was very smooth and easy. There were no headaches to deal with. Everything was very stress-free and the whole process since getting them moved in has gone very good as well. I would recommend Brookdale Place at NorthPointe.

My parents have not moved in yet, and we are super excited about the move! The entire staff has made us feel welcomed from the beginning. We shopped around at other facilities, and this one is the cream of the crop!

The loved one of mine that is going to live there at Brookdale Place at NorthPointe has not checked in yet so much remains to be seen, but based on what I have been able to gather so far I believe it is going to be great. It is a very nice facility with friendly staff.

My Mom is in the independent living section of Brookdale Memorial City Community. She loves it there! The staff is very friendly and she is enjoying all of the activities available. When Mom first moved in we had some minor maintenance issues in her apartment, but they were addressed very promptly. The food is acceptable, and they do have a good variety. The service is prompt and a well organized staff. We have had no billing issues so far. A great place to live.

Communication could be improved regarding residents knowing about the activities or things to do. This is a great place otherwise and my dad is very happy with the facility.

The Hallway leading to the outside that the dogs are walked on smell like feces. The rest of the facility is great and clean just this one issue with the pets. Really don't want to give a low rating because overall it is a great place.

Could use name tags for residents and advertise Brookdale so the residents also remember.. My mother is pretty picky but the meals are very good. This was the best location to me and my brother incentive to save money.

This is a lovely facility, clean, active and well cared for. The apartments are roomy and very well appointed. Jon Xenos is very informed, relaxed and extremely easy to work with. This would be a great place to live.

Loved this facility. Gail's willingness to share her personal experiences were very helpful. Beautiful peaceful clean home for seniors with memory care needs.
