I'm very happy. The community comes in and cleans our room. Everyone is very friendly. It is expensive; however it is worth it, since I'm happy. The Courtyards seems to be caring and has a great warmth to it.

You get what you pay for, you need to understand and know the level of care your loved one needs. They had some issues that I have had to address with them but they handled the issue quickely. I would recommend this facility to others

I was very impressed at the state of the art Legacy at Town Square when I was touring facilities for my Dad with Parkinson's Disease. I would recommend this facility

Everybody we have met at this community seems active and friendly. The rooms here are adequate, and we would say the food is pretty good. We would recommend this community to others, and in fact we already have.

The staff was the best they were very friendly, efficient and they met our loved ones needs. The rooms at this community are nice, but because of COVID the food had to be delivered, and it was sometimes cold and not much of a variety, however we would recommend this community to others.

I would tell people it is a good community, and I would recommend others come here. The room is nice and safe. The people at this community are nice and caring. The property that the community sits on is very pretty with lots of trees.

We think highly of the place, we just wish they would do a better job keeping us informed during COVID. They try their best to have activities, but they had to shut a lot down due to the virus. We were impressed with the staff and they were very friendly, it was also a newer facility. People seemed to be very caring. It is more on the smaller side which was a big deciding factor for us. The rooms are good, they are adequate. We think the food is excellent, and if there is something they are serving that you don't like, you can choose from a second list which includes sandwiches and burgers.

The community really does care about the residence there. They do a really good job but have had some turnover with the nursing director and the communication is good but could improve some. I wish we could get in to see her but are only able to do it through a window and I hope they have a different option for winter. I would definitely recommend this community

We had a virtual visit and I'm rating these based on my experience from speaking to staff and the virtual visit. The staff call on any issues that arise, and they are open to suggestions. They were doing bingo and some other activities for the residents. The hair salon is starting to open back up. We seem to like it at this point. We have even told friends that we are pleased about this community.

We chose this community because of the location as well as the flexibility of care. My brothers apartment is reasonably sized based on some others that I saw. My favorite part about this facility is that we know that he is receiving good care. I would recommend Magnolia Place of Roswell.

The community was clean. The staff were friendly and responsive. The community was priced reasonably comparatively, The services for memory care for my aunt seemed adequate. The lay out of the memory care unit was conducive for the staff to be able to keep an eye on the residents.

Most of the caregivers are pretty nice, helpful, and friendly. She loves the food now ,there is a variety, and it is restaurant style dining. She likes her apartment and she is comfortable. She is able to adjust her own thermostat. We chose this community because it is close to our family, in was new, and the health department reviews were good.

For those people looking for a hotel experience, this is the best place you can find. It really suits my dad because he likes to feel independent. I like that he has his own little apartment and his own privacy, but as soon as he walks out of his apartment door there are lots of activities going on. I chose this community because they offer a continuum of care and , at the time, both of my parents care needs could be met in the same community. To me, it is a unique community because of that variety of care offered. The staff were so supportive and it was a very nice experience.

[Name removed] was wonderful in providing us information & tour. The facility was clean and the people very friendly. They were able to take wheelchair residents and we felt would be able to take very good care of [name removed]. We have however eliminated this facility as we did not think that looking on to a wall from her apartment would be very nice as [name removed] spends a great deal of time in her room. She prefers to be alone and is not a social butterfly. Also, the med management would be an extra cost for her as well as the community fee of $1,500. Enjoyed our time with [name removed] tremendously!

Very warm compassionate. Seemed to have a vibrant community. Definitely in the running. No doors in the bedroom which my mom might not favor

The dining room is run very efficiently. The food is medium - very repetitious. The wellness is very good. They have paid a lot of attention to my needs. The transportation is excellent. Housekeeping does a stellar job. The while staff are friendly and helpful.

I have found that everyone and staff medical, dining, caregivers, dining room staff - has been extremely nice and helpful. My family thought it was the nicest they looked at. I have been happy here.

I have been very happy with this community since I first moved in two years ago. All the staff, including nurses, caregivers, homekeepers, handymen activities personnel and office personnel are very nice. The food is good except I have to do a lot of picking and choosing for my diabetes. The place has shown gradual improvement.
