Brookdale Plaza Memorial City has been very accomodating for my mom's move-in time frame. Everyone I've spoken to is friendly and helpful; the place itself is beautiful, and residents look like they are having a great time.

Everyone I have spoken to about Town Village has only great things to say about it. It is very clean and its obvious they take care to make the residents feel at home. The staff could not have been more helpful. Residents are super friendly and have made Mom feel at home right away. I could not be more pleased with our selection of Town Village Arlington.

The best of all the rest. Great staff. Great location. Great service and great prices for what you get.

They have done a great job. They keep it very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The staff has been very responsive, and attentive. They offered more than just bingo. There isn't really anything that was a concern or that I would like to see done better.

By far the nicest in terms of amenities and the building and grounds. Apartments have decks or patio.

This was a three week respite stay. They were right in the middle of the transition. The only thing that ever happened was that late at night he pushed the button, and I noticed it emits a high pitched tone, and it only goes off for 15 minutes. If you want something and you push the button it's supposed to take 5-7 minutes. Then they let me know they had a phone number to get to someone at night, that went straight to a cell phone, some how this tip was missed in the communication, but made sense. The quality of the food there is top, it's good food, they have a chef, it's not a hot dog or grilled cheese, it's more like a choice between beef tips or cabbage rolls, so much more of a dining experience.

I’d give the staff a six! It’s like a middle sized place, not too large, not too small. It’s very clean. The staff is quite friendly. I don’t have any complaints. I haven’t eaten there, but my loved one has not complained. I think she gets plenty of choices. They’re pretty good at making things that aren’t on the menu. We looked at thirteen communities and this was my favorite from the start. My loved one picked it without me even having to say anything.

The staff was amazing I would give them above a five. Compared to others, I think they are above the others. They have a lot of activities, and they post them daily weekly and monthly, and they post them everywhere for everyone to see them. The food is pretty good. I would really like to see maybe just a little more manicuring with the lawn, but they do a good job, they have a gardening club, and it's really beautiful. We liked that it was tucked back a little bit. The staff was by far the best. They will offer the shuttle service in the greater Reno area.

Good condition for older facility. Staff very friendly. Many indoor activities and field trips. Large facility, may be a problem for elders in getting lost. Studio are larger that normal studio and one bedroom is also available.

Our experience with Emeritus has been great so far since my mother moved in. The rooms are pretty reasonable compared to other places, which we really like. My mom has been happy so far as well. The caregivers are nice, attentive and very accommodating. She is not involved with many of the activities, but from what we have seen, they have a good variety and selection. She also thinks the food is pretty good. Worth checking out!

Zandria was wonderful. She was so friendly and showed so much compassion towards my parents. The place was beautiful,but mother has decided she wants to be in her own home.

It’s a good. It’s a good buy for the money. Nice location and very friendly community. The food is very good. They have good things like the Mother’s Day Buffet. It’s a clean community and the staff is very friendly.

Everyone was super helpful in getting my Mom moved in and acquainted with the services available. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The caregivers are very nice, very affectionate. I would rate this as the number one facility. The only reason we’re not there is that we could not afford their rates. They have assisted living and the memory care. The set up in the memory care is very well arranged. They do everything in that one room. Above all the caregivers are so friendly and caring, always smiling. They're just a wondeful community!

Terraces at Memorial City. Dayna Stewart gave us tour. She was very professional, pleasant. Nice brochure. Rates include $300/month for food. Best overall rooms and facility. Impeccably clean and managed. Orchard (505 sq ft) efficiency $1456 Persimmon (616 sq ft) 1-bed $1690 Great specials available that day at $1396. Cable and telephone separate. Very nice dining rooms and also Bistro for sandwiches, etc. Think Bistro is now open weekends. Close to Memorial City Hospital and Mall. Extra info given regarding VA assistance. There is a $40,000 limit on assets. You qualify if you break even or are in the red.
