I have lived here a year. My experience has been very good. I love the people and employees. It gets to be like a big family, always wanting the best for each other.

Overall good. My mom loves the place. Very friendly and accomodating people. Slow with maintenance requests. Cleaning is so/so. Food is good( According to my mom.)

I was excited to come here. First week was a shock and disappointment because of the cold food and plates tasteless. The manner of service is a nightmare. The chef is a great guy but he needs new recipes. Lots of complaints.

The experience was okay! My parents were there. It was near their house!

Our family had an in person tour with Whispering Winds of Apple Valley and it really looked like a great place to stay, but for our loved one we felt that it was just not going to be the correct place for her.

The Farrington was very nice and was our second choice. We would have gone here, except we had a family member that wanted our loved one to live with them out of state.

I would say overall it's a positive experience. She has a studio apartment. I have not seen her apartment because, I live in another state, but her nieces got furniture arranged in there and they say it's cute. Amenities include housekeeping, laundry, activities, outings, meals, cable, hair salon, nurses on staff. She is not needing care at this time. She takes her own medication and does not need any assistance for daily living skills. She says the staff are all nice but don't always follow through with whatever they said they're going to do. But to be fair, she says they are short staffed (like everyone these days).

The care is good at The Gardens, and the rooms are nice. But the dining is disappointing. The food is terrible, and the dining experience is lonely.

We picked this community, because It was well rated, a good location for my parents and had activities that appealed to my folks although they said they had gardens for residents and that has not proven true as yet. Disappointed because this was a selling point for my loved one.

They excel at warm and friendly personalities--from the front desk to the rest of the staff--they always try to reach out and engage my loved ones in various activities. Not sure where they could improve--my loved ones say the food is sometimes bland but then again they don't engage the restaurant staff to ask for other things. My sister and I and our parents are please with the community. Wish they had two bedroom options--that's probably the only thing. An added plus is that they offer respite care services too (we didn't access that before they moved in but nice to know it's available.

The facility is nice and clean and staff are friendly and nice to my loved one. My loved feels safe and taken care of The only issue we have the meals are not nutritious or tasty for seniors with health issues. Thee meals are not Chef prepared as advertised needs to improve . Need more variety activities.

We chose The Village at Rancho Salona because it closer to my dads wifes house so it was convenient. I have found the staff to be very friendly. The facility looks like it is well kept, although my dad has had his shower plug up and there was a trip hazard in his room. Both of those things have since then been fixed though. Overall I think it is a good place and I would recommend it to others looking.

The staff seem to be very friendly, and they seem to be on top of my mother's care. When she has an issue, they take care of it. And my mother tells me that the meals are very good.

There's always room for improvement, but Whispering Winds is an amazing facility. We love them. The meals are pretty good, although our loved one wishes the portions were a little bigger. They have a lot of activities. The cost is high, but we did our research, and they're on par with everybody else. They're even a little lower on the assisted care level compared to other places in the area. Make sure you understand how the payment process works because we misunderstood that in the beginning - that 's on the insurance company and not on Whispering Winds. But it would be nice if Whispering Winds' orientation included those types of FAQs.

What we really like about Broadway Mesa Village is the staff team and the care giver team - they are fantastic. We do think they could improve on their overall communication with family's but we would recommend this community to other families.

I would have given it a 5, but the responsiveness of the business office is disappointing. The facility is clean. Staff are very friendly. Quality of care of good. Food is good. Activities are a bit boring. It is a good value. They are also pet friendly!

I ultimately choose to this community for my loved one to move into. The lighting of the community was wonderful and bright and light. All the residents were wanting to talk to us during the tour. The location of the community is good and has beautiful grounds with a park nearby. My loved one enjoys the meals. There are three meals a day served to the residents Monday through Friday and there are choices for the residents to choose from. There is a menu and then the staff serve the residents. There is a weekend buffet on Saturday and Sunday, and the residents can also take a to go container back to their room for dinner.

We chose The Renaissance of Florence because it was very close to where I live and she had actually been there before - so there were things we already knew about the facility and we felt comfortable with them. So far the staff have all been great. I really like the fact that they have care partners in addition to a nurse. They are the ones who do the regular daily living activities and care with the residents. They are much better in staffing levels and the nurse focuses more on the medications and then they have a wellness director too. Having these different levels lets them really focus in on the residents and what they need. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

Great dining, friendliness, cleanliness and activities ?? They seem to have trouble finding and keeping good maintenance staff, so getting things done can take awhile.

We had a good tour at Broadway Mesa Village. The staff were very friendly. It was an older facility, with individual heating/AC units like you would find in a hotel. It was still a lovely place, just not as updated as we were looking for.
