The staff is great from top to bottom, very helpful and caring.

There seems to be a serious lack of outside activities for example the residents should be driven weekly to a grocery store to buy necessities like toothpaste toilet paper body care etc. I am in talks with them right now to improve that

The cleanliness is real good. The food is horrible. The food needs to improve. The people are so nice, and we play games all the time. The value for the money is real good. I picked this community, because I did not like the previous place where I lived. I feel safe here, because it’s enclosed. I would recommend to other families. They go all out for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The administration, staff and other residents are very friendly and helpful. I love that everyone has a live and let live attitude. If I want to come down to pick up my breakfast in my pajamas, nobody cares. I like that I can carry out my normal routines without judgement. Everyone is very nice.

I toured this community and it was comparable to others in the area. This one was further from home, so we decided to go with a closer facility.

This was my second choice, we didn’t go with this community because we wanted more space for my loved one to be able to walk around without getting lost.

The people there looked super happy. It was more of an assisted living community. The staff who gave the tour were really nice. They took time to explain things.

Initially we did not choose The Renaissance of Florence because we felt that our loved one would not get the care that she needed, but that turned out to not be true. Our loved one is here and it is going better than expected. The move in was a little bumpy and the residents were not as welcoming, but our loved one has made a few friends and it seems like residents are warming up.

This was a very nice and clean community. It was too big for what we needed. Also, the care fees were extra depending on the care needed.

They didn't have availability when we needed it, but I thought the place looked very nice. It was in a very nice setting.

Residents enjoy the meals, the activities are nonstop, and the PT/OT is legit. My mom is doing well since leaving small personal care home.

This is a friendly place to live with comfortably sized rooms. The location is excellent. The community does provide transportation for the residents to use for doctor's appointments and shopping. The staff communication is good with the family if we have questions or concerns and they are prompt in getting a response to our questions. There are three meals a day served and the residents have choices to choose from.

This facility is very good. Mom really liked it from the very start when we toured it. Housekeeping is once a week and they do a very good job. Mom is very self sufficient and independent, but most of the other residents are not. That's sometimes a challenge for her as she feels she's more active than others and doesn't have the opportunity to interact with other active residents as much as she'd like. Communication with the family is very good. Staff is very nice. One suggestion I have would be more of a variety for activities. They offer several, but seem to be the same things. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We chose this community because, of the staff, and it's good people who are friendly. They make you feel like family. They have very strong team members, and they are fantastic. They have had staffing issues with the CNA's. They use an outside staffing company for temp employees. Once, they streamline their own staff, then it will be a fantastic property.

[Name removed] was well cared for. She was in memory care. She liked the food but would have enjoyed more outdoor space. The pandemic limited some activities at first, then resumed. The place was very clean and spacious. Staff was attentive and caring.

Presentation of food is very good, do not sweep or wipe tables "while" folks are eating. Food is 90% good. A new resident should ask about frequency and amount of rent increases.

We picked this community, because my loved one did not want to spend alot of money. It's a vey nice place for people to go.

I would recommend Evergreen Place to other families without question! Very clean overall. Sometimes they'd be short staffed so garbage and laundry may not be taken care of as timely as planned. This didn't bother us, as we could help with that and preferred they're attention be on the residents. Almost everyone was incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming! You can tell they truly care about the residents and do what they can to meet their needs. The residents gathered outside of the dining room 45 minutes before meals. It always smelled great and they had appetizing options. Our mom enjoyed the food there. There were daily activities and fun snacks. Although it may be somewhat more expensive than some other local options, the amenities, rooms, staff and dining do make the cost difference worth it. It is in a safe and welcoming location too.

Felt the tour was all the great stuff but it might not be the same once in there after signing up.

All of the above rating questions are the reasons we went with Ridgeland Place. We were overall pleased with our experience there.
