My loved one has only been there for about a month, but so far everything has been going good. She enjoys going down for the meal times and the apartments are really nice and everyone there is just very friendly.

I think that everything with the Brookdale has been very good. The only thing that I did not like was we moved my loved one from out of state and they were kind of pushy about getting her in there fast.

My MIL has become more active and social since she moved in to Horizon Bay. She loves the activities and is making new friends all the time. The convienance of having her hairdresser and doctors come to her is awesome. Thank you for making her feel at home.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. My only concern is that the try to let the residents become independent. IT would be helpful if they came to check on them from time to time when they first come in. My parents 1st statement was lost in the mail and their rent was late. I thought I would have automatic payments started for December and no one explained it would not be until January.

I would actually relocate to live at Brookdale Broadway Mesa myself. They were wonderful with my loved one. We were dreading her moving, and they made her so comfortable and that's all she keeps telling me about. It is a wonderful facility and the staff makes it as homey as possible.

The food that they serve is really, really good there. All of the people, both residents and staff members, have been exceptionally nice to my loved one. I really can not find anything bad to say about them.

I came out from the East coast when my mother had a stroke. I needed to find a place where she could get some assistance after her rehabilitation. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised at the warm reception I got from Sue, Marion and Karen when I inquired. They evaluated my mother and felt she would benefit from living there. It has been only two weeks but my mom is settling in and seems not to miss taking care of all the chores she used to do at her own home.

This place is out of this world. Awesome place. I wish the food was not so good. When we go there we just eat and eat and eat. The food is good. We're very pleased with them.

I conducted an extensive review and analysis of Brookdale Dunwoody against 10 competitors in the Atlanta market. My review focused on approximately 70 metrics. To give you an idea of what I covered and what I was looking for, below is an exemplary list: Burned out light bulbs Torn/worn carpet Stained walls Stained furniture Cleanliness of salt & pepper shakers Tile floors & if they had been waxed Stained ceiling tiles Overall temperature settings in the common areas Number of outdoor spaces Landscaping & maintenance Exterior building maintenance & condition I even went as far as observing if the common area bird feeders were being kept. Although the above is a small example and is not complete, it may give others an idea of my thoroughness when I was comparing communities. I also measured the professionalism and politeness of the staff members. Once my analysis was complete and I had finished my visits with each community, the Brookdale Properties clearly stood out as the "best in breed." I eventually selected Brookdale Dunwoody based on these factors above, and now, almost a month in, I am pleased with my decision. Any questions or concerns that I have had were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. I'm confident that Brookdale Dunwoody was an excellent choice for my father and my father is happy... So I would say he agrees with me. One last thing, Brookdale Dunwoody is a gorgeous property. One that I am proud to say is my father's new home.

We are very happy with them. They have been fabulous. I don't have any complaints. They have been wonderful. I would give them a five out of five.

My mother was only here a short amount of time. However, Brookdale Ridgmar was a very great place

The staff at Brookdale is fabulous. They are caring and want the best possible care for our parents. The move in was easy and everyone was very accommodating. My mom is enjoying the independence and meeting new people.

Overall I am very happy with the Facility. However, I don't know much about the activities they provide.

So far it's been fine, I don't have any major complaints. I would give them a five.

So far I love them, love them, love them! I have no complaints about Brookdale Leawood. Everything is going well so far. It has been a good experience.

Great facility, caring staff, location is very convenient and walking distance to downtown Roswell restaurants. The rooms are about average for most assisted living facilities in the area.

The food is really good. That is a big deal with my Mom. sometimes there is a lack of communication with the staff. It's not a major issue though. The staff is very courteous and usually respond promptly when we need something.
