care and service to resident who is new is excellent

Only issue is lack of communication with director and nurse. Grandma has fallen several times and I was never contacted. The facility and staff are very nice though It's pricey but I'm ok with that if care is good

Our family had an in person tour with Greenhaven Place and this was our second choice. The staff were awesome there and you could tell that they had been there awhile and were happy and they were very friendly with all the residents. I also spoke to several residents and family members who all stated how happy they were with the place. The only negative thing I heard was that the food had declined recently which I can understand with the rising cost of food.

Courtyards at Mountain View was a nice facility, it felt very calming when we walked in. The main reason we did not choose that facility is because their memory care area wasn't up and running at the time we were there. We didn't want our mom to have to move twice. We also sensed the person who gave the tour was rushing us through.

Compared to other similar facilities, we feel blessed to be at Evergreen. The renovation process was long (and confusing to residents)...staff turn-over is high (like most places) making it difficult to establish relationships or see consistency.The receptionist, [name removed], has been a consistent and valuable source of information, empathy, and compassion. Regarding housekeeping (also impacted by staff shortages), we regularly find Mom's trash full-to-overflowing...and take it out ourselves. Medical care is also confusing as today we discovered that the nursing staff cannot address a bee sting (or even provide an ice cube for swelling)...they called EMS to look for a stinger and provide an ice pack. Overall, we feel that Mom is in the safest place possible and continue to be grateful for your assistance.

The staff at Town Village Crossing was very friendly before the move in process, everyone spoke and was very nice. Since my loved one has moved in, I feel like they speak to her or me when spoken to first but other than that they seem busy. The move in process was smooth with no issues. The food is great quality, but is limited to breakfast and a choice of either lunch or dinner. My loved one is not an early riser, so that generally limits her to one provided meal per day. As far as recommending this facility to others, I would say there are good and bad like with everything. So I would advise others to do as much research as possible to make an informed decision for themselves.

We toured Riverside Oxford Memory Care when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility seemed good and our tour was good. The cleanliness and friendliness were good. Our tour guide was very helpful.

I'd recommend them. My tour experience, was informative and accommodating. We picked this community, because it was close to her neighborhood and good value.

Overall, Dunwody Place is a good facility. They have a good physical therapy group that comes on site. The staff at Dunwoody place are friendly and helpful. I do think that the meals could be improved. If a person does not want the meal they have the option to order hamburger, hotdog, grilled cheese etc. I have been informed that sometimes it is difficult to execute the other options. Could be they are understaffed?

I would tell others to be clear on the levels of care assessment and the distinction between oxygen tanks vs oxygen concentrator for additional care charges. Make sure to provide written documentation to residents for updates and changes to any existing policies or regulations. I would recommend The Havens at Antelope Valley.

We toured The Courtyards at Mountain View when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. The tour was good and everything at the facility seemed okay. We just didn't feel like it was the right atmosphere for our loved one.

The staff at Glenwood Village are very nice, and they want to take care of everyone. Nowhere is perfect. But they genuinely like my mom and try to meet her needs, even when she is being unreasonable.

Generally speaking, both the community and staff are all very friendly and helpful. It seems like a welcoming place to live. We are very satisfied with Glenwood Village.

My mother lives here and I visit often from out of town. When I am here the people are very friendly. But the food is awful. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out what they are serving. The wait staff really needs to be trained. They will carry one thing at a time or it can take 30 minutes to get a pat of butter. They also tend to run out of what is on the menu quite often.

What we like best about The Rivers at Puyallup is the staff team - they are great, friendly and helpful. What we think they could improve on would be the food they prepare for the residents as well as the dining service.

My experience has been great at Ridgmar Place. I love my apartment, and it is exactly what I wanted. The apartment was updated, even though the building is an older building. There is full kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal, along with a microwave. There was a washer and dryer in the apartment as well; however, there are washer and dryer in the building for the residents to utilize. Breakfast is mostly continental except for one day a week, and it would be helpful for more breakfast items available. There is a new chef and they are learning the ropes. There is a salt water pool, exercise equipment, and more for the residents to use and this assists with extra costs I would be paying for these items. I find that it costs me less than I was paying for my house costs.

I would recommend bringing your loved ones to Laketown Village. They seem to care a lot about the people they serve. The reason I gave it four out of five starts is my sister had trouble getting my mom's bathing schedule straight in the beginning. She wasn't getting baths regularly and they kept messing up the schedule. But since getting that resolved, it has been a good place.

My loved ones apartment has a living room, counter with sink, microwave and reg size refrigerator. Handicapped bathroom and large bedroom. He uses a w/c and is able to go to the dining room. There is a large community room, small coffee area outside the dining room and a beauty salon where he has used. Large outside patio. I would recommend to others.

It's safe, clean and well run. The apartments are comfortable and attractive. They seem friendly and kind, and are taking good care of my loved one. I would recommend this community to other families.
