The Havens has been a good experience for my father-in-law and for us as well. He enjoys living there, he especially enjoys the activities. Unfortunately, my father-in-law is a very picky eater so the dining experience has been a little underwhelming for him. That was the reason for the four stars below. As far as the staff, they are friendly & very helpful toward our needs. [name removed], in administration, has been very helpful to us and a joy to work with. So, The Havens has been a good place for my father-in-law. He has made many new friends.

My mother has been a resident since 2019. She loves her apartment and activities offered. She also enjoys her meals very much. I however, have had a few issues with the care plan, med technician, and bill preparation. Overall happy with her care.

My parents are currently residents at The Landing at Queensbury and their experience at this facility has been very good so far. The care services have been great. The staff, cleanliness, friendliness, activities and value for cost have been very good. My parents are doing very well at this facility and seem to be settled in well. I would recommend The Landing at Queensbury to others.

My loved one likes it and saw an old friend there which convinced her. Big Catholic community and Mass on Sunday. It's a nice place and the people are very friendly.

My mother, at 102 years old, had a difficult transition. In her short time at Dunwoody Place, she was aware of the groups that had formed and was fortunate to find an Asian couple that accepted her, but otherwise felt isolated. The staff were supportive of her when she made her needs known. They were kind and supportive of her and me when I was helping her when she went on hospice during her final days of life. The staff was willing to forgive the extra weeks of money that was due by contract after she died, which I appreciated. My mother did not live to collect her free month of care that was part of the signing bonus. Because of her age, activities were nothing that she wished to engage in. Part of the time she was there, the movies were not working and the other times required an expertise with technology that she was not capable of. The personal care model that Dunwoody offered worked well for her. She could get the care that she needed and did not have to pay the huge fees for care that she did not need that were being levied at other senior care centers. Most importantly, my mother was treated with dignity and respect for her capabilities and her needs.

A good overall experience. I've met nice people and have made a couple of friends. With my room being cleaned once a week. And sheets every two weeks if I desire. Most notably this place does not smell like old people. The staff is friendly and supportive. Any issues are addressed immediately or within reason. I'm in independent living and can't answer to their health care. It's not 5 star dining but having set up as a restaurant and not cafeteria trays is nice. [name removed] the chef does great.

Prior to moving to a senior facility I interviewed four other facilities in the same category. Since residing here I have no reason to alter my decision. The facilities are up to date, clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and goes beyond to be accommodated.

My experience has been positive. I have enjoyed being around everyone, it has kept me engaged in different activities. I feel safe here.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Courtyards at Mountain View and overall her experience at this facility has been very good so far. The friendliness, staff, activities and value for cost are great. The meals are okay, but they are served really early. Lunch is served at 11:30am and dinner is served at 4:30pm. Having said that, they have a marvelous onsite pastry chef who provides daily treats. They also have fresh fruit available in the lounge. What really sold my mom was the washer and dryer en suite. No other Independent Living facility offered that. I would recommend The Courtyards at Mountain View to others.

Parmer Woods at North Austin is a smaller building with only 2 floors which makes it easier for our loved one to figure things out....where there are like the activities. The staff members that are working there are friendly and our mother does like the meals that are prepared.

We thought the Riverside Oxford Memory Care was a very clean community, however the communication probably could be better. I think the corporate folks need a better dietitian doing the meal plans.

Have had some billing issues and it is probably due to Ridgmar Place just having gone through changed with their invoicing by a third party. That said, it has always been difficult getting a timely response, no matter the matter. Sometimes, it takes multiple calls, leaving voice messages before I am able to speak to someone. I will say that they have a new director and he responded quickly once I received his phone number. Took a while to get serviced started. Had to call a couple of times regarding housekeeping and linen laundering services. Went through some changes so repeated meals happened for a period of time. The food has always been tasty. Always seem to have adequate activities. Rated are competitive with local choices but rate went up only 3 months after move in. One thing that occurred on move in was broken elevator large enough to accommodate furniture and some if it had to be moved up to 5th floor via stairs. This elevator was non-functioning for quite some time. Also upon move in, the AC was not cooling. The repairman was on it immediately the next day n fixed it very quickly. Low on coolant. Overall, pleased. Nothing swaying thoughts of moving elsewhere. I was very impressed with the sales person, [name removed], and her caring gestures upon move in. l would recommend Ridgmar to others and do have some possible referrals but want to have some time to better assess before doing so.

[name removed] has been extremely helpful,kind, and proficient in every way. She is wonderful and treats residents as family.When a issue arises she sticks with it until it is resolved. And always has a smile on her face.

We picked because the price was in my dads range and a bigger apartment for that price . The experience was good. I would recommend to others.

Overall, I have had a good experience. Occasionally, they could be a little more attentive. The staff's interaction with the residents is good.

I am currently a resident at The Courtyards at Mountain View. My experience at this facility has been very good so far. The friendliness and staff are great! The meals, care services and cleanliness are good. Most of the residents at this facility are older. I would recommend The Courtyards at Mountain View to family and friends.

My parents stayed at The Chateau in Gardnerville and they really liked it. The facility was clean, the food was good, the rooms were a good size, the staff was wonderful and the activities were enjoyable. My parents just needed a few more staff for the Memory Care.

Not bad but very expensive for not great food and not enough staff. Also she moved in 3 months ago and her TV just got hooked up Wednesday. The cable is not working and when we went there yesterday her remote was gone. We picked this community because they had availability and she had stayed before.

In general I find the staff is very kind and cooperative. They really try to grant every wish. My health is questionable at this point and I feel the professional staff will see me through whatever needs to be done.
