They have some really great staff and spacious apartments.

Overall the staff loves and cares for the folks there. The weekends often has contract help that does not know all the details. We found it helpful to have signs up about habits and preferences. I would 100% recommend The Legacy at Crystal Falls to others looking.

We chose Broadway Mesa Village initially because of the bright rooms and the activities provided for residents. Their care level fees are not clear as far as how they're rated and the monthly statements are very unclear. I would recommend this facility depending on your loved ones needs.

Everyone is very nice and caring about the residents. I would recommend to others and already have.

It (nor any similar business) is not perfect, but they do appear to genuinely care about the residents. Based off of our experience, I would recommend them to others looking.

The facility is well kept and residents rooms are clean and spacious. It's just understaffed as all facilities in the area. The staff that shows up are very helpful. They are short staffed most weekends and holidays. They need more "reliable" care.

The medical staff is knowledgeable and caring, and the rooms are very nice. Meals need improvement, and we found it was important to stay on top of communications with general staff to ensure services are updated and consistent.

Riverside was a life saver for me as [name removed] needed more care than I could give him. The cost was affordable for us and I personally enjoyed being around the friendly staff and activities. The only down side was the lack of staff on occasions but I understand than they staff come and go without notice many times. I am thankful that [name removed] had a pleasant place to be his last few months of life.

We took my mom to Glenwood a month after I had toured and we were happy with her room and the staff. Our problem was that my Mom started to go downhill rapidly and so she needed a higher level of care. I would definitely recommend putting Glenwood on your list to look at especially if your family member just needs some assistance and cannot make it at home anymore but if you see that your Family member is declining Fast then Glenwood might not be the best fit. Everyone’s situation is different and so I’m not sure how much help my review is but the staff are really friendly and Amy who runs the Facility is great and easy to talk to and is always there to help. Unfortunately our Moms dementia came on so rapidly that once she was in it was within a month we knew we needed to take her to a much more intensive facility. Glenwood had no part in her decline and did all they could it’s just sometimes things don’t work out.

Facility is older but kept in decent condition, and we have not met any staff members who were less than pleasant. More variety on the food - they have a variety of options for each meal on a (weekly?) rotation basis, but they are all pretty basic and get boring over time.

My loved one is currently a resident at Evergreen Place and the experience has been very good overall for him. I would recommend this facility to others.

It was a good place and my sister-in-law made a lot of friends. She just needed more care than they were able to take care of.

I really liked the staff and thought they were generally pretty responsive to needs and questions. The move in was very easy. The food was more mixed. Probably middling quality. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.

My dad was assigned to Memory Care originally, in error, so he was there for the first four months before we could get doctor approval to move him to Assisted Living. We had a lot of complaints about his level of care in the Memory Unit, things like showers, laundry, linen changes and housekeeping were not being done consistently or in a timely manner. His care has been much improved and we have been mostly happy with Assisted Living. The main problem currently is lack of staff in the dining room and an uncoordinated approach to serving; sometimes they won't get their soup or drinks, sometimes dessert is delivered with the dinner, and other mishaps. In general, I would recommend The Village at Rancho Solano for Assisted Living, but not for Memory Care.

I think I would tell others that they should visit, get to know staff beyond just Sales and Marketing. Then make their own decisions. I am satisfied that [name removed] is getting the care she needs.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Legacy at South Plains. It was a very nice place!

We chose Chisholm Trail Estates because of the cost and location. They are friendly, attentive and responsive staff that proactively communicates situations and progress of loved ones.

I picked this location because they seemed honest and less like pushy sales people. I would say in general I would recommend it, but do wish that there were easier clearer ways to get ahold of staff and more defined clear-cut ways to know what reasonable expectations for the assisting staff are. Some of them seem to be making it up as they go, which is concerning.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They make the residents feel right at home and get them involved in activities. The residents are friendly and seem happy to be there. It is expensive, and they charge a lot of extra fees but overall we are happy.

Reasons to select Legacy: 1) Friendly, competent staff 2) Spacious rooms with fridges and individual bathrooms 3) Appropriate and fun activities for the residents 4) Very responsive to needs and questions, particularly involving handyman/repair work and business office 5) Pleasant and convenient location A Place for Mom was great to work with! I would recommend Legacy to others.
