I am sad to see the bad reviews. My mom has been there for a couple years and we couldnt be happier. The staff is so loving and caring. Things we a little rough in the beginning, but have really taken a turn for the best. We are very happy with Brookdale North Spokane

My loved one has really been enjoying there stay at this community, the staff are very attentive to his needs and have made him feel right at home in his new living environment. My dad has been participating in the various activities and has really enjoyed the company of the residents.

My loved one has really enjoyed her self since she made the move into this community, the staff and residents have all taken extra time to get know my grandmother and make sure she is comfortable in her new living environment. The meals are always healthy with great proportions. I overall have no complaints.

We couldn't be happier with how things have turned out at Brookdale Greenhaven! The staff here is so personable, welcoming, and caring! They've really impressed me with the genuine care and concern they show the residents. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they've been very accommodating getting things set up for my loved one. Based on our experience I would highly recommend them!

I think the tour I was given was a nice job. I got to see a very nice community and did not have a bad experience. The director was knowledgeable during the tour. After seeing the place, it was not a fit for our family.

The Solana Preserve is new one would expect to facility to have a few bugs. We are quite pleased with the place. The people are friendly as are the employees. We would recommend it to anyone.

My mom is very happy with the great care that she is receiving. They have excellent meals and a good variety. She is happy with the activities that are available . We would highly recommend this care for other families.

The care has been going well for my mom. The staff are good help. It is a good place for my mom to stay and I think it is a nice looking community. I would recommend the community to my family.

My sister and her husband visited before my wife and I, in our search for a new living situation for our mom. Their first impressions were very good, and when we visited, we also had a great first impression. We especially liked the outdoorsy feel to the place, the outdoor shared spaces, the food choices, and the value - it was affordable. Onsite services are extensive and offsite transportation is easily accessible. We decided to land here. The staff has been helpful and the residents seem cheerful and friendly. We will review again after about 6 months!

I took this tour awhile ago but it was a nice place to visit. It would have been a suitable community for my loved one. It felt a little more institutional.

This is a great community for anyone. the staff is amazing and helpful. The activities are helping him in many ways. The food is great and a good variety. We would highly recommend this for fantastic care.

The sales manager did a good job giving me a tour. We found that this was not in a good location. It did not seem like a good fit and another community seemed more attractive to my parents.

I was happy with the care that was provided at this community for our loved one. The facility was clean and the staff were helpful at all times. I would recommend their services to family and friends.

I was initially a little afraid to contact A Place For Mom as I dreaded what would come...all the emails, phone calls, perhaps mail... essentially feeling harrassed by representatives far away, not knowing the area. But, the representative I talked to was local and very understanding of our situation. We were contacted immediately with useful information from eligible facilities and concern for my mother's need to find a new home rather quickly. And when we settled on a place, it took one email to our representative and the information stopped coming. I would recommend A Place For Mom to anyone asking for help with finding the right place for a loved one, including mom. ??

It has been a great experience for us here with this community. I know my mother is safe and in good hands here. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They have really bent over back wards to help us. Mike and Reba have been amazing with all the help they have provided us with. The community looks nice and well-kept. There are nice activities and good meals offered. Overall it has been lovely experience, and I would recommend this community.

Brookdale Memorial City has been a good transition for my aunt. The staff are friendly and helpful and have made my aunt feel comfortable and welcomed. She enjoys her meals, a glass of wine and socializing with other residents at the Bistro. The location is great too. Walking distance to Memorial City Mall.

Things are going as well as they can be going. My mother is having a little trouble trying to adjust residing in the community. It really helps that the staff have been really attentive with her and friendly. I absolutely would tell friends and family about this community. My mother has been participating in activities overall, i feel that this is the correct safe place for her.

The staff that offered the tour at the community Brookdale Ridgmar were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were helpful and able to address all of our concerns. The community is very well kept and maintained well throughout.

Really liked it a lot. Nice facility, friendly people and affordable.
