Staff is friendly and approachable. Nice building. Nice apartments. Facility is well maintained.

What we like the most about Historic Roswell Place is the friendliness, the activities, the location, and the cleanliness. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

We chose Evergreen Place because it was clean, people were friendly, and it was close to home. There is not much experience taking care of patients with Lewy body dementia. There are no RNs.

I moved my sister in [date removed]. It was three weeks till Christmas and the food director was leaving. Needless to say food service suffered until last week in January. Staff is friendly but short-staffed. If you hit buzzer it may take 15-20 minutes to get response. I had remind folks to do her wash and change her linens . I found that problematic. She has fallen over 5 times and is now entering hospice. I am happy they have not kicked her out because she is fall hazard now.

I would recommend with caution to be aware of extra costs if resident becomes less self sustaining. We were attracted to them because of the availability- timing, good walk thru, friendly atmosphere, familiarity with location and location close to home

Everyone seems nice. Few issues with the food but that's everywhere. It also took a but to get him lined up for shower help but that's straightened out now.

We chose Legacy at Crystal Falls because of the good location and the better pricing. At all facilities make sure you are an active advocate for your loved one. Are they delivering the necessary medication to them daily as written?

For the most part all is great but could have slight improvements to be a 5 on each category. I would absolutely recommend them

It's clean place to live. They explain and keep me informed of what all is going on. If I ask for anything, they try as hard as they can to help me. I would recommend anyone to come here.

I chose Town Village of Leawood for the staff. They make an effort to learn everyone’s names and show interest in how you’re doing. If you need help they’re always there for you. The Concierge staff is amazing!

The Rivers is the second assisted living facility I have been in since moving to Washington. I moved here in 2024 to be with residents closer to my age and physical ability! I have found The Rivers to be a warm and friendly place to live with activities, arts and crafts, games, and stimulating staff willing to help us be our best selves! Our families are encouraged to join us for some holiday celebrations. We are free to go on walks if we choose. There are shopping trips, outings, church runs, and medical appointments as long as they are within ten miles of our residence. We have movies available twice a day and participate in Jeopardy, Trivia (with other Pegasus facilities) and Spintopia. In addition we have informative videos regarding Dementia every other mouth by a psychologist/counselor. Very good information. Our families are given the site so they can watch, as well. Everything is set up to help us function happily, safely, and comfortably in our senior years.

What we like the most about The Legacy at Crystal Falls is that the staff is always engaged with the residents. Premises are tidy. Activities have variety

There is so much focus on the activities. The activities Director is creative and energetic. She takes the time to get to know the residents, their families and their needs. I do think they should remove the carpet, it is hard to keep clean.

[name removed] was excellent. She helped bring the costs down as much as any of the assisted living places would. The meeting with the person who "helped you decide on needed cares did not explain that once you picked a care , you could never remove it or it's charge. We were told that care needs could fluctuate but obviously only to their financial advantage. We were adamant she did not want to be awakened/ checked on at night. We later saw it on the charges & she tried to say we were just trying to reduce the cost. I am an RN. The cares are being padded so you better ask for the minimum & only add later if essential. She needs help dressing, hearing aids, & opening the heavy room door. Pays for but seldom gets. Front desk is often unattended. Drs visits are limited, I believe 9-1 one day per week. She loves the place as "all the girls are so sweet ". So she keeps giving her things to them. We are trying to get her to stop. Most importantly the care seems good, the food is good

They do not seem equipped to deal with inter resident issues. There is a gentleman who constantly runs into people in his wheelchair and the staff have not figured out a way to resolve the issue.

Staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to our concerns about my aunt. I think they should revamp their menu for the residents and give more them variety. More attention to housekeeping in some areas of the facility should be a big concern too.

I think moving my mother to Ridgeland Place was a good decision. I really appreciate staff members who have gone out of their way to make Mom's experience a welcoming one and who have accommodated special requests from my family to enhance my mother's well being.

Overall "The Courtyards" is good. We had some concerns about my father, who was a memory care patient, getting the proper amount of attention to his hygiene needs. The food needs some major improvement as it is not very tasty. Aside from the hygiene concerns, the staff is very good and appears to be attentive to issues we have raised.

Facility has been neglected as far as maintenance is concerned but they have hired a guy who is working on correcting some of the issues. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Dining hall seems very good. Food I have seen looked appealing and the meal we ate there was very good. Some issues with billing but in hopes this will be corrected.

My loved one loves the activities provided for the residents. There is a daily schedule that's she's memorized to make sure she doesn't miss bingo and black jack. I'm happy that the staff is very attentive to her needs.
