I like the care at this community. The staff is outstanding and attentive to her needs. The community is clean and very nice. The menu is very good and she is happy with the nice variety. The activities have been very helpful to her. I like that my mom is getting small trips out of the community this she enjoys with the other residents. We would recommend the great care of this community to other families.

My dad hasn't moved in yet but [Removed] has been excellent to us. She went above and beyond being helpful and I can't say enough good things about how much she has helped us. She helped us with the community fee, rent, and she reserved a room that we wanted for him. I liked that every apartment has an outdoor balcony or patio. My dad picked this and it seems content on moving in. The people there are happy and engaged with activities. It is very positive.

I am very happy living at this nice community. The staff are always helpful and caring when needed. The community is clean and I like the enviroment. They offer alot of nice activities for the residents who live here. I would recommend this community to others wanting a great place to call home with a good value

Great facility

So far, my mother seems to be doing very well since her move to Brookdale Overland Park. The staff there are very nice and they are taking good care of her. I think we would recommend this community because we have had a good experience so far.

Brookdale Apple Valley is a very nice facility. It was a good fit for my mother because she requires memory care and can't be in an apartment by herself. It's definitely a good option for a senior who is more independent.

Brookdale North Richland Hills has been a good fit for my mother. The care can vary and in some cases you get what you pay for. I think for what we are paying they are providing her adequate care. She enjoys the food and couldn't believe they asked her what she wanted to eat! They seem to upkeep the community very well. The carpets seem vacuumed; they have music playing in the background from genres the residents like. She decided on Brookdale North Richland after our tour.She liked the marketing staff and the people a lot. She also enjoyed the delicious food.

I was very impressed with this community. Every resident I saw was smiling and moving around. There seemed to be so many activities and the room was very nice. It was price well for the area.

This was one of my parents top picks! It was a little more expensive than other options they looked at. My dad also didn't like that they offered two meals a day. Overall, it was a lovely community and very positive.

My dad is very happy at Brookdale. [Removed] and her staff were a pleasure to work with and made this transition for my dad easy. Residents are very nice and property is maintained and beautiful.

I toured this community and was happy with the tour. We did not move in due to needs for my mom. They did have a nice variety of good healthy meals that are served. The community was clean and they had great activities. The courtyard. is large and very enjoyable when outdoors. We would recommend this community for other families for the care of a loved one.

I have been very impressed with this place. My dad moved in a week ago. He had lived in our home for 60 years, so the transition was and is not easy on him. The staff listened to us and made the best arrangements. After living alone for several months following the passing of my mom, he is now socializing regularly each day. When I am older I hope I am fortunate to find a place like Brookdale Antelope Valley.

My loved one was only here for a brief stay, but our experience was a very positive one! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the facility itself was very nice looking. They also appeared to have a good variety of activites, and my loved one had nothing but good things to say about the food!

The community experience is all good for my mother-in-law. I find the community clean and the housekeeping has no issues, they are doing a good job. She enjoys the options for her meals and has a variety of activities to try out. I am happy with all the community provides and offers for my mom as a resident. Everything is good here.

We like the care at this community. The staff is nice and caring to her needs for my mother in law The meals are really good and the chef does offer a lot of nice meals. The desserts and the morning breakfast is made to order. She is very happy to hear that she is doing a lot of the activities that are so helpful for her. Penny is making sure that she does try and participate with the other residents. This is an outstanding community that we highly recommend for the great value and the care that is received.

My tour of the Brookdale Northwest Reno went very well. When I arrived, there was someone ready to take me on a tour. They were able to answer any questions and take me around the building. It was a good experience.
