Saddle Brook has made such an improvement on my mom's well-being. She looks so much better and healthier now. The staff is very friendly and really cares about her.There are a lot of activities that she enjoys participating in and that helps to get her moving and not laying in bed all day. She is so much more alert. The food looks good, I have tried their cinnamon rolls, they were really good. They have a community bus that provides outings for the residents, I know of one ride where they went for ice cream. There always seems to be a lot of staff on hand. It is a very clean community and the location is close by so we can visit often. We also want to thank A Place For Mom they were a great help in finding a place for my mom.

I really liked this community it was wonderful. I liked the way it was setup everything was external meaning that once you walked out your apartment door you were outside and that is how you need to get to another part of the community everything was accessible from the outside which is fine if your an outdoors type of person for my loved ones this property was not a good fit for that reason. The property itself was amazing they have a pool, the food was good they have a more open food schedule than most other places we were at. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. There was really nothing that I personally didn't like about this location I would love living here.

I like this community that we have moved into. The staff is outstanding. The community is big and we like the nice environment. We have meals are outstanding. We do participate in the activities. We would recommend this community to others for all the outstanding benefits of living here with the good value.

I toured Brookdale Memorial City when I was looking for a place for my friend. It was a nice facility, very clean and the tour guide that took me around was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good experience to tour.

MY MOM MOVED IN JULY 1 AND EVERYTHING IS GOING VERY WELL SO FAR. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY BOTH RESIDENTS AND STAFF. THE PLACE IS WELL KEPT AND IF SHE ASKS FOR SOME HELP WITH SOMETHING THEY ARE QUICK TO HELP. SHE IS JUST GETTING INTO THE ACTIVITIES THAT THEY HAVE TO DO BUT SO FAR IT IS GOING VERY WELL. THE HARDEST THING TO DO WAS GETTING 3000 SQ FT INTO 900 SQ FT AND 65 YEARS OF KEEP SAKES.

It has been great for my dad. His favorite are the meals, they are good home cooking. The family is pleased with the way the staff encourage the residents to get involved with the activities and engage with other residents. The socializing has helped with the adjustment of no longer being at home.

I am enjoying living at this community. The staff have been very helpful. The food is good and they have a lot of healthy options. They clean our apartment once a week. They offer a lot of daily activities. They keep the community and the grounds well maintained. This community is a great place that works within our budget and I have already recommended it.

I have found a good community for my mother, and her needs. Everything is working out well, and she is doing well since her move to this community. I'am pleased with everything they have done for my family. All is well for my mother in this community.

Beautiful and clean surroundings, nice garden, swimming pool and sitting areas. The staff is really involved. All of them seem to remember your name and particulars, from the executive director to the counter person at the Bistro. This feels like a safe place for my Mom. They treat her well.

I have only been at the facility a couple of days, as I am still packing to move but everyone has been real nice and helpful. My apartment was repainted and they installed new carpet. I will write more next month after I have been there longer.

I have eaten at this community and the food is great. The entire staff are very welcoming and attentive. The community is spotless. They have a small grocery store on site and a lot of social activities. I would highly recommend this community.

My parents came to Brookdale Gig Harbor from their home in Arizona. Mom was having difficulty coming to Washington and dad was very ill. Brookdale’s team was wonderful in the transition and they take great care of my parents.

We toured this community for care. This is not what we wanted at the time. We wanted a community that has church services. We need independent living. The community was clean. This seemed like a western theme. We would recommend that families need to tour this community for the care of a family member.
