I had such a short window to choose. Thankfully Pegasus was the first one that reached out, and ended up being our decision. The initiation process is overwhelming because everyone is trying to sell you. Its important to think about when all of this attention dies down, what and how your family members are cared for is something to consider. Look at the other residence to gage their well being and happiness. Be diligent on what care package you are paying for and make sure that the services are delivered. Don't be shy to make sure it's getting done, it is very expensive and you pay for it. am overall happy with Pegasus and am happy with my decision. My motto in business is under promise and over deliver. I can be swayed either way at the moment with Pegasus. At times I feel I was over promised, but I have high expectations of care.

No place is perfect but they are doing the best at meeting my dad's needs at this time. The staff is kind and caring.

[name removed] was amazing she is the communities sale director. She was very helpful in getting everything we needed and still will answer any and all questions. they have been puréeing and chopping food for [name removed] which helps her eating a little easier. also it is not cheap but what can you do . Each care level goes up another [removed] dollars I believe which we've already gone up one because she is in depends now which she never wore before . Overall we a very happy with our choice in picking Northpoint village . I hope that helps thank you . One more thing it's very very important to label everything I'm amazed at how stuff gets moved around, but I think that's normal for memory care..

I would say 4. I'm pretty hard on ratings because it leaves from for improvement. The location I selected has been great overall. Few small items like food isn't amazing but just ok. My MIL still cooks and eats in her own as she is not a social person. We had to move my FIL to a group family home due to his unique challenges but the director of the facility my MIL is still as was amazing at helping us navigate the situation. Overall it provided me with a jumping off point and I still did tons of my own research.

My dad passed in May they had many issues getting meds correct. Moved mom over to [community name removed] in June she is much happier over there

My sister in law had some challenges with communication for getting a hair appointment. She decided to take mom back to her outside hair salon after not hearing back. I requested a simple nail be put in the wall of her room. The person I asked sent me to see maintenance guy who then told me to go up front to tell the same story all over again to the front desk person so a work order could be written. Good feedback for the staff I saw interaction with mom during our recent visits. I have no feedback to share on food/dining experience. Menu I saw looked nice but I have no feedback on meal quality.

The Landing has an outing on Mondays. They go to Hannaford's or Walmart. Therese nurses are always available to answer questions, I usually call them & get a prompt response. Same with PT's. The dining room is very nice - they have optional menus if you don't like what's being served for dinner.

Most of the facility is fine. The carpets in the hallways need to be cleaned or replaced. I would go with a little darker color. my mother is wheelchair bound and blind and can not participate. She was excited about the Trivia thing, but the questions were put up on a screen that she nor Pat can see. When we play trivia, we verbally ask the questions, and people can hold up their hands to answer or just shout it out. It's for fun, not for points. She can't go on the field trips or use the go to the doctor services. People who can't or don't use the services, should get a discount.

The staff are all very friendly. The facility is very bright and inviting. Exercise equipment would be nice, but they do have an exercise program.

Everyone is exceptional. The housekeeper is my only problem. She doesn't always take my laundry, dust or vacuum.

Friendly staff, nice facilities. Remodeled while dad was here. Food was ok for the most part. Never participated in any activities, but they seemed good. Concierge staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for money

Smoking + vaping allowed outside of facilities. I would still recommend Greenhaven Place. However, I was surprised smoking was allowed outside, and would prefer it wasn't.

I have made so many good friends at The Havens, mostly at Bingo and Bible Study. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Plenty of activities and socializing! The food is wonderful and dinner is a great time to make friends and talk.

The staff is amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The only reason I have a 4 and not a 5 is the price. It just went up [amount removed] a month. That is really tough for most of us.

Staff are friendly and the activities are frequent. My mother in-law seems to think the food and improvement from her previous residence.

I like the dining experience and food. They could bring your food a little faster. They offer many activities for the residents. Everyone is very friendly. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Ask about safety protocols, especially if your parent has mobility or cognitive issues. Communication with Families: Find out how the facility keeps families informed about their loved one’s well-being. Consistent, proactive communication makes a big difference in peace of mind. Activities and Socialization: A good facility should offer a range of activities that match your parent’s interests and abilities. Social engagement helps fight isolation and depression. Personalized Care: Make sure the facility can accommodate your parent’s specific needs—whether it’s memory care, medication management, dietary restrictions, or mobility support. Ask for examples of how they tailor care plans. Meal Quality: Try to visit during mealtime or ask to see a menu. Food is a big part of a resident’s day, and good nutrition and enjoyable meals matter. Gut Feeling: Finally, trust your instincts. If something doesn’t feel right—even if everything looks fine on paper—it’s worth digging deeper or looking elsewhere.

Caregivers are great. Response time is pretty good. They could provide more variety on the food and better quality.

I like their approach and commitment but the follow thru was occasionally spotty. However my father could be difficult and uncooperative so not sure who gets the blame.

My wife is busy all day with singing dancing playing games. Seems to be happy. Great staff. Activity director is incredible. She keeps all of the patients engaged. The overall director responds quickly to any problems we might have.
