They were in the right location which made it convenient for our family. They have a range from independent living to memory care. We needed two different type of care for our loved one and they had availability for both. They have age in place so if you need more care you can still within the community and still get those services. We are pleased with them and would recommend it to anyone.

They could use more activities to keep the residents occupied. They were conveniently located for our family. They offered us a reduce rate. They were better priced then comparable communities offering the same services. Upper management was very responsive and would handle any issues that would arise. Overall we were pleased with them.

They could use more activities. Most residents just stay in there rooms so the activities are not as good. The food I would rate a 4/5. The rooms are very spacious. I absolutely love the setting; there is lots of trees and outdoor places to sit with rocking chairs. The grounds are immaculate. Of all the places I have seen or heard of this is the best value for comparable communities, unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money. The staff is very helpful. They keep the community clean. They have laundry service and provide 3 meals a day. If you do not like one of the two entrees there is also a side menu that you can choose from. You can substitute different things to suite your needs. They also allow pets, it does cost extra but they allow you to bring them.

Whenever I visit my dad his apartment is clean and the dining room seems clean whe I eat with him. They're very friendly. I like the value for what I'm getting but I don't have much to compare it to. This is the only assisted living he's been in. It gives us peace of mind. He doesn't smell like he used to and he's gaining weight. When I visit on the weekends they try to get him engaged in the activites which he wasn't doing before. The activities are varied. There is exercise everyday and wii stuff to get them involved in movement. We've been very happy with it.

Our loved one really liked the community. So far they are happy at Freedom. Our loved one is adjusting very well; they are eating good and getting along with the staff and residents. The offered a discount for a limited time. Studio with several extra care services we are paying around $2,500 a month with the discount. After the discount expires the price will go up monthly.

Our experience with Freedom Pointe Overland Park has been very good. The main reason we chose Freedom Pointe is the location. I have been several times and eaten several meals here on a scale of one to five I'd rate the meals a four. I would recommend Freedom Pointe to other who are looking for their loved ones.

We chose this community because of the care services they provide, the cleanliness of the community, all the activities they have for the residents. We talked to some residents and they really seemed happy. We looked at 10 different communities so we had plenty to compare it to. We are really happy with Merrill Gardens and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

(Value Not Rated) Emeritus was very conveniently located for me to be able to visit. I like the community and it seemed like it was a good community. The community is clean and the staff seemed to know what they are doing. I am very pleased with Emeritus.

Town Village is a very nice community with really friendly staff. We chose it because of the friendliness of the staff and the recommendations of the residents that live there. We got a chance to talk to residents and they just seem very happy and like they enjoy being here. Only issue we have had is mainly just a timing issue with some of the staff. We needed them and they happened to be off. But that is a small timing issue on our part. Overall we are very happy with Town Village and would recommend it to anyone.

A primary concern for us was that the facility would be able to meet my mom's dietary needs. Merrill Gardens has been able to meet them very well. The staff is well trained, very friendly, and professional.

The only way the only reason that I did not give it a five was for the food. I am happy with everything else with the food is not great. Room sizes are very good. I have an apartment that has a bay window a big closet we laugh it's it's seems like we could put a cot in there and make another room. The bathroom is a good size. The showers are very small. That is a concern, but you get used to it the amenities we have bingo. I think four times a week. We have a game called spin Topia, which is like Jeopardy. we have snack time where they have drinks and on Wednesdays and Fridays we have wine during the snack times we could use some more group activities that everyone could be a part of.

Overall the staff has been responsive and helpful- my mom has only been there a short time, but so far so good. Apartment size is fine - it's just my mom now- she has only dipped her toes into a couple of the service offerings. She does say the food is overall pretty good.

The administration staff are very professional and helpful. [name removed], the activities coordinator provides and plans an array of activities for all kinds of interests and encourages residents to participate. The food is what my mom dislikes the most. It is sometimes average-good and many more times cold or unappetizing.

I have been pleased with the service the workers have provided for our mother!! They have given her assistance + care! I would recommend Pegasus!

The only reason we decided to leave Legacy was due to the poor food quality and limited variety. The facility is very clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. They took excellent care of my parents.

Staff is great and facility is well run. Only negative thing is how large the facility is and can be tricky to navigate for new residents and visitors.

I know no place is perfect, but I would rate Town Village Crossing very close to a five. What truly makes the difference here is the people. The staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful across the board. In the dining room, the waitstaff go out of their way to learn residents' names and preferences. They're attentive and caring-I like two glasses of raspberry tea, and they have it at my table before I even sit down. They also know which table we prefer and do their best to seat us there whenever possible. The same welcoming attitude carries through to the front desk and administration. They make a real effort to get to know residents, stay visible, and offer help whenever it's needed. It's that personal touch and consistent kindness that make this community stand out.

We were looking for our mother who needs a good bit of assistance. Everyone at Dunwoody Place was very welcoming and helpful during the initial process. The place itself feels more like a home than some others we toured. The food is very good. The residents seem happy. That being said, within a month of move-in, the nurse and sales director both left. Almost a month later, they are still looking for a new nurse. This resulted in a higher rate for assistance care than initially quoted. I will withhold full judgment until the new nurse is in place, but that is very frustrating.

It's a good place at Legacy At Falcon Point nothing bad to say but the cost keeps going up. My mother's cost just went up $[removed] a month that is an additional $[removed] a year probably a let her stay there for the rest of the year, but have to make changes for next year.

It seemed to me the process is front loaded to make selecting them and moving in as a "no brainer" however after moving in their proclaimed services are not quite what they said: I do not believe their ratio of staff to residents is always what they said, memory care residents can not easily participate with assisted living activities, management staff availability and response isn't nearly responsive at the admittance staff. We realize a lot of this may be to situations beyond their control. We REALLY appreciated all the help and staff grace the day we moved mom in.
