After moving Mom into Brookdale I would not hesitate to recommend this community to anybody that asks. The staff is friendly and my Mom couldn't be happier. She loves the residents and the staff. She also enjoys the activities. As her daughter I couldn't be happier with the location! I would say that if you are looking for long term care you should tour this community at the very least.

Everyone working at Brookdale Antelope Valley bent over backwards to be friendly and courteous. The building and grounds were vey impressive. My brother commented it looked more like a 5 star resort than an assisted living facility. As far as cost goes, it was very competitively priced. Of the dozen or so facilities we looked at they were cheaper than most. I cannot help but think that Mom is really going to like it there once she adjusts to doing more than going from bed to recliner. There are a tremendous amount of activities every day. All the current residents seemed happy and at home. The dinning room was fantastic, with a good variety of well balanced meals. We only ate with Mom once but noticed how friendly and efficient the wait staff through the duration of the dinning experience. After weeks of looking I think we made the best choice for Mom.

Our Mother has been living here for about 3 months and she really likes the staff and has made new friends. They made extraordinary effort to accommodate her Dog.

I am very well pleased. It has been a pleasant experience with them. The public relations people and the managers are all very easy to work with. They have a good staff. I really do not know that I have much to complain about, except maybe their communication could improve. I am happy with the experience though, I would do it all over again.

This is a pleasant "home" environment. Friendly accommodating staff. Individual heating and a/c units in each apt.

This community is very nice. Everyone seems like family here. There are a broad range of activities which is nice. The building is always clean, everyone seems happy and the staff is very courteous and on top of their jobs.

The Brookdale Greenhaven could definitely improve upon their security of the facility and the checking-in process. Now people can just walk in and out of the place without anyone checking and seeing who it is .

We have been very satisfied with Brookdale. I can't think of any complaints so far. They have done a good job.

There is a great sense of community and family here. The staff is so friendly and professional and everyone seems so happy here. The food is great and the activities seem enjoyable for everyone involved.

Had a great experience with the staff and administration at Brookdale. Everyone is warm, kind, and professional. The accommodations are nice and they go out of their way to make sure we have what we need.

The Executive Director Neal Torres..went out of his way to help me with my uncle's move into Brookdale. He is nice , efficient and really awesome.

The staff here is very caring, loving and affectionate with the residents. They know everyone by name and it is such a family environment that it feels like home when you are here. That is so rare to find.

The staff really care for their clients. They follow through on requests, such as hanging a valence above a window when my mom moved in. The client/staff ratio is very low, so your family member will get plenty of attention. I wish Clare Bridge Crossings program had existed 2 years ago--my mother would have benefited from being in it earlier.

I thought they were very good. Everyone there at Brookdale Apple Valley was very friendly.

I am happy enough with, them. They treat her fine, and everything is fine. The people are good, it's very nice. The location is nice, and they take them out places to do things. It's very, very nice.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Brookdale Mountain View was a very nice looking place! The facility itself was very impressive, it felt like you were walking into a high-end hotel when you walked in the lobby. I actually toured a few Brookdale facilities, and all of them seemed well run. This probably would have been my second choice out of all the places I saw, with the deciding factor just being distance from family members. They are definitely worth a look if you're searching for options in the area.

My wifes 92 year old mother had been living in a small apartment off of my sons house that she just loved, it was everything she needed and she was happy. Due to the sons job change it became necessary that we move her. Needless to say she was unhappy and reluctant. She was convinced she could never be as happy anywhere. We moved her to Brookdale Ridgmar, everyone was so helpful and nice, from the janitor to the office manager they show genuine caring and concern for her comfort. Everything is clean, neat, well maintained, and all the tenants seem so happy , mom was won over. She couldn't help but like the apartment and the people, she started viewing the move as a new chapter in her life. We couldn't be happier with the way things went.

My Mom moved from an independant living community to an assisted living community when her dementia progressed. Nothing serious just intermittent episodes of wandering and not quite being herself...especially from late afternoon or early evening and into the night. She can care for herself but I was concerned about her safety during her forgetful moments. This particular community has fulfilled all of my Mother's needs. She is under the watchful eye of certified nursing assistants and has settled in quite well. I knew she had accepted her new residence when she finally asked me to hang her wall pictures. She is an active person and spends minimal time in her apartment. The activities are ongoing through the week and she attends them all. The building itself is very homey, pleasantly decorated, and no odors. The staff are friendly and supportive of Mom and the other residents. Mom is currently undergoing Physical Therapy there and can't say enough good things about the Therapists. The food is very good and the dining room staff make dining a positive experience by remembering the residents' likes and dislikes, and ordering green tea especially for Mom. Medical professionals visit almost daily if a resident has a particular need to be seen. A Podiatrist visits monthly and can bill foot/nail care to Medicare for the residents using his service. Overall Mom and I are well pleased with her move and we look forward to bring there a long time.

The Brookdale Ridgmar is a nice place. It reminds me of a cruise ship because of the way the restaurants are set up and the feel of the place. It feels very accommodating to elderly people. The facility is always very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's kind of expensive. I can't rate the care services because i'm not sure about that. It is not applicable. There seems to be a lot of activities.

We have had a very good experience with Brookdale Broadway Mesa. They are very responsive to any requests or questions that we have. Mom really loves the food too. The facilities are very nice, clean, and well kept, and it is at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them.
