We believed the value for cost to be overrated, and a lot of the services they were offering were not happening. Some was due to the covid restrictions, but there was a very fast and high turnover rate with the staff members, and they were also very shorthanded.

We chose Sun City because it was recommended to us and I felt that this one was the best fit for her. It seems like it is a very nice facility but we have not been able to go inside. We have had no issues at all and the staff seem very friendly and cooperative. They have just started opening up to where we are able to visit outside with appointments only. I would recommend to others looking.

When we first moved in, we were granted compassionate care visits. We felt very comfortable when we left at the end of the day that our loved one was in the best care. The caregivers we dealt with were very caring, compassionate people. Wonderful people there, I wish I could give them a 10. Overall the room was clean, and they came in to clean once a week They were very accommodating with meals - including blending the food to make it easier to eat.

Management at Legacy Crystal Falls have diligently implemented protocols and procedures to protect Residents during this trying time of covid. It has been challenging for management, staff, residents, and relatives but there appears to be light at the end of the tunnel. Staff provide good patient care services and the atmosphere is friendly. The housekeeping staff does a great job in maintaining cleanliness, always with a smile and in a courteous manner. Overall, value is commensurate with services provided for the monthly rent and level of care.

Staff is the best in the city. And, the overall appearance is beautiful. I had had my dad at another assisted living community and moved him to the Legacy. Best decision I ever made.

Gig Harbor Court was there for our family when our parents needed a respite care apartment for several weeks after our dad had a medical procedure. Their apartment had just been remodeled and was beautiful. It had several windows looking outside and was very comfortable for our parents. Our dad thought the food was GREAT and the staff made sure our mother's dietary needs were met. Our parents needed to move into Gig Harbor Court just as the Corona Virus was breaking out in Washington. The leadership and nursing staff at Gig Harbor Court were amazing. Despite the additional work Corona Virus made for the staff they were always professional, friendly and caring. The protective quarantine that was put in place for the residents was stellar. Our family has had members at Gig Harbor Court in the past both for respite care and long-term living. We have always had positive experiences and this visit was no different. Should our family need an assisted living residence in the future we will definitely turn to Gig Harbor Court. [Name removed].

My father is living in Greenhaven Place. An assisted living facility. He likes it there a lot. The staff is very friendly and caring and attentive to the residents. The dining room serves 3 meals a day. The food is good. My father is safe in this environment and yet still can go out on his own. I am very happy that my father was able to move into this facility.

All exceed my expectations

Overall we love this place. Very nice people, nice place and we have been happy with it. We love how large the room is. It's been perfect for my grandfather and we have felt very welcomed there.

New Ownership / management 2/1/2019. Independent living has been great until now. But that could change.

Great option for loved one. Toured community and will be moving parent here next month. Great care and the food is delicious. Managers and staff are happy and very welcoming. Highly recommended despite a few negative reviews, I think The Farrington is the best option in the Tanglewood area.

This is a smaller facility and when I toured, it was great. I really like that the bedroom, kitchen, and sitting area were all separated. The other thing I liked is that they didn’t segregate the residents. Your neighbor might be someone from independent living or assisted living. The facility itself was awesome and it looked brand new. They had a great dining room and a nice outdoor area in the back.

My dad lives here and he loves it. He’s comfortable, he feels like he has his own home, and he likes the food. I don’t really know what all they serve but they’ve mentioned meatloaf, soup, hamburgers, and various things like that. The facility is kept spotless and housekeeping comes by every day. They have a few activities and they’ll decorate for the holidays. The other residents look happy and the ones that I’ve talked to have told me that they love it there. The price we pay in total includes everything that he needs like food, laundry, medications, etc. Overall, I would recommend them.

During the short time that my loved one was here I found that this location is very nice. The staff team was very knowledgeable and competent. They were also very communicative. My loved one really liked the food there. They were accommodating enough to make it the consistency that he could be able to eat which made my loved one very happy. They also offer a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. However, I would have liked them to display encouragement to those who were hesitant on participating. All in all I would most definitely recommend this place to other families.

I was very impressed with this place when I came for a tour. The facility is quite a bit smaller so there are a lot less residents for the staff to watch. The nice thing that I found is that they have a stove in the units so you can actually cook your own meals. In hindsight, I think moving my friend here would’ve been a better decision than the one that we had decided on. Overall, the facility was clean and the staff seemed really nice and helpful.

I toured this facility because they have a really good reputation and they have wonderful customer service. It was a smaller community but very established. All of the staff members are very friendly and they always want to help. While on the tour I was able to speak with the nursing staff and they were also very nice. The facility itself was very clean and everyone I came into contact with was lovely. But, nothing really stood out for me. I was visiting during meal time and I got to see everyone in the dining hall. It was way too quiet for the number of people in that room. No one was talking even though they had people around them. I would recommend this community, but it just wasn’t for my Husband.

The staff are very caring and friendly

The director and the staff were very good to mom during her stay. We were able to visit anytime and we felt comfortable with her there. We had good communication with the staff and they were quick to respond. The food looked good and they offered good portions as well as snacks during the day. They encouraged her to participate in some of the daily activities. They offered rehabilitation and physical therapy. Her room was newly remodeled. I would recommend the memory care unit of this community.

My loved one is having a good respite stay at this community. The staff are real nice and quick to respond. They offer pendants for the residents to wear. The activities director is funny and keeps the residents having fun. There is a sidewalk around the community for the residents to walk. The food looks ok most of the time. The community is well taken care of.

My parents say that everyone at this community is very nice. The staff have been professional and accommodating. My parents are in the memory care unit and they do offer quite a few activities. Mom has enjoyed participating in some of the daily activities. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. The community is very clean and I would recommend it.
