Absolutely beautiful facility! The staff is friendly and genuinely care; and the residents are active and friendly folks. This is a new facility so they are willing to work with you on finances and find the best option for your parents. It's close to shopping and all amenities have been thought of. The food was good at lunch and we even got to tour current resident apartments. I would highly recommend the facility!

I lived here at Brookdale for 5 years. It is a nice place. They had good caregivers and they work hard. I had a lot of friends here. It was always nice and clean. I would recommend this community. It just got to expensive for me so I had to go elsewhere.

Things seem to be going pretty well here. The food is good and it seems to be well balanced and nutritious. They have quite a menu, so if you can’t find something to eat then there must be something wrong because they have tons of options. There are more things going on here than I can keep track of but just to name a few they have movies, happy hours, and even a harmonica club that I’m the leader of. There’s plenty to do if one wants to do it. As far as I’m concerned, the cleanliness seems to be good. They offer apartments as well as cottages, which seem to be cheaper than the apartments. I’m just overall satisfied with where I’m at. They’ve really done a good job with trying to take care of me and my wife.

This facility has been better than I expected. While my Mother was here, they did everything right. When my family and I toured the community, not only was the staff nice to my mom, they were nice to us as well. What really made us pick this facility were the residents. They were all engaged and seemed to be very happy. Shortly after my mom moved in, her health declined rapidly and the staff accommodated her very well. They checked on her constantly and provided a special bed and equipment that she needed. It is a nice facility and the staff was just fantastic. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

This is an exceptionally nice place. The staff were engaged, professional, and genuinely interested in the well-being of their residents. Absolutely the best option I have seen for senior living.

The whole staff at Legacy has been nothing short of fabulous. They have helped us and guided us every step of the way. Their advice has been spot on. Our mom has improved in every way - her health, her demeanor and her outlook have all drastically progressed. We look forward to spending time and enjoying her. Thank you.

I could not be happier with this facility and my Brother agrees as well. The staff has been very accommodating especially with the price of the food and the rent going up at the first of the year. This place is superior to every other facility compared to other places. One thing I really like is that there is a one-time entrance fee and as long as we keep him in a Brookdale, we can move him anywhere in the US and we don’t have to pay that fee again. The food here is excellent and the dining room is beautiful. They have an amazing menu and it’s more like a restaurant dining experience. They actually served my brother filet mignon one night and they even ask him how he wanted it cooked. When we first moved him in, we noticed that his AC didn’t work in one of the rooms. Twenty minutes later the handyman had a new AC in the window and he stayed a few minutes to make sure it worked. He even told us to put the pictures near the wall we wanted them on and he would put them up or us. I was so ecstatic that I had to sit down and collect myself. I am speechless with the level of care the community gives my brother. This is an amazing facility and I would recommend it to other families.

I felt myself rambling which walking around this property. I could not seem to find the rooms and I found that the layout was rather weird. There were no straight walls and it was very rickety. However, it looked like the people living there were very active which my mother and I liked. We find that being in an environment with residents that can be social and participate in activities would be a great place to be a part of. The apartment were very nice as well, unfortunately not the exact perfect fit for what we were looking for.

This location is completely accommodating and there are a number of activities offered to keep you involved. Whenever you want you can stay busy. I am constantly going somewhere or doing something every day. During the course of one week you have a choice to be taken to Walmart, HEB, Target, and other places on their bus transportation that they provide. They give us time to shop and they bring us right back. There is also a Walgreens nearby so residents who have prescriptions with them; they can have it delivered which is convenient. Other things that they offer is a four hole put-put golf course and a pool. They have water aerobics classes during the Spring and Summer (April – September). The grounds are landscaped beautifully. There is a lot of open area outside. Some people may find this a drawback, but not me. For you to go to one part of the building to the other there is a covered part so you don’t get rained on. The food here is a lot better from where I was staying before. They have a lot more variety and options. [Removed], the gentleman in charge of the dining room, you can tell him if there is something you would like to eat. Myself and the people that I sit with like liver and onions, so we told [Removed]. Next day, we were served liver and onions and it was just great. There isn’t a specific time that you need to eat. You could grab lunch in between certain times and you can mingle with whoever you would like. I definitely recommend this location because of how accommodating they are. During the hurricane, I wasn’t at this location at the time; those who have had a little water damage in larger apartments were put up in hotels while they tried to redo their interior. At the other location I was staying at they didn’t give us any alternative. This is why I love this place: the amount of activities and how accommodating they are.

This community is a good fit for mom it's independant living. And they are extremely personable here. Very concerned with getting any issues resolved quickly. The dining room is accommodating and good food. They have lots of daily activities that she plans on getting involved with. The grounds are green and manicured nicely. I would recommend this clean community to anyone.

I like it here because of how they treat you and what they do for you. It is clean and there is a nice pool and courtyard area. The dining room is nice and the food is super. I would recommend this to my friends or family.

I am very pleased with the Solana Preserve Vintage Park. We have been here for five months. It is an adjustment from living in a house. They have been very helpful. During Hurricane Harvey they were very detailed and prepared to take care of us. We had plenty food, water made sure we were safe and well cared for. Our children were thankful for the way they took care of us. They were very attentive.

Leaving a home and area where you have lived for 40+ years can be a traumatic experience. That is unless you moved to a facility like Solana Preserve with fantastic facilities and a caring staff this has been an easy transition with problem. Shortly after the move we experienced “Harvey” and we felt everything was done for our care and safety something that provide comfort for our family.

I really would recommend this place because of how helpful their team is. I actually around and they are reasonably priced compared to other locations that hardly offer anything. Their staff is very helpful, my mother has many activities that she could do (reading or building puzzles), and there are a lot of people her age that she could hang out with. My mother is getting good food prepared for her at her choice. They have about 3-5 choices that are a healthy alternative to what she would regularly eat. They have really nice portions with meat, vegetable, salad, and a dessert. Nothing that would be greasy or anything. They also have snacks like apples and grapes if the tenants would get hungry later. Everything is also very clean and organized. My sister said that when she visited the location they had a very nice dining room with napkins folded like a normal restaurant.

I toured this community for my mother. The place was nice and clean. The staff was helpful with my questions. But we decided it just wasn't a good fit for he. We had to go with another community.

[Removed] did a great job with the tour, was very informative and showed us everything that we asked for. Highly recommend stopping by if your parents are looking for senior living.

I moved here due to being a victim of hurricane flooding in Houston in which I lost most of my possessions and was not able to return to my rented house ever again. It has been a great blessing to come to a wonderful place like this. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and my apartment is comfortable and very attractive. I have been able to just up quietly from the flood experience. And the atmosphere is very cheerful and friendly, I am definitely blessed. It is planned well to accommodate dogs. A big help!

What an amazing senior living place! We toured this week and love it. Mom is moving in this month and she is looking forward to living here. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend The Solana Preserve for independent living.
