They have done a really great job getting mom situated into the place. They are giving her time and space as she gets adjusted, yet they really do encourage her to get involved. The services (therapy for example) they offer are great.

I have been in therapy for a year and a half and Town Village Arlington is absolutely one of the best establishments I have seen and been a part of.

Emeritus is a really beautiful place with excellent people. My experience was not great, but that was due really more to my moms situation than it was Emeritus. I think everybody there is awesome. The place is set up beautifully. Unfortunately for mom it was a little late as she started going downhill fast and died within a couple days of getting into Emeritus. My only complaint about Emeritus themselves is that we ended up paying a ton of money for my mother to be there overnight. The way that their billing works, etc., was a little concerning.

The staff is very attentive. No matter how many questions I have, it never seems to be a bother. They are very caring and right on top of things. I do think they could do some better things with the activities and change it up a bit. I do think they might consider looking into the food that they are preparing. They do have their own chef, but the elderly are often used to simple comfort food. The food is also not always brought out hot when it should be. That said, the place is very clean, and staff is incredibly friendly, and we are very well pleased. I understand that they are new and some of these kinks will likely be worked out over time.

What I particularly liked was, they bent over backwards to give you what he needed. They seemed to genuinely care about him, and whether he ate his meals or not. He needed special arrangements in the bathroom, because he was in a wheelchair, and they took care of it for him. I don't know about activities, but from what I read they're fine. My relative wasn't there very long. The location was convenient for him, because it was in the area where he lived. We live in a different area. We're all very thankful for the care that they gave him, while he was there.

Things seem to be going very well at Merrill Gardens so far! They're very friendly, and we appreciated that during the touring process they let us see a few different people's rooms to see how they had them set up. The staff have been very welcoming, and our loved one has been settling in nicely! We were a bit worried that he would sneak out and go back to his house whenever he got the chance, but he really seems to like it here! They're also always happy to have family members visit, and have no problems letting people join in for meals!

My grandmother was very hesitant about moving until she visited Town Village Ridgmar . The people there are so friendly and such a beautiful atmosphere , it really helped her in her decision to move. .Thank you so much for your referral !

Emeritus is great. She loves it, she is happy there. We couldn't have asked for anything better. They get a five from us.

This is a great place to have your loved one. We moved our mother there two years ago from another place in Vallejo. The quality of care, attention to details, and pricing was so much more than what we were getting. There is always something going on and people appear to be happy.

Nice property. Older property, staff was nice and friendly. Residents were age appropriate. Apt. was conversion - two apts. put together. updated kitchenette, 2 bathrooms. windows, nice view. Good fit, good reviews.

We weren't here long, it wasn't a good fit for my loved one. However, for the two weeks that we were here, they did a great job. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. We thought the food was fantastic. The one thing is I think the community fee is too high.

It's beautiful, and the staff is great. I think it's a great value. They will call me if there is any kind of a problem. The food is good, it's not an issue. My mother in law chose this based on how friendly everyone was and she liked how open and pretty it was, she felt more at home here.

My favorite so far. Very clean, elegant, great apartment space for the expense and Kaitlan is awesome. I like the options to explore respite but also transition to Assisted Living.

My Dad lived here for quite some time, and really enjoyed himself here! It's a great looking place, and the people were just so awesome! He eventually had to move due to increasing care needs, but this is a great place for independent living and we'd recommend it to anyone!

Our loved one was only here briefly, but from what little we saw of it it seemed like a very nice community! It was a beautiful facility, well maintained, and the staff all seemed very friendly. The issue is that this community is completely independent, and should probably not have accepted him in the first place, as he pretty clearly needed at least some form of daily assistance. The bright side is that although he did not end up being appropriate for the community they had a nearby sister assisted living community and were very helpful and accommodating him get moved there!

Everyone I have spoken to about Town Village has only great things to say about it. It is very clean and its obvious they take care to make the residents feel at home. The staff could not have been more helpful. Residents are super friendly and have made Mom feel at home right away. I could not be more pleased with our selection of Town Village Arlington.

They have done a great job. They keep it very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The staff has been very responsive, and attentive. They offered more than just bingo. There isn't really anything that was a concern or that I would like to see done better.

Beautiful property, lovely apartments, great food. Feels like home.

BEST OPTION - Clean and beautiful inside and out; 3.5 miles from home; little pub with liquor license; computer cafe; age in place through skilled nursing. One meal plus continental breakfast included. Full kitchens (w/ full-size stove); washer/dryer in unit; Parents like one bedroom plus den floorplan - put down $100 deposit for wait list (one still available on main floor; took/sent pics to M&D).
