It is a nice looking, well kept, clean community, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. They take great care of all their residents here, and we're very pleased with them overall.

The 'cottage' atmosphere was very inviting; small group feel. Staff appeared friendly and engaged with clients. No odors, clean. Small rooms. This was more suited to memory care . The staff have all been very courteous and always address me in a courteous manner. I am really impressed with all they have done and continue to do. It is a really great place.

The staff are all very friendly and professional, and they're great at working with the residents! We have been pleased with the staff and helpfulness They have been doing a great job. They have been very attentive loved one is really happy there.

I don't have any complaints. The staff and overall Brookdale community is great! We don't have any complaints about the food, I eat there all the time. The Sunday brunch is awesome. I am happy with Brookdale.

Everybody I have spoken to has been very nice and very helpful. Mom really seems to be enjoying herself at Brookdale Broadway Mesa and that is all that matters to me.

The transition process was very smooth and easy. There were no headaches to deal with. Everything was very stress-free and the whole process since getting them moved in has gone very good as well. I would recommend Brookdale Place at NorthPointe.

My parents have not moved in yet, and we are super excited about the move! The entire staff has made us feel welcomed from the beginning. We shopped around at other facilities, and this one is the cream of the crop!

The loved one of mine that is going to live there at Brookdale Place at NorthPointe has not checked in yet so much remains to be seen, but based on what I have been able to gather so far I believe it is going to be great. It is a very nice facility with friendly staff.

Communication could be improved regarding residents knowing about the activities or things to do. This is a great place otherwise and my dad is very happy with the facility.

The Hallway leading to the outside that the dogs are walked on smell like feces. The rest of the facility is great and clean just this one issue with the pets. Really don't want to give a low rating because overall it is a great place.

This is a lovely facility, clean, active and well cared for. The apartments are roomy and very well appointed. Jon Xenos is very informed, relaxed and extremely easy to work with. This would be a great place to live.

Loved this facility. Gail's willingness to share her personal experiences were very helpful. Beautiful peaceful clean home for seniors with memory care needs.

I think they do an excellent job at Brookdale Parmer Lane! The facility itself is beautiful, and always well kept and clean. And the staff here are just wonderful, they are friendly, professional, and obviously really care about the people that they are taking care of. They also do a wonderful job with the food, my loved one can be quite a picky eater and I haven't heard any complaints. I never mind staying for a meal when I visit!

It's been excellent, I'm very happy with how it's going. the staff is very attentive and caring. I haven't had any complaints about food. She is happy there. They have transportation to doctors. The location was good, the price was competitive. They have made an effort to go above and beyond.

They seem to be doing a great job. It's excellent. They have really good food, and good choices, and it's open from 7-7, and you can come and order whenever you feel like eating. Everyday there is something different to do, a whole list of stuff. They have transportation to Dr. appointments on Tuesdays, and Thursdays. It really was the nicest place in town.

LOVE IT!!!! My 81 year-old Mom was not in good shape when we brought her to Freedom Pointe. She flourished and thrived at this facility. The staff was very friendly and offered personalized attention. If they would let me, I would live here. There are many activities and the nursing care and medication management was stellar! The only reason I had to move her to another facility was the distance. It was too far from where I'm living and I am the only family she has here. THANK YOU Freedom Pointe for giving my Mom the care she needed and for making her part of the family. We miss you all dearly.

They have done very well at facilitating the process of getting a resident moving in from another facility where things didn't work out. It is a very nice place and the people there are wonderful. You have to ring a bell to get into the memory care unit, and then wait for someone to come let you in. That can be a bit of a pain. Other facilities have a code they will give you without having to wait for the staff to come and let you in, and I prefer that method. At this point I would say we are very satisgied with Emeritus at Ridgeland Pointe.

Everything has gone very well so far at Brookdale Sun City West! I really can't think of any aspect I haven't been satisfied with. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and accommodating! Other than a little confusion with the paperwork at the outset everything has been great!

When we came in, April and Amber contacted me and came out to see him at the hospital, and everything was presented well. However, when he got set up there, there were a couple of small issues. For one, he was supposed to be in a downstairs room as he is in a wheelchair, but was placed upstairs at the end of a hall. It took a little while for him to be brought the food for meals. So there were a couple of small issues that impacted our experience. They are very good, but they did not follow through on a couple of specific things that were promised. Granted, my husband is a hard person to take care of. , but based on the experience he was not pleased and does not want to go back. But keep in mind that he is a very hard man to please. They really were very sweet and wonderful in most ways.
