By far the nicest in terms of amenities and the building and grounds. Apartments have decks or patio.

This was a three week respite stay. They were right in the middle of the transition. The only thing that ever happened was that late at night he pushed the button, and I noticed it emits a high pitched tone, and it only goes off for 15 minutes. If you want something and you push the button it's supposed to take 5-7 minutes. Then they let me know they had a phone number to get to someone at night, that went straight to a cell phone, some how this tip was missed in the communication, but made sense. The quality of the food there is top, it's good food, they have a chef, it's not a hot dog or grilled cheese, it's more like a choice between beef tips or cabbage rolls, so much more of a dining experience.

I’d give the staff a six! It’s like a middle sized place, not too large, not too small. It’s very clean. The staff is quite friendly. I don’t have any complaints. I haven’t eaten there, but my loved one has not complained. I think she gets plenty of choices. They’re pretty good at making things that aren’t on the menu. We looked at thirteen communities and this was my favorite from the start. My loved one picked it without me even having to say anything.

The staff was amazing I would give them above a five. Compared to others, I think they are above the others. They have a lot of activities, and they post them daily weekly and monthly, and they post them everywhere for everyone to see them. The food is pretty good. I would really like to see maybe just a little more manicuring with the lawn, but they do a good job, they have a gardening club, and it's really beautiful. We liked that it was tucked back a little bit. The staff was by far the best. They will offer the shuttle service in the greater Reno area.

Good condition for older facility. Staff very friendly. Many indoor activities and field trips. Large facility, may be a problem for elders in getting lost. Studio are larger that normal studio and one bedroom is also available.

Our experience with Emeritus has been great so far since my mother moved in. The rooms are pretty reasonable compared to other places, which we really like. My mom has been happy so far as well. The caregivers are nice, attentive and very accommodating. She is not involved with many of the activities, but from what we have seen, they have a good variety and selection. She also thinks the food is pretty good. Worth checking out!

Zandria was wonderful. She was so friendly and showed so much compassion towards my parents. The place was beautiful,but mother has decided she wants to be in her own home.

Everyone was super helpful in getting my Mom moved in and acquainted with the services available. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I knew this as a Merril Gardens. The cleanliness impeccable! There were a lot of activities for the residence all the time. The whole facility was very clean including the outdoors, which is very important to me. My mom stated at two of these communities and I was very happy with both of them. They were the best!

Everything is really good. We had a mix-up with medication in the beginning but they were able to address that issue right away. It has been better than I aticipated. There really aren't any concerns or anything I would like to see improved.

We are very happy, and my loved one is very happy. They check in on him often, which is great! Our only concern or issue I guess, is that if he isn't feeling good and can't make it down to the dining room they will charge us to bring up a sandwich.

Emeritus is absolutely great! They've been very nice and very helpful! We have had no problems with them at all! We chose them because the building is one story, which is very nice. Also, there's only about 75 residents, which is a little bit nicer for my loved one. Overall, nothing but good things to say!

They do a great job here, I'd give them top marks across the board. It really is a nice place, they always keep it very clean and the staff are all very friendly. I can't really think of any way they could improve! They're definitely worth a look.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking community, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and it was very clean. Although we ended up selecting another community this was our second choice, so it is definitely worth a look.

What a blessing to have found a perfect fit for mom and dad at Brookdale Place at Harbor Crest. Dad was there for only four months and he so enjoyed all the kind and friendly people there. It is so comforting to know that mom is at a place that she can be cared for and also enjoy a social life. She entertains her friends by having them join her for the delicious meals, themed parties, and wonderful Sunday brunch. She faithfully exercises daily with a nice variety of organized exercises. The caring staff do a great job of meeting all mom's needs.

The Clare Bridge memory unit is small and the care is personal and specific. Staff is warm, caring and effective. The unit is clean and orderly, peaceful but never boring. My mom has been clean and dressed every day since she's been there. With her window shades open, the stage is set for her to greet the day and be active. She rests in bed a lot and they respect that but do not allow her to simply be forgotten in a darkened, closed down, room. Daytime welcomes her to engage if she can respond. My mom, being a memory patient, has had a lot of trouble adjusting to the change (less than one month) and the staff has been looking at her medications and interactions as a way to get her comfortable in the new environment. They always have time to hear my concerns and ideas. They have been encouraging to my father, who lives in the adjacent Assisted Living, to emotionally support Mom, as much as he would like, by visiting her often. The Staff always has a lot of energy and are authentically pleasant in our interactions. Most of all, they value my mother as a person by the way they physically and verbally interact with her and attend to her. The food seems rather average and could be more appealing.

I'd give them top marks across the board for everything! They've really gone above and beyond to make our loved ones cross country move as easy as possible. They're very easy to work with, the staff have all been incredibly friendly, and they had the best prices out of the other similar options we looked at in the area. They are definitely worth a look!

Beautiful dining room, lots of activities on-site and off. In area dad is familiar with, close to his doctor. POOL/HOT TUB! On KS side, save MO & KC tax $.

It was great! It was a wonderful transition. It's a wonderful place for people to be. It was easy to get moved in and settled and they have a wonderful staff. They offer a lot of activities. All the people that live there seemed to be very happy.

She likes the place except the food. They have really high functioning people there. She is getting pretty good service. She seems to be happy with it.
