There food is excellent. But they could use some more shrimp, everybody loves shrimp. The only thing that bothered me is that I was on a texting basis with one of the directors, and when my mom died it would have been nice for them to contact me after, because she was only there for a week and when she passed I never heard anything from them. I would have loved to live there myself.

Brookdale Place at Harbor Crest did a really good job when dad needed to go to the hospital. They checked in on him often and they communicated with the family really well. I really appreciated that attention to care and having updates on how he was doing.

I am a resident here and love it! I'm fairly young and active and I enjoy the residential lifestyle and delicious food. The staff is pleasant and friendly and always smiling!

I just moved my dad here and he's doing well. He loves the food, staff and the close proximity to Uptown Gig Harbor with the movie theatre, doctors, library and pharmacies. He uses a scooter and loves the freedom.

Brookdale Gig Harbor is ideal for my mom. It's convenient to walkable amenities with doctors, pharmacies and is across from the library and movies. Courtenay provided a great tour experience for us and Kim explained clearly, the great care my mom will have there. We plan to move mom in soon.

I love living at Brookdale Gig Harbor... The staff is friendly and helps me to maintain my dignity too. The dining room is open 7-7 so I can eat when I like. I've made great friendships and feel safe here.

My dad is going there 20 hours a week for adult day stay. He thinks he is going to work. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Dad has been resistant but loves this place.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Saddle Brook, it is a very nice place! The people here are very friendly, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. I would highly recommend them!

Brookdale Mountain View has been a great place for mom. The staff has been really helpful however when mom has needed a nurse a staff member will come and ask what she needs and then they have to go get a nurse. Sometimes she would have to wait for an hour just to get help to go to the bathroom. Other than that the staff is just wonderful. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I am really happy with Brookdale Marysville. The care here is just amazing. They respond very quickly when needed. Mom likes and trusts the staff and we do too. We are there a lot so we have really have gotten to know everyone. The staff are very open and willing to listen. They are real friendly and visible. It is very clean at the facility. They keep mom clean too. I honestly could not be happier. The staff that runs the place is great. he residents are real welcoming. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone!

We did respite care here for mom at Brookdale Parmer Lane to give dad a break. One thing I would say about this location is it didn't provide double beds. A twin bed was provided and the staff was unwilling to accommodate moms need for a larger bed. The staff also didn't not seem to listen to moms dietary restrictions and quite a few sweets were given to her. I am not sure if it was because it was respite care or what but those things are concerning to me.

I toured a total of 4 facilities in the Katy area. I had a good feeling about The Legacy as soon as I walked. Everyone is warm and welcoming. The staff are attentive and caring. Everyone goes above and beyond to help when needed. Family members are treated with as much care as the residents are. The facility is beautiful!

I am so pleased with Brookdale Overland. Mom recently had pneumonia and the staff was able to treat it immediately without her having to go to the hospital. I really appreciate that kind of care. They were so efficient. I am very happy with this facility.

What they do well is the attention to their residents. They get to know your name, they get to know their family, always paying attention to a lot of the smaller details really. The food is very good. In fact sometimes the food is just outstanding, I have never heard anyone complain about it. They always have nurses on duty, which is a real outstanding reason in why I wanted her to be there. They are just really handling this thing well, and from my stand point I have no complaints.

They are excellent! I have been here at Brookdale Ridgmar for nearly two months and I feel very safe and secure here. All the people I interact with are very nice and very considerate, especially the staff. I am very happy here and would recommend them,

Brookdale Ventana Canyon was the first place we went to and it has worked out very well. The rooms are very nice. Everybody there was great. They have been very good at communication with the family. All in all it has been a very good experience.

They are a very friendly place. They are very cordial with you and very caring with the residents. They seem to take an interest in them and they care about what the residents eat, so the food seems to be well.

Although and older facility, it ticked all of our boxes. The staff was cheerful and willing to meet our demands. The rooms we saw were small but workable. Closer to home for us, which is very appealing.

We are impressed with it. She loves the food, and goes to all of the activities. She goes to the grocery store, and the casino, and has won money in bingo. It's nice and clean. We are supposed to get an itemized copy of the bill and I didn't see that yet. It's so nice, the grounds, and everything. The servers know her by name, she has made some friends now.
