Director [name removed] has kept us informed throughout the pandemic. The Staff has always been ready to assist when we call to speak with my brother, [name removed]. It's been hard not being able to see him but it's wonderful to know these dedicated "heroes" are there to keep him safe! Resident Care Coordinator, [name removed] and her Staff have been above and beyond. [name removed] was able to keep his Doctor's appointment through tele-care communication recently, which she arraigned. I was so happy. [name removed] is a quiet fellow. Like's TV and taking in the activity around him. He is doing well at The Landing. [name removed] enjoys the wonderful meals at The Landing. Until this past December, [name removed] was living by himself in Queens, NY. When I think of him being up here with us, safe and sound, I thank God. And then I thank the entire Staff at The Landing at Queensbury. Kudos all around!

We chose this community because of the friendliness of the staff, they spoke to every resident we walked passed on our tour. The other reason was the dining room selections, they have specials and it is an actual book menu where residents get to make choices. Even post COVID, they are still able to make choices the night before, and then it is just brought to their room. It also smelled clean when we walked in the door. They had sufficient parking for the visitors as well. The room sizes are good.

Even though that don't have a memory care or Alzheimer's component, they are such a wonderful and caring place. The personalized living caregivers are incredible and outstanding. The care, the staff, and the security all love my mother. I really do love them and they have all been so good to my mother. The food is really good and they offer a variety to choose from. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone who was looking.

[name removed] is a wonderful source of information. Very nice facility. Rooms are good size. Prices are good.

The care that my wife has received is outstanding. The caregivers are exceedingly kind, very patient, and the do seem to care about the people. It is a small unit and the staff really get to know the residents. They have not had a lot of staff turnover, which I like. I chose this community because it is small. I like that the director spends most the day in the unit in direct contact with all of her staff , she is very hands on, and participates in the activities with the residents. I would recommend this community. If you have a loved that is very active, it might not be appropriate for them because of the size, they may find it restrictive.

Brookdale has a lot of of activities and a lot of stuff to do. Brookdale really does try hard to take care the residents. We chose this community because location, price was good, and we needed quick availability, We were pretty pleased with what they offer. They are friendly and warm.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We chose this community because I visited others and did not like what I saw. The staff at this community were happy which tells a lot about the place. The food was wonderful with a variety. I would recommend this community and I already have. The caregivers treated my dad like family and when he passed away you could clearly see they were emotional.

This is really an independent living community only. The apartments are well kept up, clean, and spacious. The people who live there have really developed a community feel. The staff are good at reaching out. The have a newcomers luncheon for the first eight weeks. We are so lucky that she lives there. We looked at many other places, and this one is just fantastic.

I like that it is a part of a larger system so if he needed more care he could receive it and would be given priority.

I have been very impressed. They a take very good care of the residents. It is a good place. I would recommend it. The food was good. The room sizes are adequate. They have nice outdoor space.They have done a good job with Covid-19. It is well managed. They deal with issues as they arise.

I think that the residents really love each other and feel like their a family. The resident themselves genuinely care about the other residents that live there. Everybody who lives there is close. My mom considers the staff like extended family and she trusts them, Our family loves the food there During COVID, the staff they have protected themselves so that they could protect the residents.

The Courtyards at Mountain View is an exceptional community. The food is excellent and the care is excellent. We are very happy there and have no complaints. My brother visited several other communities and chose this community because felt that everything there was outstanding

I have been overwhelmingly pleased with the level of care my dad has received at Magnolia Place. I also feel that he is in the safest and best possible environment even in the climate of Covid-19. Communications from Magnolia Place are comprehensive and consistent. I'd recommend M.P. to anyone whose loved one needs care outside their home.

Because of the smaller size of the community, my mother has felt very welcomed by the residents and staff. They were so welcoming and a lot of people reached out to her when she first moved in. The care she is receiving is excellent and especially the physical therapy team is great. The care giving staff is very attentive. The activities are excellent and my mother has a lot of fun. They have bingo, cards, dominoes, religious services, monthly parties, puzzles, outside entertainment, and they provide transportation to of- community activities. There is also a doctor that comes once a week and they seem great. The staff has been very good about protecting the residents from Covid-19.

I just admitted my father this past week. I don't have much experience yet, but I wanted to let you know that the staff I have worked with ([names removed]) have been wonderful. [Name removed] went well beyond her role in assisting us during the admission process and continues to facilitate and assist in my dad's care. I am very pleased with things so far and hope that these wonderful things continue. My father has adjusted well....who could ask for anything more.

The Legacy is clean and the staff are very perceptive. I did check out all of the other communities in my specific area and the Legacy was the cleanest, had the nicest people, and the nicest atmosphere. They were a little pricier but I liked what they had to offer for my mom.

Great staff, good food , loads of activities I feel very comfortable with my mom being there Toured a lot of places in Amarillo and I liked them best

My mother currently lives in Memory Care and we have been so happy here. The staff love Mama like I would. The food is good and the new renovation is beautiful. Nothing fancy. Just pure love of what they do for the elderly.

Gig Harbor Court was a wonderful experience for my mother and for our family. The team is extremely responsive and provided my mother with top quality care until she passed recently. The care team is wonderful.
