We have had a great experience so far with Legacy at Cimarron. I cannot stress enough how friendly and staff members are as well as confident. I would recommend the facility to others who are looking.

We chose Ridgmar place primarily primarily for the location. I find that the elderly population needs some encouragement to mingle and participate in activities, I have reached out to the activities director and she is helping us with this. I do know my sister is happy here and we are pleased.

Both of our loved ones who are they enjoy the meals and dining services. Under the current circumstances they are doing their very best when it comes to the activities.

I chose Brookdale because of the location, I wanted to be near the medical center and my church. I also liked the people that I interacted with on my tour. It was the best value for the money as well. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and it is great size for me. They have gone above and beyond with things such as the hurricanes, the ice storms, getting our shots, etc. They have been very accommodating and I would recommend them.

We really like the community, the staff is very communicative with the families especially for those who are not local. They really have gone out of there was to get the residents their covid vaccinations. Our loved one just received her first round yesterday.

From what we have seen of the community the cleanliness is great. The community itself was great, and they were beyond wonderful when our father was passing. They truly have some amazing staff members. We were able to eat a few meals there and the food was really good. They have just been really good with our mom.

They are giving us a great deal until our parents' home sells. We will be touring the available unit with our parents this Wednesday. I loved it so far on our virtual tour! Tour is rescheduled for tomorrow. We tried to see two in one day. Too much for my Mom. We will be touring tomorrow.

The community is perfect for her. They have had a good covid plan and have adapted well. The food is amazing and my mom loves it here. They have stuff going on all the time and the community is very lively and they have delivered on everything they have said they would.

The rooms at the community would be a five out of five, however our loved one at the moment is having a slight roach problem. We do think they could improve on extending or offering longer dining room hours.

The community has done a great job with the common areas, everyone has access to either a patio or a balcony. The grounds also kept very nice. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We were very happy with this community, it was a beautiful place. Every time we visited the community was clean, we had no complaints about anything. The meals looked terrific, and she seemed to be happy with it. They had different meal options to choose from and if you didn't like those options they would make you a sandwich so they were very accommodating. Considering what she was getting, we thought it was a good value and the staff was very friendly.

We think it is a fabulous place we are extremely pleased with it, and the rooms they provide for the residents are very nice.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the care my mother-in-law is receiving at Brookdale North. The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly, caring , and helpful. The meals served are well balanced and tasty. There are a variety of activities that my mother-in-law can participate in. The sidewalk, which circles the building, provides a beautiful view of the hill country.

My father has never regretted his choice of Brookdale North when he realized he needed assistance at least 8 years ago. The family joins Dad with complimenting [name removed] for great executive management. Brookdale North is a dependable team and they are appreciated.

The activities were great until COVID, and during COVID the activities are pretty minimal to almost none at all. Beforehand they had holiday get togethers, movie nights, bingo and crafting days. We think the rooms there are nice.

My mother has lived at The Legacy for two years this month. She had some serious health issues before the pandemic and the staff took outstanding care of her. She is doing very well now due to their care and their actually commitment to take care of the residents. It isn’t just the medical staff that cares and interacts with the residents. All the staff from the Executive Director, the Conceriege, the Community Director, the Business Director, the dining room staff and housekeeping staff know the residents by name and interact with them During this pandemic the care of Mom and the other residents has been amazing. The Legacy is clean and well maintained. The food is very good. I highly recommend The Legacy at Crystal Falls.

We toured this community and found it to be as close to home as possible. We ate lunch (it was amazing) and the kitchen manager came out to greet us and answer all our questions. We spoke to the Executive director who was warm and very inviting. We spoke with the Nurse and she detailed all the services that would be needed. We met with a lot of care staff and found them to be genuinely invested in the residents they were caring for. There were activities going on during our visit and so much laughter coming from that room. Because of this surprise walk in visit we made the choice then and there the bring mom and dad to their new home. We have been extremely satisfied and content with our choice. This is our third place of residence for mom. Got it right. She loves being here and is enjoying all the wonderful and courteous help she receives. She enjoys the entertainment and some of the arts and crafts.

My husband has been in the memory care unit at the legacy at Crystal Falls for close to two years now. He has been well cared for and loved since we moved him in. His attendants have always been kind and loving towards him. The meals are served promptly and always look very appetizing and he seems to enjoy the food. The staff is very pleasant and are always ready to answer any question And help in anyway that they can. We are most satisfied with our choice of the Legacy at Crystal Falls.
