It was just great! It was just perfect for what we needed. There were no complaints with maintenance or staff, or anything. The billing went smoothly, and everything was good. I would give them a five.

It's been a little over a moth and my Mom loves it there! She's made quite a few friends and even participating in the activities! The place is by far one of the nicest senior communities and the food is amazing AND salt free. The dessert is to die for! The staff are absolutely wonderful and beyond helpful! This was definitely a God send!

After moving my father into Brookdale I couldn't be happier. I really like the facility and couldn't be happier with the place. My mother said The staff is really patient with my father and understanding I said they are kinda like angels. I have no complaints they have been really good. My father can be difficult at times, but the staff is really patient with him and understanding of my concerns they would check it out with no problem. I know he is being very well taken care of. My Senior Living Advisor with A Place For Mom was extremely helpful. Monica, she was a break in the case and helped us re-gain control of everything.

I toured the facility with my father about 6 months prior to a decision being made. We were made to feel welcome, questions were answered, some maybe more than once, and throughout the subsequents months leading up to the decision, I was kept informed about availability of apartments, upcoming social events, invited to return. Once the decision was made, we were made to feel like part of a "family" and that no question or concern I might have was too small or insignificant--which is helpful to me since I live a distance from the facility. I was encouraged to call and ask about my father with staff and they have been great in reassuring me that I had made the right decision.

I had to search for a place for my mother after she was released from skilled nursing. I have been very pleased with the caring nature of the staff and the facility in general. I have toured 5 facilities and this was the nicest and CLEANEST facility I toured. They also provide a good level of care, assistance and medication management for my mother. I have been especially pleased with Whitney, Pam, Karen, Sue and Marian. I talk to them several times a week as I reside out of the area. The thing my mother particularly likes is the lovely dining room and the helpful staff there. Since many of the residents have difficulty expressing themselves or hearing loss, the wait staff have been so incredibly patient. The food is also fairly good and is prepared restaurant style, with residents ordering off a menu. The wait staff with all offer to make different things if nothing appeals. Since the food is a very big deal to elderly folks, this is a huge plus. My mom has been in this facility for 6 weeks and she has adjusted very well, she loves her little efficiency apartment (this facility has different size apartments)and she's made a number of friends.

They assisted me in finding a better home for my father . All the staff was great . Moved facilities .

I think that everything with the Brookdale has been very good. The only thing that I did not like was we moved my loved one from out of state and they were kind of pushy about getting her in there fast.

I would actually relocate to live at Brookdale Broadway Mesa myself. They were wonderful with my loved one. We were dreading her moving, and they made her so comfortable and that's all she keeps telling me about. It is a wonderful facility and the staff makes it as homey as possible.

The food that they serve is really, really good there. All of the people, both residents and staff members, have been exceptionally nice to my loved one. I really can not find anything bad to say about them.

I came out from the East coast when my mother had a stroke. I needed to find a place where she could get some assistance after her rehabilitation. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised at the warm reception I got from Sue, Marion and Karen when I inquired. They evaluated my mother and felt she would benefit from living there. It has been only two weeks but my mom is settling in and seems not to miss taking care of all the chores she used to do at her own home.

I conducted an extensive review and analysis of Brookdale Dunwoody against 10 competitors in the Atlanta market. My review focused on approximately 70 metrics. To give you an idea of what I covered and what I was looking for, below is an exemplary list: Burned out light bulbs Torn/worn carpet Stained walls Stained furniture Cleanliness of salt & pepper shakers Tile floors & if they had been waxed Stained ceiling tiles Overall temperature settings in the common areas Number of outdoor spaces Landscaping & maintenance Exterior building maintenance & condition I even went as far as observing if the common area bird feeders were being kept. Although the above is a small example and is not complete, it may give others an idea of my thoroughness when I was comparing communities. I also measured the professionalism and politeness of the staff members. Once my analysis was complete and I had finished my visits with each community, the Brookdale Properties clearly stood out as the "best in breed." I eventually selected Brookdale Dunwoody based on these factors above, and now, almost a month in, I am pleased with my decision. Any questions or concerns that I have had were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. I'm confident that Brookdale Dunwoody was an excellent choice for my father and my father is happy... So I would say he agrees with me. One last thing, Brookdale Dunwoody is a gorgeous property. One that I am proud to say is my father's new home.

We are very happy with them. They have been fabulous. I don't have any complaints. They have been wonderful. I would give them a five out of five.

Everything has been good here. We have had no problems.

Great facility, caring staff, location is very convenient and walking distance to downtown Roswell restaurants. The rooms are about average for most assisted living facilities in the area.
