We reviewed several facilities and the Landing fit our needs best. Everyone is very attentive, caring and genuine in speaking with or about residents. We are particularly associated with the memory care unit. We feel very comfortable in asking questions an speaking with nurses and administrators. My father adjusted quickly and has developed a group of friends. He is very rarely in his room, which is a good thing. He loves the food and the people who take care of him. Any facility is going to be expensive, however, my dad's care, treatment and living conditions are the main important issue. We try to involve ourselves in dad's care and any family associated activities. We are very happy with selecting Emeritus at Landing in Brockport.

They have plenty of activities and outings for the residents at this community. The staff are nice and my Mother in law is getting the attention she needs. The surroundings are beautiful and the community is kept clean. There was an issue with rubbery meat so when the chef was told he took action to correct the issue. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

The third floor CNA's gave such great service ot me and I'm very grateful.

I'm very pleased with how things have turned out at Brookdale Leawood! It's a very nice place, and all of the other people who live here seem glad to be here as well. I would recommend them!

My mother entered this community in a wheel chair, she has since improved so much she now up and walking. I truly love this community and everything they have done for us. The extra help she is getting have really great and very helpful. Everybody has been very helpful, they have really gone above and beyond for us. The community is very clean and well-kept. There are many activities, my mother really enjoys the activities. The food is good, it is not fancy, but it is good quality. I also have to say a place for mom was a super big help for me. When I didn't know where to go, they where right there to guide me in the right direction. I would recommend them and the community.

Brookdale Paso Robles is a great place for my dad. He has settled in nicely and the staff have been good. I have had no problems or complaints. I live out of state but when we moved him into the community it looked properly maintained and taken care of. The food is good and they have a lot of options to choose from. You can even order something that is not on the menu. We would recommend this place to family and friends.

My mother is doing great at this community. They keep the community very clean and everything looks very nice. The staff for the most part is pretty good. There are nice activities offered like bingo, and movies nights. The food is good she enjoys the meals. It has been a pretty good experience.

We utilized respite stay at Brookdale Puyallup for my mother for a couple of weeks. The experience she had there was quite nice and the staff are all very nice and accommodating. Mom didn't really participate in many activities as it would have just confused her but there is plenty for the residents to do to stay busy. Brookdale is right in the middle of remodeling and in the midst of all that they still keep the place very nice and clean! I will definitely use them again if needed.

I have known about the Gardens at Chisholm Trail Estates for a long time, but I didn't really have any first hand experience until my mom moved in there. I am so happy with everything about her new residence. Everyone I have met there is so friendly and helpful. The staff is amazing and the other residents welcomed my mom with open arms. The food is fantastic, and the activities are perfect for people with my mom's level of mobility and energy. I was also very surprised at how affordable this place was, considering how beautiful the facilities are both inside and out.

Other than a few minor logistical issues in the beginning, our experience with Saddle Brook has been an entirely positive one. The staff here is friendly, professional, and they interact well with the residents. They're kind and patient, and they do a great job looking out for the people who live here. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and has a beautifully decorated and calm environment. I definitely feel like I've found the right place for my Dad!

Our experience with Brookdale Kenner has turned out to be a very good one! Mom was very uneasy at first, but they've really won her over and now she feels like they take great care of her! I was worried because she is very introverted, but the staff is friendly and welcoming. She loves that they all know her by name now! She's really shown a lot of improvement since moving in, interacting with people face to face every day has really seemed to help her. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking into senior care in the area!

I believe Brookdale was and still is the best place for my mom.

This is a very good community and everything is working out very well for my brother in law. From what I've seen and heard from him, they are treating him nice. He seems to have adjusted well and really likes this community.

They have provided everything they said they would. It's immaculate, very clean, and she says the food is really good. She likes the activities and spends most of her day downstairs socializing. They were able to give us a great deal. We liked that it wasn't as big as some of the other, places.

My mother is still taking some time to adjust with the move into the community, I do feel this is a good fit for her. The community is very nice and well-kept. The staff has been kind and helpful to us with everything. They offer great activities and they have a nice variety food. Our experience has been good and I would recommend this community.

I have been at the community at least four times a week and a staff member has usually stopped by my mom's apartment for one reason or another. All have been very caring, helpful and friendly. I've eaten in the dining room and although the menu is varied some of the items could use a little imagination to make them tastier....such as the Brussels sprouts. I know frozen foods are less expensive than fresh and some of them can also be handled better than heating in a microwave such as the crab cake. I might be off base but wanted to give constructive input. It is interesting the serving size for guests is about child size. It seems at times of the evening meal the servers are taking 15-20 minutes to take orders. It looks as if the dining room is under-staffed for this meal. The dining room staff are patient and helpful. They know each resident by name when they come in for each meal. When visiting Brookdale, Administrative personnel to housekeepers acknowledge you with a "hello". The atmosphere is very happy and friendly.

My mother is in the memory care unit of the facility and so far things are going well for her. We are taking it day by day and hoping for the best. The place looks really nice and very clean, I've never had any concerns with that. The staff has been very helpful and friendly toward us. They help out with everything she needs, and keep me up-to-date, so that is very helpful to me. They offer good activities for the residents, and she enjoys going on the bus rides. It's something she has always liked doing, so it's nice that she can still do that at the community. They have bingo, they go to church and even have their own lacrosse team. I would recommend this community to anybody. It has been a good experience.

Exelent facility!!

Since moving Mom from one place to Legacy at Forest Ridge shes had a complete turn around! Her edge is back and she is really enjoying her time there. The staff have been phenomenal and one thing that really sticks out is that the nurse offered me her cell phone number to check in on Mom until her phone was up and running in her room. At Legacy they have a fantastic exercise program for their residents and the care is out of this world! The staff have really gone above and beyond to make sure I have a peace of mind and I couldn't be happier with them!

Our experience with Brookdale Ridgeland has been a very positive one, they do a great job with everything here! The staff is friendly and professional, the facility is clean and well kept, and they take great care of the people who live here!
