I was initially a little afraid to contact A Place For Mom as I dreaded what would come...all the emails, phone calls, perhaps mail... essentially feeling harrassed by representatives far away, not knowing the area. But, the representative I talked to was local and very understanding of our situation. We were contacted immediately with useful information from eligible facilities and concern for my mother's need to find a new home rather quickly. And when we settled on a place, it took one email to our representative and the information stopped coming. I would recommend A Place For Mom to anyone asking for help with finding the right place for a loved one, including mom. ??

It has been a great experience for us here with this community. I know my mother is safe and in good hands here. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They have really bent over back wards to help us. Mike and Reba have been amazing with all the help they have provided us with. The community looks nice and well-kept. There are nice activities and good meals offered. Overall it has been lovely experience, and I would recommend this community.

The staff that offered the tour at the community Brookdale Ridgmar were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were helpful and able to address all of our concerns. The community is very well kept and maintained well throughout.

Everything is working out fine for our loved one since the move to Brookdale Ridgeland. The staff have been very helpful and friendly. We are satisfied with the care that the community has provided. The community is nicely kept and clean throughout. Our loved one is enjoying the variety of meals and activities offered.

The tour of Brookdale Tanglewood was very pleasant. We have liked all the Brookdale communities that we have spoken and met with so far. They staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a wonderful job addressing all of our concerns. The community is very nicely kept and updated throughout.

I walked out with a pie the chef had made and some meat seasoning from the community that were given to me. They were so nice, the staff was really attentive and payed attention to the needs that we were looking for my loved one. The community had housekeeping and laundry service available. The atmosphere i felt was nice and friendly. I would recommend a tour of this place.

My dad is doing really well. As far as I know he is doing beautifully good too. It is a clean facility and his room is maintained well. My dad has not complained about his meals, it must be good. I would recommend them to anyone.

My friend has been very comfortable residing in the community. If there is a problem the staff and the directors will try to fix it. There are many activities on site and off site. Healthy portioned meals are also available for the residents. One of the things that we weren't very pleased about was a strong odor in my friend's room. No one could find what it was but they tried their best to fix the issue.

My mother-in-law has been @ the Legacy of Crystal Falls since July 2016. The staff is awesome. They are very friendly and helpful. The food is great and I've eaten there several time myself. She is adjusting well and has made several friends. I would recommend this facility to any of my family and friends.

Brookdale Paso Robles has activities available at the moment my loved one has been engaging in a couple of them. I feel i could recommend this place to families looking for a great place for their loved one. The meal portions are good and healthy. I also feel that the housekeeping is maintaining the place up-kept and clean.

This is a outstanding community for excellent care for loved ones. All of the staff is wonderful in everyway to make sure that my aunt being well taken care of. We have not seen my happier then what she is now. The food is is the outragious on everything that they offer. Activities are available for family members to also participate in with family or loved ones. We would highly recommend this community for wonderful care.

When I arrived the tour guide was ready and answered all my question during the tour. I saw that the facility looked nice and clean. I noticed some good interaction between the staff and residents. The tour was good for me to make the right decision.

My parents Don and Betty are residents at Brookdale Gig Harbor.The staff is extremely caring,highly-trained,loving and personable.My father just passed and mom now needs a higher level of care. Brookdale was very helpful.

My parents lived @ Brookdale Gig Harbor and have recently passed.From start to finish Brookdale went above and beyond to help us with finances,care,guidance and love. This home with Brookdale was very special to my parents and to our family.

My aunt @ Brookdale Gig Harbor.She had liked there a while and moved home after a hospital stay;thinking she couldn't afford care.Brookdale Gig went above and beyond to reach out to family and ask for my help to help her apply for VA benefits after reaching out to other family member,going out to their home to urge her to move back in for safety and share the VA benefits info.Now she's about to be approved and to back @ Brookdale and waiting for her larger apartment too.

They have a bunch of activities that my parents enjoy participating in. The staff are friendly and know my parents by name. The community is currently under construction and I think it will be nice when they are done. They do keep the community clean.

The minor issues I have with this community are the food and the entry way door. The food is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The service in the dining room can be a little slow and I think they may need more staff. They have put a handicapped button on the front door, however they have not activated it. The community is well maintained and clean. I would recommend Legacy.

If I were in the same condition as my mother, I would want to be at Brookdale in Albertville. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was kind and competent.

I really liked the community everyone seemed to be interacting with each other good. The layout of the community was nice it worked good for my mother in law. They had a lot of amenities. The community was well organized and clean. The staff that i met during the tour was nice and answered all of my questions.
