I am very happy to see that my mom is getting excellent care here. This community has wonderful staff who is very nice. She is enjoying the food and the variety of the meals. The activities are great for her and she is participating. The community is clean and always maintained. I would recommend this care and value to other families.

Legacy has a more active approach to their residents than other places we visited. They stress activities to train the mind, have fun, bring the residents out of their rooms, have community with other residents, and partake of city life once a week through outings to shopping or cultural events. Other facilities praised their ability to bring all this In to the residents, but we liked that Legacy wants to give its residents a more independent feel to their stay by involving them in the outside community. They have been extremely caring and giving to my mother in law. The transition has been hard for her, but we can't fault the staff.

My father is doing well here at this community. I know he is safe and being cared for very well. He is improving each other. The staff tells me anything that happens, their communication is great. They are providing him with good care. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this community.

A Place for Mom really helped to get me to check out Brookdale. The people at Brookdale are friendly and helpful as well as giving you a feeling that you loved one will be in good hands. My dad was absolutely opposed to going to any type of senior facility, and after going to lunch at Brookdale with [Removed] and [Removed], he changed his mind and gave it a chance. After a week, he seems more involved, is taking better care of himself, and also letting the staff assist him in areas he wouldn't accept help for before.... Thank you all at Brookdale !!!!!

I couldn't be happier with our decision to place my Grandmother at Brookdale! The staff is wonderful and very welcoming. The facility is very clean and beautiful. Her apartment is cozy and very roomy! The food is wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility!

A nice community that is very clean. The staff is great and offers escort services . My mom takes care of other things on her own. She has a lot of food in her . They do offer activities. We are hoping that she would do more then go to lunch. They had a celebration that she enjoyed. At this time she is not participating. I would recommend this community for the great care that is offered here.

My mother's respite stay at Brookdale Brandon gives me and my family a lot of peace. We can tell a huge difference in her recovery since she's been there. The loving and caring atmosphere has made the difference. My mother's care has been designed to meet her unique needs. She's well taken care of in the memory care unit. The staff is on point encouraging and helping her as needed. Thank you Brookdale Brandon!!!

Just moved daddy in today, we all are just so excited for him and all the family that will be coming to see him. I know daddy will do well here & we are close to drive more often now to visit him. God Bless my Daddy, can't wait to get together tomorrow with him.Praise God ???? Praise God????

I am sad to see the bad reviews. My mom has been there for a couple years and we couldnt be happier. The staff is so loving and caring. Things we a little rough in the beginning, but have really taken a turn for the best. We are very happy with Brookdale North Spokane

My loved one has really been enjoying there stay at this community, the staff are very attentive to his needs and have made him feel right at home in his new living environment. My dad has been participating in the various activities and has really enjoyed the company of the residents.

Very nice. Staff accommodates residents needs creating a very homelike residence.

My loved one has really enjoyed her self since she made the move into this community, the staff and residents have all taken extra time to get know my grandmother and make sure she is comfortable in her new living environment. The meals are always healthy with great proportions. I overall have no complaints.

We couldn't be happier with how things have turned out at Brookdale Greenhaven! The staff here is so personable, welcoming, and caring! They've really impressed me with the genuine care and concern they show the residents. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they've been very accommodating getting things set up for my loved one. Based on our experience I would highly recommend them!

I think the tour I was given was a nice job. I got to see a very nice community and did not have a bad experience. The director was knowledgeable during the tour. After seeing the place, it was not a fit for our family.

The care has been going well for my mom. The staff are good help. It is a good place for my mom to stay and I think it is a nice looking community. I would recommend the community to my family.

I took this tour awhile ago but it was a nice place to visit. It would have been a suitable community for my loved one. It felt a little more institutional.

The sales manager did a good job giving me a tour. We found that this was not in a good location. It did not seem like a good fit and another community seemed more attractive to my parents.
