This community has been a part of my life for many yearS. From the amazing caregivers to the fun activities and great food Glenwood Village has a way of making you feel special.

I am a hospice nurse with Harbor Hospice who comes to provide care to some of the residence here at Glenwood. And this facility is one of my favorites‘ the staff is always welcoming and very nice. Nice and clean facility And the atmosphere is always amazing. I love that the nursing staff provides top care to the residence, They have a awesome Physical Therapy team, As well as activities team. I will Definitely recommend

Five stars truly isn't enough. [name removed] and North Point Village are off the charts, in a league of their own. [name removed] took us in and instantly became family to us. He has helped us in so many ways from the emotional side of moving our loved one from their "forever home" into North Point to the physical side of helping line up movers, measuring furniture, helping pick out new furniture. He's been family to us through the process and you can't ask for more than that. I highly recommend [name removed] and North Point Village to anyone looking for the perfect addition to their family as they transition into this stage in life.

This is a good place for your loved ones to be safe. They have nice surroundings here. The area is very good as well. The staff are really nice. The meals needs some improvement in variety for the residents.

Laketown Village is reasonably priced and you get everything and more than a higher priced community. The food is enjoyed by my loved one, who can order off a menu if they want. Bingo, cards, watching sports, exercise classes, and more are some of the activities available for the residents.

The staff and friendliness of everyone I encountered were exceptional. [name removed] is a great ambassador for Brookdale and is sensitive to your family's needs.

When we first took our tour our mother loved it right away, everyone we met had nothing but great things to say about it, all the residents said it was a nice place to live. She does not take advantage of the activities yet but they do have plenty to offer.

Very impressed with all! Can't wait to get my mom and uncle moved in.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was great but we just did not get that warm and cozy feeling.

So grateful we found this place for my mom. It is a beautiful facility, with a well-staffed and attentive care team. Activities throughout the day are keeping my mom interacting with residents and active. We moved from another facility and wish we would have made this change sooner.

This is an excellent community. The only disadvantage is their assisted living is across the street.

the building is newly remodeled and painted , the food is very good and the staff is second to none . robert went out of his way for my dad to move in before christmas and i will always be grateful . what really stands out however are the people who call north point home . they are friendly and kind and in talking with them you can tell they are happy to be there . i will always remember how they treated my dad in his last days . thank you

From the moment we first toured North Point Village, the staff has been extremely friendly, caring and supportive. [name removed], at the front desk, has been so kind and helpful and is always professional. We enjoyed seeing many of the residents love stopping by to talk with her like they were family. [name removed] has especially gone out of his way to help us through the decision making process and has made this transition so much easier for all of us with his positive attitude, joyful heart, regular check-ins and his attentiveness to all our questions along the way. He has also really helped my Dad feel welcomed and part of the family and we can’t thank him enough. The service the entire staff has provided is very professional and caring. I am very happy and pleased to call this my Dad’s new home.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved one. Brookdale has been family oriented and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to assist with preventive health issues and meeting my loved one's needs. They are making my loved one feel safe. This feels like an apartment home for my loved one.

We like the environment, clean and fresh air. We appreciate [name removed] for all her hard work, dedication, and the way she treated us very much. Also the way [she] treats the residents is very kind and warm.

The communication especially with the lady who works in admission is wonderful. She has continued to be very helpful, welcoming, and information. She has quick response times, she has great communication skills and always interacts with the residents. The nurse manager is also very easy to get a hold of which we appreciate - they always call us if anything happens to our loved one or we need to be aware of any updates. Our loved one does not always participate in the activities but her room is right in the memory care unit off to the side of the main area where the activities are and we can see plenty going on. The staff are just always very attentive and familiar with each resident

I really liked Brookdale and what they had to offer, but unfortunately they were full and there was no availability when we needed it.

We had a very nice tour with Brookdale. We ate lunch and the food was great. It just came down to the location for us.

This community would have worked great for my mother who is very outgoing and loves activities however, would not have worked for my father who did not like activities as much and with the cost it would not have worked. It was a wonderful place it just did not fit my loved ones needs.
